The pharmacy window attendant was rude and yelled at us regarding my husband’s prescription. Normally insurance pays all but a few dollars, and when we were told it would cost 52$ we asked about insurance being used and she yelled she didn’t have it on file. Now let me tell you ,all our business is done through this pharmacy monthly. So conveniently after yelling and being rude at us, she magically found insurance information. Dropped it down to few dollars. She also told us to circle back to back of the line after we had waited twenty minutes in the line to get script once ticket reprinted correctly. We absolutely did not do that and told her to keep medicine and we will not ever do business there again. If you hate your job, get a new one😡

This pharmacy is literal trash. My doctor sent my RX to the wrong pharmacy and they can’t fix the mistake. My current pharmacy waited on hold 45 minutes trying to get my meds transferred. They left a voicemail. I was on hold another 45 minutes myself. Gave up and called the front of the store to try to see if they could tell me what was going on. I am currently on hold again. I don’t live in Greer anymore but I know this pharmacy isn’t so busy that it should take HOURS to get someone on the phone. I need my meds. I wish I thought this review would make any difference but it won’t. At least it might make me feel better to let other people know—do not use this pharmacy under any circumstances. If these were life saving meds I was waiting for I don’t know what I would do. But it’s just pain and nausea meds so… nbd, I’ll just stay in pain and sick to my stomach since CVS doesn’t know how to answer a phone.

I had a doctors prescription for cough syrup called into the 24 hour pharmacy in Greenville. I waited and went to my pharmacy on n main Street. The tech told me they would transfer it but I couldnt get it until the following day. They still had 3 hours before closing. I came home without it. My son and grandson who was diagnosed day after me, with pneumonia went by with prescription in hand, 30 mins after I went. My son didnt wait 10 mins. They filled it for him. Bottom line is the tech and pharmacist the night of October 12, 2021, were very rude, and lied. This is the only CVS I have had a problem with, ever.

Here is how it works at this location:Walk up to pharmacy. Wait 15 minutes. Finally one of the three or four people behind the counter will look at you and say, Well be with you shortly!Wait another 15 minutes.Then, you are helped. Depending on who is working you are either treated as an annoyance that must be dealt with to move on, or as an actual human being with thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Sometimes the help is really great, and sometimes it is terrible.Its a mixed bag. Theres a Walgreens across the street and a Walmart about a mile down the road. Both are better choices.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. You have about two people who work there that act like they actually care. Every time I go to get my prescription filled, it has been charged wrong. After explaining why its wrong, they argue with me. Then when they pull up my account and actually look at it, they run it again and get things right. After waiting 15 minutes in line to pick up, and its wrong, they then make me wait another 15 minutes in line to pay for it. This is just wrong. Worst customer service ever. Due to insurance, I was forced to leave McLeskey-Todd after 30+ years. I never, not one time, had anybody be rude to me, they were always so helpful. Any time I can get a one time prescription filled, I go back to them. Guess I will change to another store until my insurance changes again. This store is so convenient for us, but we will go somewhere else from now on. I wouldnt give one star but you have to in order to post a review.

My pharmacy experiences are either great or terrible. No medium. Customer service inside is awesome. Setup inside is not so great. Always well stocked. Plenty of options.

Every time I go pick up my prescription they are slow. I just opened up 1 of my prescription today and it has a rubber band in it with my pills. Thats nasty and I need my meds moved from this CVS. Smh.

Customers services is bad. Workers are very slow and dont care ,doesn matter how people in line. People come to deferent windows and workers start help them even I was first in line. Jennifer was rude.

I’ve been going here over 10 years and the pharmacy service continues to get worse. The only reason I use them is because they are right down the road and CVS pharmacy is part of my husband’s Medicare insurance.Poor management is an understatement. The pharmacy department is rude, non attentive, keeps you waiting and treats you in demeaning manner either via phone or in person. If you go through the drive through make sure you have an hour to wait in line before choosing this CVS. If you need to call there is usually 20 minutes of piano music before someone picks up no matter what time of day you call. They are continually out of our medications which could take a day to a week to get in.And even though I’ve been going there for years with the same staff when my husband and I say our last name and even then spell it to them they almost always come back with “we don’t have that name in our system” I then have to hand them my driver license tell them we have been coming there for years and all of a sudden they find us. Our last name is very simple and easy. The reason I bring this up is because it shows they don’t pay attention to detail or you at all. Other pharmacies I’ve gone to they see their returning customers walk in, say hello and have you pulled up without even having to give them your info. This is a big one for me because I’m there every 2-3 weeks and have never been recognized by the same staff I’ve seen for years but I can name them before I’m even at the register.While I have no choice to continue to get my husband’s medication there I will no longer take my prescriptions to them. I’m tired of being treated rudely or made to feel as a nuisance with every interaction. CVS corporate you need to do a major overhaul at this location or major customer service training because they are surely lacking it

-5 Stars is there score. CVS pharmacy Lied and STOLE my prescription. The pharmacy texted and left a voicemail stating my prescription was ready. After waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru line I was informed there was no prescription called in to refill.

Clean and customer service is great.

The price you save on some of their prescriptions is almost not worth dealing with their Pharmacy. The staff is very rude. The only person that provides a godly customer service experience is Tonya. The rest of them are horrible. They tell you your prescription will be ready in 20mins. You give them an hour only to be told it’s going to be another 20mins and with an attitude. I read over other reviews and they are all them same “very poor customer service in the pharmacy”. They need to overhaul the pharmacy employees.

Elizabeth was quite rude. I love CVS but I would like a pharmacy that will give me the time of day to answer my questions. I will not come back to this particular CVS.

Very slow. No matter how bad you may be, they’ll still say 30 mins to 1 day. Not the most friendly and certainly don’t go out of their way for you.

The pharmacist went out of her way to help me find the cheapest price for my meds. I was having issues with my insurance but needed the meds so couldn’t wait for my insurance to get it together so I was having to pay out of pocket.She kindly ran about 5 prescription savings card trying to find me the cheapest price. In the end I ended up saving $660 thanks to her and her tech. Which we ended up using a savings card they found. So, they not only took the time to help but went above and beyond! They made me feel as if they genuinely cared! So I give the two of them 5stars as they have no idea what a relief/he’ll that truly was!Thanks ladies! Keep up the awesome work!!!

Was told my prescription would be available the next day. Went to pick it up and told next week but no gaurentee. This is not how a pharmacy should be run. Honesty goes a long way.

The pharmacy here is horrible. We had an appt to get a shot and they treated us like we were bothering them. We had an appt at 10 on Sunday . First they opened late and then when we stood there and waited for them to open we were off the bat greeted with rudeness. The lady behind the counter looked at the appt on our phone and said its going to be at least 30 minutes and there are six people in front of you. We were litterally the first people there. They acted like we were bothering them for being there and we should just leave. Horrible customer service.I feel like they are under staffed there and they do not care at all about customer service. Not going back there again for sure. Listen to the reviews . They are consistently bad. Dont go.

This is by far the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. It takes over an hour to pick up an RX in the DRIVE THRU... 2 days to refill anything. Horrible staff and not to mention the entire place stinks so terribly I nearly vomit every time they open the window to the DRIVE thru. Go elsewhere. Walgreens has a 3 minute wait at most. Filing a complaint about this location with CVS as well... they treat their customers terribly.

Had to order my meds cause they didnt have it in stock. When it came in, I was on vacation. 3 days after I got a txt it was ready, went to pick it up, trhey had put it back on the shelf! If it werent for my insurance requiring us to go to this place, we would go somewhere else! It stinks!!!

Overall our experience was great!

For the last 5 to 6 months keep having issues getting my husbands meds refilled. Last 3 months he has been several days without medications that he takes daily for years. They keep pushing his refill date back. Originally filled on the 2nd of the month, then the 8th and now they will push back to the 11th (possibly...who knows at this point)Gets further out each month. I had to call them in March for him to get his antidepressant filled a week late.He had been waiting an entire week and no contact from them! They seem to be profiling people. He is under doctors care, just had a checkup last Friday, compliant. Very disappointed. Will be moving our business elsewhere.

From the outside the place looks very glumly and not very attractive. Inside is okay but nothing stands out. The service is okay sometimes, it could use some improvements. I only go here when I really have to. Overall okay but could be updated.

I havent had any issues with the pharmacistbut the other staff isnt very friendly or helpful. They need to clean house and start all over. They also need to open the pharmacy department earlier on Sunday. 10 a.m is late!

This has to be the single worst pharmacy in the city. Have yet to get a prescription right on the first try. Always has wrong insurance info and theres always a long wait.
