I had a very painful scratched cornea and they worked me in with a minimum of fuss in a very short period of time. Dr. Le Croix was great and diagnosed the issue quickly and was didnt make me like I had inconvenienced her by upsetting the schedule. I highly recommend this practice!

Ive seen all the practitioners there and everyone has been lovely over the 15 years Ive been going. We are currently seeing Dr. Tanner and she is wonderful with my young girls. My 5 year had way too much fun at the eye doctor. Perfect!

Pelham vision was the best eye center ive ever been too. Dr. Woody was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He made me laugh and feel like i was part of the Pelham vision family. Then Ms. Laura helped me find the perfect glasses. Their customer service was excellent. Prices were very affordable. Thank you guys for all the help. Ill recommend you to everyone.

Dr. Tanner is awesome and they have a fantastic selection of frames and several licensed opticians that understand how to not only fit a frame correctly but they also explain the lens and lens add ons and the cost in detail and that would best help you see but also protect you eyes.

I have never been to an eye doctor who takes the time to explain everything to you about your eyes. You dont feel rushed and get excellent care. I would recommend it for everyone.

Have been trying to get my eye exam since the the start of the whole covid mess. Called several places that put me on a waiting list to even be scheduled, let alone when I would be scheduled. I called Pelham Vision, and not only was there NOT a waiting list, but was scheduled next day first thing at 8am. My first eye exam (needing glasses) went smoothly, and transitioned to frames with no worries. The entire staff and doctors made it all look easy. They are now my go-to eye doctor, even with three other places closer to my work and home. Call them, you will like them, too.

I would highly recommend Pelham Vision Center. I had not taken a back up set of contacts or glasses with me on vacation to Hilton Head and lost mine in the ocean. They were so helpful and forwarded my prescription to my email. Same day I was able to find ONE optician, Eyeland Optique (awesome people too!), on the island that just happened to have correct trial pairs. I could enjoy my vacation!

I always enjoy my time spent with these fine folks at Pelham Vision Center. The staff is always warm and friendly towards me and the Dr. Tanner is an expert in her field. They have always given me the very best in eye care! I highly recommend them!

I needed a indepth exam of my eyes for possible Glucoma and they took me in within 2 weeks, other places just laughed when I wanted a sooner exam. Anyway Dr. Tanner was very good and knew what she was talking about. They got me taken care of and followed up with another exam 2 months later to keep track of my situation. Very proffesional ppl and office. They listen to you and answere all questions I had so Dr. Tanner was awesome. I would highly recommend Pelham Vision center to everyone, 5 STARS FROM ME.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing time on a Friday evening. Jodi took care of me with no problem with ordering my contacts with a big smile on her face! She went above and beyond!!!!!!! I have been a patient of Pelham Vision Center for a number of years and have received nothing but the Best service anyone could ask for. Being a Diabetic, it is very important to receive Quality eye care service and Pelham Vision provides that. They work with my Endocrinologist to insure that I am doing what is necessary to maintain my A1c and daily blood sugar readings. The front office staff always makes you feel comfortable, the assistance are excellent and most importantly, the Doctors are total professionals. I have been a patient of both Dr Steck and Dr Woody and hey make sure that my best interest are met as it pertains to eye care.

She explained every procedure completely, answered all of my questions and then provided me with simple dry eye care procedures that have changed my life! I brought my son to this facility because they werent a week out with appointments like everyone else. The lady who took us back didnt tell us her name or what her position was. This was the first eye doctor appointment my son has ever had, so he was a little nervous. Once i asked who she was, she was very pleasant to work with. She did try to sell me on some service, not too sure what it was. She explained it as an x-ray for your eyes and said it was an extra $47... I politely declined. The dr came in after that and spoke more to my 12 year old son than myself, which was ok, but I wished I wouldve been addressed more. She did her exam, which she rushed him through and almost answered her questions to him herself. Seeing that this was his first appointment, he didnt always understand what she was asking and/or expecting. She made him walk around the facility with large, heavy, goofy looking glasses on his face to see how they felt? I thought this was sheer embarrassment for someone his age. What can you really tell wearing those anyway? He was more concerned with what everyone thought about him. She proceeded to tell me his vision was 20/15 in one eye and fine in the other. So while his eyes were dilating she told him to pick out frames... I asked the lady about insurance and costs. Long story short, the box of glasses that insurance would only charge our $50 copay for was filled with ridiculous looking childish frames. The frames he liked would have been $304 with the lenses and the anti-glare that she recommended. We left and went to Americas Best where his complete cost for glasses was $74.15.. since hes under 13, his lenses were FREE. Lastly, we just noticed that the FREE sample eye drops she gave him for dryness are EXPIRED!!! I wont go back to Pelham Vision, and am not able to recommend their services.

We went to Pelham for years until our insurance decided not to pay and we switched to an In network provider. We have switched back to Pelham. They are the MOST knowledgeable practice we have EVER been to and we had two of the family members with vision problems that went on for two years. One visit back to Pelham and it was solved in one visit! They are incredibly knowledgeable, very professional and friendly and definitely in trend with the latest technology but not just to have the latest and greatest- it is very applicable!I had low macular pigmentation and was not aware of it- they have put me on dietary regimen to boost that to prevent macular degeneration later..The professionalism goes from the receptionists to Daniel-new to Pelham and very knowledgeable and I would recommend him any day--- to the opticians and to the doctors there!Our familys eye care is too important to switch again. We will stay here from now on.

I got a pair of glasses less than a year ago. It took forever for them to come in . The lens are now cracking . Pretty frames but I cant see. Thankfully I can get a new pair this year. Ive never had a pair of glasses this bad. Stay away

I had a bad experience with Pelham Vision Center, and I would not recommend them. I called in advance to check to see if they had frames in the price range of my vision coverage, and they assured me that they did. After I had my eye exam and my eyes were dilated, the closest they got to my coverage limit was still $55 over.
