I was in the market for a new Pathfinder and ended up at Nissan of Greer. Despite being a little bit further away from closer Nissan dealerships, the Greer location was the most responsive and had the best reviews out of other local dealerships. I was immediately welcomed in and seated with Jean. We discussed what I was looking for, and I was out for a test drive within 15 minutes of arriving. The vehicle was great, and Jean made the test drive truly enjoyable. The trim and color I was looking for were not immediately available, so we looked at different options that they had coming in later this week. We decided on one that had everything I was looking for. From there, we worked with Jay to get the pricing exactly where I was looking for. The entire experience was very low pressure and everyone was extremely friendly. I ended the day with Oscar, the finance manager. He was also extremely personable and it felt more like sitting with an old friend than sitting through a business transaction. My car was scheduled to be picked up this Friday, but it came three days early and I was able to drive it home yesterday. Jean came in on his day off to show me exactly how to use everything in the car, and they have helpful videos to explain each feature. I absolutely love my car, and I would recommend working with Nissan of Greer to anyone as well.

The purchase experience is great while they want your money. The minute you drive the car off the lot the service goes downhill. Ive been trying to find the status on my tags since the purchase in JUNE 2021. Every time I call, I get transferred around the world, leave messages and no one at this location apparently cares enough about service to call back.I work in service and Ive never received such horrible service in my life.

My Nissan Rogue was in the service department receiving routine maintenance as well as to replace the transmission. Thomas was the employee working my order. He went over and beyond to ensure I was informed along the way about the progress of the work. When my warranty company was lagging and reluctant to pay there end of the bill, he did an excellent job assisting me through resolving issues with my warranty company, including calling me after each communication he had with the warranty company and providing me with phone numbers to my warranty, my claim number number, and providing his direct line so I could reach him quickly. When issues with my warranty company persisted, he promptly directed me to his manager Shane who immediately joined in assisting in communicating with the warranty company to get those payment matters resolved. I was extremely pleased with this experience. I am careful when going to dealerships due to experiences at other places where I felt I could not trust the people there to have my best interest. However, Thomas and Shane provided me with such prompt and transparent communication through every step that I have complete trust and peace of mind about get my vehicle needs taken care or at Nissan in Greer. I definitely felt that my best interest was top priority! Thank you!

My sales was done on a Sunday and it was super slow getting the vehicle funded. My salesman was friendly. My only issue was my car did not have mats. He said all vehicles didn’t come with them. I’m still trying to find a reasonable priced customized mats. Make sure everything is in your vehicle before signing (yes, even mats) because after they don’t care much.

I recently bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue at the Nissan dealership in Greer South Carolina. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my sales person, Nathaniel Clark. He was very kind and courteous and I felt no pressure at all while I was there. He worked with me to find a vehicle that had the features I was most interested in. I have never purchased a Nissan before and I am still in the learning process with all the features that are on it. I have received numerous phone calls from Nathaniel, my salesman, extending help if I need it. He was really great to work with and I feel like I have made a friend in the process of buying my new car. Service experience was consider good and facilities were clean and comfortable. When I arrived with an appointment, I was told the oil and filter change would take up to 1.5 hours, I consider that too long of a wait. It did not take quite that long anyway.I am debating whether I will return to Nissan for future service after getting an email from Nissan stating their support of gay pride. I dont see why your company has to get into politics and moral issues. Your position offends me and my beliefs.

We recently decided to make this location our permanent oil change and maintenance location within the Upstate. This team always goes the extra mile and doesnt pressure you into things they dont feel your car needs. Recently we had to replace a transmission in our Rogue and Thomas knocked it out the park. He provided options and next steps which helped a ton. He was great to work with and I will always try to make sure he is my point of contact moving forward. He cares about the Nissan name and really wants to make a positive impact on those who he interacts with.

Went in for service and decided to look at maybe trading in my truck. And was very disappointed at the way Steve Ural acted towards me. Very rude and very disrespectful. He had one price of 29000 to give me for my truck but he had wrong truck that I wanted on his paper. Then he put right truck on paper and offered 2k less for mine. This guy is a real con man. When I stated that he got a attitude and I had told him I was looking at a truck at another dealership he said well maybe you should go there and buy a truck. This is really poor customer service from a manager. I will def never recommend anymore people to your dealership nor will I step foot back in your dealership. That guy did it for me. I have sent 7 people there over the last year and all have bought a vehicle and I bought 2 from there. But I will no longer do business with Nissan of Greer

My husband took my car in for regular maintenance. Less than an hour after my car is serviced, I start getting calls from “Nissan of Greer” wanting me to trade my car in for a newer car. I don’t care if Nissan of Greer is looking for my particular make and model. I have a very good interest rate and a really decent monthly payment. If I wanted to trade my car in for a newer model, then I would. One thing I loved when I bought my first Nissan was that there was no sales pressure. I kept my first Nissan for almost 10 years before trading it in. What I love about my second and current Nissan is that the Nissan I bought it from doesn’t hound me and harass me—calling me twice in a row when I don’t answer. I called Nissan of Greer back to talk to Sam because I thought there was a service issue. The girl who answered tried the bs aggressive sales tactic with me. I don’t play that game. I’ll likely not return to this location for further servicing if this is what I have to look forward to afterwards. I hung up on her.

I drove down after working with online employees, just for the store to not honor anything that I was previously told. Pretty much a waste of an afternoon due to miscommunication.

So I Went in to greer nissan on August the 6 to look at a 2010 370z. 91k miles. The car was clean on the inside and out. So i test drive it. She’s running fine. It had No lights on the dash, no nothing. So im feeling good at this point.. So after we return from the test drive we run the numbers. So i go ahead and make the deal, because like i said the car was fine… No lights, No nothing!! Fast forward to two days later and the check engine light comes on, and the car starts to run rough and No acceleration or power. Luckily for me the sales manager Jay reached out to me once he became aware of the situation. And let me tell you my experience was nothing but amazing. Jay and his liaison Brandon were very courteous, kind, and listened to my concerns. Turns out i had a bad catalytic converter. They are going to fix not only the one thats bad, but also the second one. Thank you nissan of greer for making me feel confident in my purchase.

I could not rave more about my experience at Nissan of Greer. A couple months back I had a very horrible experience at a different dealership and, thus, went into Nissan of Greer worried that this one would be similar. However, every single person we interacted with was so nice, kind, and attentive to our needs. Anthony, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He got to know us beyond just customers buying a car and made my husband and I both feel extremely comfortable. I felt like he truly cared about us as people and making sure we got exactly what we needed. We also worked with Josh (manager), Josh, (finance) and Oscar (finance), all of whom were amazing. Josh started our finances and explained everything extremely clearly. Oscar sealed the deal and I felt was completely transparent and honest about the whole process, which is something I look for when making such a large purchase. Not once did I feel pressured to make a quick decision and felt that they listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and respected when I needed to take some time to process all the information. Justin Ching is the best Sales rep at Nissan of Greer. This is the third lease I have done with him and he is attentive, knowledgeable and an all around wonderful person. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Kicks SR. Adam, Rob and Oscar were wonderful and got me into the car I wanted. Payments were a little higher than I wanted but fair considering credit, as well as definitely doable based on my income. Adam was very nice, informative, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Rob worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Oscar explained the financial portion well and the service policy was very well explained without sounding pushy about it. Overall, I love my new car, I enjoyed my experience and we will be back to purchase a second car eventually.

Justin Ching and Wonder Working Josh (is what I call the finance dude) have been calling me because they needed cars in their inventory! I wasn’t due to return mine until 5/2022! So, the engine light came on a couple of days after my oil change! I brought it in to be checked and find out it needed to be fix! So, when I ran into Justin My sales guy, He asked me do I want to trade it in! I told them that there was no way they could put me in a newer car with a comfortable payment! Next thing I know I was signing papers! I went from a Altima SV model to a SL. That’s why I gave Josh that name! That’s not it!!! I called my sister Tamara Newsome because we lease our cars together! Josh did the same for her! We absolutely love Greer Nissan! Big Thank you to Justin Ching My #1 sales guy, My #1 Finance guys Josh & Omar! They are a seriously honest kick butt team!
