It looks like a prison as you drive down River road when turning off of Route 14. The chain link fence is rusty and has barbed wire on top. REALLY?! BARBED WIRE??!! Cant they take into consideration the residents that live nearby and maybe we would like to have something that is more inviting to guests that come to visit our house? How about not felling like I am coming to visit an incarcerated prisoner when I am simply driving home after working all day. Wish they would do something to make it look more pleasant like getting rid of the barbed wire and having some climbing vines over the fencing. Something with some life and not a feeling of dread. Whenever it rains the plant or dam makes a groaning sound.
