Some of, if not the best tasting water in America, straight out of the tap. Never had an issue with anyone in the office. I pay my bill on time and I haven’t had a reason to complain.

Pushy, rude and down right greedy. I have a $33 overdue balnce that was due on the 10th so I am 4 days late and they are calling me for the money or they will tun my water off on the 18th. You omt even get the standard 10 days overdue

Im writing this, because I saw people complaining on here- and their rating was kinda low... I guess people rarley say good things, they just post reviews when theyre mad... All of my dealings with Blue Ridge Water Company heav been good... They are very professional.

Last Sunday morning, 6.23.19, our neighborhood had a water line break and we had no water until approximately 3pm. I called the after hours number to report the outage and within minutes I was contacted by a worker who explained the issues and that they would have it repaired as soon as possible. The immediate call back was very nice. I have never had any problems with their customer service representatives. They have been helpful whether it was in person or over the telephone. Also, I set up automatic payments, which ensures that I dont miss a payment. I was able to complete and email the forms to them - easy!

I mistakenly got a call from blue ridge water telling me my water will be shut off unless I pay. I am not a customer of theirs so I called to tell them that whoevers water is going to be shut off, they are not going to have warning. The woman did not care at all about this family and said since they search by phone number and the number was wrong, there was nothing she could do and ended the call.If she had any sense, she could have taken my number, pulled up the account to see if there was an alternative number or email, but she couldnt be bothered because they have 14,000 customers.

Now that’s customer service! Had a cover missing on the water meter. Called about it and within the same day they had someone over and fixed it.Great service considering living out in rural area by choice.

Regular outages are a way of life. Apparently there are no systems in place to notify them of outages - so they rely on customers to call in. IF you can call in. I just drove down to report a total outage because their phone system did not allow me to speak to anyone. Turns out someone was flushing a hydrant without notifying anyone. A reasonably prudent person or company would have a system for notifying them of such actions. I am seriously considering a well.

I did go 2 months without paying because it’s so low I forget about it. I paid the 30$ fee and remaining 20$ balance on Tuesday evening . It was 6 pm so they were closed. I called and got an answer for after hr service . 70$ to come out and turn it on. I said I’ll wait for them to turn it on Wednesday while I’m work, I’ll come home and it’ll be on. Nope. Had all day to turn it on. Bill paid in full from the previous day. Yay me. Work all day, then gym, come home and guess what, no water... going into Thursday , and I’m guessing I’m gonna have to call again and see why it was difficult to comprehend I called the day before after paid in full. So you’d think , hey. I’m l it’ll be on tmw. Not sure why . No one cares is my best guess or common sense escapes them. Don’t move into the area where blue ridge water service is required . It isn’t rocket science . But I won’t get an honest answer as to why it went all day still with the bill paid full from the previous day and they know it’s off and the bill is paid.

Ive never had any problems with these guys. It would be nice to have a reminder if your bill is past due. I have missed a payment by accident before (just overlooked it when paying bills) and they are quick to disconnect you. They do charge to reconnect, but thats their right - I didnt pay on time. They were not rude or condescending when I allied to have my services reconnected and they did so within a few hours of me calling.The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the online payments. The system works, but isnt great. I would also like to be able to sign up for auto pay without having to go to the office in person.

Poor customer service. Dont ever be a day late with a payment, or it will cost you $50 extra for a $18 bill. If there was any other way I would not have their service. Absolutely do not care about the customer.

Sold my house... they keep stealing money from my account.Finally got issue resolved, and a refund. Needed to talk to someone other than the billing clerk.This review is meaningless since there are no alternatives to where you can get your water!

Everyone hating, must be due to NOT paying your bills... they have helped in all kind of ways, with water info and a whole lot more.. I keep aquariums and sometimes the water I put in my aquarium doesnt suit... they are very helpful in assisting me... py your bills and you wont have a problem

Horrible!!! They charge you $725 to have a meter put back in if the previous owners quit paying their bill or was stealing water!!! You pay for their mistake!! And very rude customer service!!!

I used to live in the area that required Blue Ridge Water Service. I hated the service and the ladies that work there must have hated their job because they are rude!! Ive since moved and thankfully do not have to deal these people anymore! Im sorry for all you people that are forced to continue to have to deal with these people!!

I AM NEVER LATE with my payment. but that is not the issue the rude staff when you call about an outage which is at least 3 or more times a month. They say OH WELL I had my dishwasher running heard a strange sound and checked my faucets and there was no water. They take outages as OH WELL unless you live on Glassy Mountain then they jump. How do I know this I have friends who live there

These people are extremely rude I called and the miserable women who I spoke with kept huffing and puffing on the phone like how extremely rude if you simply do not like your job then youre definitely in the wrong place of business this is ridiculous and sad we as customers are the sole reason you HAVE A JOB!!! Worse experience EVER! IF I COULD HAVE GAVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD!
