Love the pharmacy staff at this location. Other staff is very friendly and helpful, as well, but we mostly just fill our prescriptions/get our flu shots here. They are always looking to find discounts on medications and more than willing to call the doctors office if there is any question. Only once in the more than 15 years we have been using this location did we experience rudeness on the part of the pharmacy staff. It was over a holiday weekend and the person we dealt with was evidently filling in temporarily.

Jackson was really nice, professional and helpful. Kerry was very mean to him in front of other patrons and that was very unprofessional as a manager that is supposed to be helpful

My father fills his prescriptions at this pharmacy location. He recently lost his Medicare part D coverage for a gap in time. He visited the Walgreens Pharmacy this week to fill a prescription that included omeprazole 40 mg tablets that cost him $164. He is 85 years old, and does not read well. The pharmacist did not consult him about speaking to his doctor to see if an over-the-counter option would be more affordable. After all, it was known to the pharmacy that he was temporarily not covered by Medicare as they are who informed him. I called and spoke with the pharmacist or whoever answered the phone, and asked why he was not consulted about it and was told “we just filled a prescription. That’s what his doctor ordered and the patient will have to talk to his doctor about that.” Seriously? I could understand if it was something that was only available as a prescription. But omeprazole when he could just take 2-20 mg tablets? Our family is very, very disappointed with your pharmacist lack of care and concern for a long time and elderly customer.

Ive been coming to this store for about 9 years now and the pharmacy is great. They remember me and are always helpful and pleasant. The reason I left 4 stars is because some of the other store employees have not been so nice and helpful.

We moved to Greer in December and needed to change our pharmacy. We have been welcomed so warmly by everyone at this store. We have been extremely pleased with the transition of prescription services. We didnt think we could find a pharmacy who could replace our pharmacy [in superior customer service] in Powdersville. Helpful and courteous.

Just stopped for cigarettes at this store in Greer, SC because I was close. Paid almost $10 more than same purchase last week at the store in Taylors, SC where I live. Wont make the mistake of shopping here again!

Cashier was going out of her way to help the gentleman ahead of me find directions to where he needed to go. He didnt have a GPS or way to get directions, so she was handwriting them out.Only downside is that they didnt have anyone else staffing the front, so I had to wait for a while. Waiting for kindness is a good thing, though.

Pharmist makes mistakes. Say one price then try to make it out to be customers fault because they made a mistake and dont know how to handle properly. Never again will I waste my time talk to uneducated techs there.

Very clean store, always easy to find everything I’m looking for. Staff are friendly and helpful and checkout is always quick.

Customer service is very rude in the photo department. It was the short, young guy that had a BAD attitude. Acted as a know it all. I actually called the manager when I left not sure if anything was ever done. Now I just quit going all together and told my friends. My wife even quit going. CVS and Rite Aide are just up the road and they dont treat there customers badly!

Pharmacists are SUPER helpful. More them my pediatrician.
