Bought a washer and dryer a year ago. They were never great. The washer had trouble spinning from the beginning and the dryer was finicky. I didn’t care enough to call within the 60 day window so figured it wasn’t worth it later. Honestly as long as I did small loads they both worked ok for a while. Last week they quit. Only a year after getting them.Yes I know it’s a used appliance store. But the whole point is to get used that have been *properly* repaired or lightly used. I definitely would have expected better and longer use.Long story short, it’s not worth getting anything from them.***edit to add after seeing reply****😂 thanks so much! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I wish there was a way to give less than one star to this place. I purchased a refrigerator from them and it has been the WORST retail experience I have ever had. The unit I purchased NEVER worked. They delivered the unit, but said I had to wait for 2 hours to plug it in, then 24 hours for it to cool. Nothing after 24 hours. Not the least bit cool. I am convinced they instruct customers to wait to test the unit so they can make a clean get-away before the customer discovers they have been sold a piece of junk.It took several visits from their repairman over several weeks (with food spoiling the entire time) before they would even admit they couldnt fix the unit, which they claimed was working perfectly before it left their business. Malarkey! I asked them several times to replace the unit since they couldnt fix it, but they kept telling me they wouldnt switch it out until their repair person decided that it couldnt be repaired.After weeks of back and forth, they finally replaced the first non-working unit with another unit that ALSO did not work. The repair person had to come out and work on the new non-working unit twice, including having to do actual welding on the unit to get it to function at all. The patch-work repair worked for all of a month before the unit stopped cooling again. Now they refuse to do anything to repair the unit because more than 60 days have passed since I purchased the first unit (which, again, NEVER worked and took weeks for them to switch out) even though 60 days have not passed since they managed to fix the second unit.A 60 day warranty is completely useless when they deliver a product that is broken, then take several weeks to fix/replace it while they burn up any time you have left on your warranty, then insist that the warranty starts on the day they deliver the broken appliance and runs out after 60 days no matter how long it takes to fix the appliance or how long it takes their repair person to determine that it cant be repaired.The person that recommended this business to me is embarrassed that she sent me there to get a refrigerator for my grandmother, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone who doesnt have money to burn. I understand that that some risks come with purchasing used appliances, but there is no excuse for taking such bad advantage of customers as this place does.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Greer Appliance Warehouse almost a month ago now. Some mechanical issues and issues due to sloppy installation were discovered the next day, and after contacting them regarding the issues, I had to wait several days for the repairmen to come. When they did, they didn’t have the tools necessary to complete most of the repairs, and one they informed me they would need to order a part for (this is the only reasonable issue).After this, I scheduled 3 MORE TIMES for repairmen to show up (all requiring me to stay home from work), the repairmen never showed. This is after my repeated reminder and inquiry calls to get more information and time frames for arrival.After a total of 4 times scheduling repair visits and repeated calls, my machines STILL have not been repaired. Needless to say, I will never be purchasing anything from them again.A 60 day return policy does no good if you are so unreliable (and have such poor record-keeping and communication with employees) that you don’t even keep your scheduled appointments within those 60 days.The discount price isn’t worth the massive imposition it will create later. You’d be further ahead to go elsewhere and purchase a new machine from a retailer.*IN RESPONSE TO REPLY*The reason I am only shown on your paperwork to have one scheduled appointment is undoubtedly due lack of communication between employees.* 9/21 I had repairmen come and diagnose the issues. This is the ONLY time after installation I have had a repairmen come. I had scheduled appointments on:Thursday 9/23Tuesday 9/28Sat 10/2Mon 10/4All but the last was due to your repairmen Mike not showing up or calling when he stated he would. I did most communication via store phone with salesman Zach, and he can confirm details of my difficulties. Also, I was not schedule for an appointment this Thursday, I was scheduled (as stated above) by Zach for Mon 10/4, and the repairmen yet again did not show up or call. When I attempted to call the store to inquire (during business hours, more than once) no one answered.

We got a pretty nice washer and dryer set for a decent price and a black stainless refrigerator. They also have a 60 day warranty if something happens. We purchased the extended one year just to be safe. They did the delivery and the setup so I didn’t have to do anything.

I have to give one star but honestly they dont deserve that. We leased a refrigerator from this store (through Progressive) and did as instructed to let it sit for 2 hours before plugging in, then we plugged it in and over 24 hours later it was not cool at all. We called progressive, cancelled the lease and they informed us to return the refrigerator to the store. Upon doing so, the person who helped us tried to tell us they didnt have a leasing program, nor did they sell that brand refrigerator. We informed him of what they told us to do returning the appliance and was told because the leasing person was not on staff, we would have to bring it home and bring the refrigerator back in a couple days. Mind you, we have loaded and unloaded this each time by ourselves. After telling him we would not bring it back, this salesman grabbed a dolly and brought the fridge back into the store. My husband tried to explain everything that happened and the man points to the all sales final sign telling him we may have to come back and pick it up because they will not take it back. Thankfully through all this, Progressive Leasing was good to us and theyre aware that we were sold a faulty fridge and this is totally unacceptable. I will not buy from this place ever ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Unprofessional, rude and sure dont take responsibility for selling products that dont work. We were never offered another, or offered to have someone fix this one. Also, when you work in a business, be sure to dress as such. I have never been in a business where sweatpants, pants falling off and no manners was allowed.

This store has an awesome selection of washers and dryers. So many appliances. They have fast delivery and setup with a 60 day warranty. We got a nice side by side.

My washer recently bit the dust and I needed a new one to replace it. As a recent college grad I really didnt have much cash and Home Depot/ Lowes will nickel and dime you on delivery/ haul away fees. I decided to take a chance and try somewhere local and boy am I glad I did! The customer service was great throughout the whole buying/ installation process and not to mention easy. They even delivered for FREE, installed it for FREE ,and hauled away my old washer for FREE. Its crazy especially considering Home Depot quoted me over $100 just for delivery not even for installation or haul away. Give this small biz a chance. I think youll be pleasantly surprised.

Tech guys (Mike & Zack) truly want you to have working appliances and have care and patience in explaining any problem they see arise.The company, unfortunately, had a mishap with their vehicles not being serviced properly. Other than not calling us to let us know what had happened - it was a good experience with this company. All of the employees definitely want you to have working appliances while Saving you some green!

We bought a washing machine 5 months ago. it started leaking 3 months ago so we called the Appliance Warehouse within the 60 day warranty. They told us it was out brand new hoses that just needed to be tightened. Now its leaking again and they wont do anything about it. I cant buy the extended warranty. Nor will they send a tech out. we throw our dirty towels in front of the washer so I didnt see the water. Now they say were just out of luck... NEVER AGAIN. I wish I had I realized I should not have trusted the opinion of the technician about the leak the first time they came out.

I was promised a return call from a technician and even an appointment date, but no one showed up or did a follow up call. This was many days after I had made the original purchase. Better to invest your money elsewhere.Update: Over two weeks later, appliances remain unfixed. Plus, they said parts would arrive this week but technicians have not yet followed up as promised..

Poor service and quality of products. Nearly a month after purchase, our appliances are still not working. They said they would come back or get the parts early this week, but so far have not heard back. The problem could have been avoided if the store did a routine check (like an ethical business would) before selling defective products on the floor.

Which I guess upset one of the employees. Which he then came out with a condescending attitude saying “sorry we don’t have enough options to choose maybe if we had more room to pack more in you’ll find something” being smart about it so we thanked him and kept it stepping finally he finished off with going back inside and calling us “ridiculous”like sir that’s not how you do business. Mind you I did tell my fiancé we would go back if we didn’t find anything better but with that attitude I rather take my money anywhere else.Update :The funniest is the reply no one complained about the prices we actually liked some and were thinking about coming back but once we said we’ll come another time and went outside someone followed us. It’s about respect and the fact that you said triggered is hilarious just cause my name is Karen doesn’t mean a thing I’m pretty chill but I don’t like getting disrespected no one would. Beside even if he was talking about the prices which he wasn’t that doesn’t constitute anyone following us and talking down on us when we just simply entered and exited a store. Do not purchase from this store. They are very rude, the guy that comes out to fix doesn’t know how to fix anything bc it brakes again. Probably fixes it from YouTube videos. But it is very hard to get anyone to come out and help. They keep delaying when the repair man will come down to fix. Better to buy somewhere else for more then for cheap. They are liars just like upstate liquidators. Stay away from these second hand stores. Their business will close soon!

I bought a broken fridge for $900 2 weeks before I had to move across county. I had to call them 3 times to come fix it and I had to call their tec. no one showed up or tried to contact me and I had to throw the fridge away and buy a new one from Lowes for the same price. The fridge from Lowes wasnt as big but it worked and has a valid team to repair or reimburse if anything goes wrong. DO NOT BUY HERE. If you get a lemon your stuck with a team of people that do not care to make it right. If you buy a fridge that doesnt work then expect to buy a back up fridge or use a ice chest for an unknown amount of time. The tall delivery diver was bragging to the other driver about how he wanted to get fired and did not want to quit. He was also joking about scratching up my wood floors. I did not find it funny. Its unfortunate because I did want to be a repeat customer for my rental properties but I will have to go elsewhere. FYI to the owner or employees that read this. Arguing and demining peoples reviews make you look really bad I wish I read the negative reviews and how you reacted to them before I came here.

First off, the store has a great vibe when walking in. They have music playing, incense burning and they seem friendly. I told Junior what I was looking for and he walked me directly to it and told me all the info i needed. They set me up for delivery 3 days later and mike came to install the washer and dryer in a timely manner. Nice group of people they have at this small business. I definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am in desperate need of a refrigerator. After reviewing all these reviews bad and overly good, I have to say I am glad they were closed to Saturday after Christmas.The reason I say this, no store in history has gotten straight five stars in every single positive review purchase does not happen.What I find amazing after being in customer service for over 25 years and working for telephone company with very irate customers. Is the fact that the owner wrote back responses to his customers and put the blame on them and not taking any responsibility for any issues for what could have happened, what might have happened,what did happen and not one single apology. Im sure he does good business for some customers and some things work out great. However not taking responsibility at all or apologizing and you are a small businessman I dont see how you can stay in business very long if the bad reviews keep coming.The internet is a blessing and a curse.So I have to say the Owners lack of customer service is the real reason I would not shop here,not the low stars.Because as we know there is two sides to everyvery story. He just happened to show me a lack of concern for customers that he could have had for life.

After going through hundreds of washers and dryers we found the same set we use to have before we moved here from Tennessee. Kenmore direct drive are amazing washers and they still sell them here! This is an EDIT of a previous review,Had to bring it in to be fixed but he did fix it no questions asked that is why the upgrade to 4 stars it works now just like it should.Bought a stove paid for it asked if it worked he said it did, they did not deliver to Gray Court. I had to rent a trailer pick it up! Tried to use oven first time did nothing had to use a ninja to make a cobbler,I am just saying at this time make them plug them in before you take it because if you have to rent trailer they are not going to come and fix it you have to bring it back unless you are in their area. They will fix it but have to rerent trailer and take it in then rent one to take it back home Just be cautiousIn response to your reply, my last stove also a 220 worked good and the oven was inaccurate not faulty!!!! and if the 220 was the problem then the stovetop would not work as good, my lawyer advised to bring it back to you and let you show me that it works which I will do Wednesday and if it doesnt then let you fix it. Then will go from there and I work for an air conditioning company I know the difference if the 220 did not work then the stove top would be slow to heat up as 110v is not enough to run 3 burners effectively as this one. My advice is just let it go for now if you fix it I will give you the 4 stars if you keep it up I will file with the BBB and the state.

So, I cancelled the order. Then purchased one through appliance warehouse. The guy who came to install it did not have the correct equipment. So, weve been stuck for the past day trying to fix it ourselves. The owner was more than rude to us. He said that he only has a warranty after installation is completed, and there are issues. It was never completely installed. We had to go buy parts, and fix it ourselves. Keep in mind, Chip just had knee surgery, and I dont move like I used to.Chip went up and apparently, he said his guidelines should be common sense. If I had been handed those guidelines at the time of purchase, I would concur. My bad. Ok, I didnt read through it. But, I never got a copy of these supposed guidelines. This was all we were given.Luckily, we were able to figure it out, after tons of towels laid down. And, two trips to Home Depot. But, dont ever use them.
