Horrible service. They refuse to charge my card the day the bill is due and try to stick me with late fees every single time. I’m sick of this company. Their washer and dryers hardly work, and they try to rob you of every penny they can. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and horrible appliances. Do yourself a massive favor and choose someone else to rent from. I will most likely be returning my units as soon as possible. Awful. I’d give less than one star if i could.

WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The Greer location has been the worst rental company I have ever used! Theyll change your delivery/ service date without any communication. I had to wait two weeks for my washer and dryer. When I did receive them the washer was nasty... there was hair, dirt and even a toothpaste cap inside the softener dispenser!... so I had to scrub the inside then run it first before I could use it. Then to find out it only ran on certain cycles. On top of that the dryer didnt work so I put in a service request... never heard anything so I ended up taking the back off... come to find out it was so packed full of lint that it was keeping all the moisture in. I went a whole month without being able to use them... Ive emailed them asking them to pick them up and refund my money... still have yet to hear anything and its been two weeks. Dont bother trying to call because youll never get someone on the phone. EXTREMELY TICKED OFF WITH THEM!!!
