A very great Home Depot! Never had any problems that were answered. Seems to be ran very well as there are usually people to get your questions answered quite quickly. I had an awesome experience with a couple of gentlemen that helped me make a bunch of keys in minutes.

This is a great Home Depot. Ive always found what I needed at a reasonable price. Pretty much everyone here knows what they are talking about so they can help with customer needs accurately.

Would get better stars if they updated their on hands more often and not waste my time.

The website said they had a Honda Generator in stock for same day pickup. I drive down only to find they don’t and the sales guy could only say it was stolen and inventory was wrong. SAD

This Home Depot is the best one do to the staff. I want to give recognition to a staff member Holly who works up front. She is very proficient at her job among other good traits. I usually go there to buy a part to something that had just broke, which is often. Therefore, I am a little frustrated when first going in but then their is Holly, always quick to help. It is so nice to be treated with courtesy and respect. I wish their were more Holly’s in the world. So sweet, the kind of person you want to hug and say ‘ I appreciate you’! You all are lucky to have her as an employee working for you, she is a true asset!

We ordered two vanities for our bathroom project and the customer service team up front could not have been more helpful with getting the forklift and loading them on the truck. Holly and Paul were great in the store. If you have to choose between this Home Depot and the Lowes in the same area, you will consistently get better service at this Home Depot.

The right hand is clearly not talking to the left at this store even when a manager named Paul is involved. Ive done business with Home Depot for years, primarily at the pioneer hills location and have a pro x account. Was does that get me at this store ... not much.Lets start by me placing an order for pickup at 8am that wasnt ready until after 6. Then i was told by Paul around 5 that i already picked up the order. The icing on the cake was Paul telling me curbside pickup was not an option for me because i requested a sheet of plywood cut in half length/width. You can also tell by my pictures what i ordered. Nothing too complex right. Stain, spray paint and a piece of plywood. Does 8 hours seem logical to you?I will not shop at this store again and will strongly recommend the Lowes across the street. I encourage a callback from the corporate level.

Store easy to navigate, and find what you need. Staff wont bother you if you want to shop alone, but will gladly assist you if needed.Also, rentals are available for affordable prices for self-transporting home. Some rentals as cheap as $19.99 while a larger vehicle will cost $29.99. Most tool rentals and lawn mowers are also affordable, but come with insurance. You can decline the insurance if you want. (Some credit cards can cover this)

The customer service is terrible at this storeI went in to buy a refrigerator. The staff member an older man with an attitude acted like I was doing him a favor shopping there. When he showed me the fridge I wanted I was prepared to buy it right then and there but he just ignored me and went over to help another clerk and her customer. Not even Ill be right back. So rude. This man had absolutely no manners and has no business working in customer service. I complained to AJ the Asst Manager and only bought the fridge as she gave me a discount. Otherwise I would have gone to Lowes. I will never shop at this store again! Im inclined to drop Home Depot altogether.

Shopping experience was good and fun and my sales rep was very knowledgeable, However DO NOT trust the delivery service. My brand new refrigerator was half put together, handles are missing. I do not know where the handles from my old fridge are. Doors were not aligned properly so now I have to redo it so whats the point. I tried contacting the delivery service but to no avail.

Standing here 20 minutes in an aisle while no less than 10 orange aprons walk past without asking if I need help. Not the first time. Customer service told me 20 minutes ago (I had to interrupt their personal conversation) that someone would be by to help me grab something off a high shelf in 5 minutes, but they are busy. Im looking at three ladders, should I grab one? I could have been home and done with my project by now.

Some nice Christmas lights clearance. Havent had any issues at this store. Friendly older gentleman greeting customers is pleasant and very nice. Dont get that in many stores.

JP and Justice went above and beyond to help us out with a leaf blower we are extremely satisfied with how much effort they put on to help us out with the item we were looking for thank you so much again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Normally, I dont leave reviews. But in this case, I had the WORST customer service here. My mother paid for new flooring in my house, the employees in the flooring department clearly dont talk to one another and dont care if their job has been done right or not. But theyll gladly be rude enough to track you down for a payment. I had to speak with almost 4 people to make sure the correct flooring was ordered, for someone to come out the measure how much I needed, then they arent communicating with the contractors with what things need to be done per HOA and our unit. So the contractors cant do their job because Home Depot cant relay correct information. They wont admit to their mistakes and get nasty when you tell them you arent paying anymore for services that you already paid for. Id happily pay more at Lowes across the street for perfect service. And thats where Ill be going for now on.

Hosting the childrens workshops once a month on Saturday is something all 3 of our kids attend. Its a great way to follow directions and build something new every month. We love it, as far as the store and employees, they are always awesome to our kids and helpful with anything you need and very knowledgeable. Thank you Home Depot!!

Crummy wood, actively campaigns against its own workers.

They only had one person working in the paint department and five people waiting. The employee was doing his best to keep up, but this is unacceptable.

Dont buy appliances here. There is no service after the sale. zero. zip. nada. Once they take your money, they pawn you off on the manufacturer. They even refused to permit a return on a defective appliance, saying it had to go through the manufacturer. Please buy from a local appliance store. Dont waste your time or money here.

Greenwood Village store was great!! Gentleman at the return desk was awesome!! One thing tho . . . Had a couple questions and found it difficult to find an associate on the sales floor. Didnt u used to have push buttons located around the store to request assistance? Would be great if those were still available. Thank-you!!

ALWAYS always find an older person if you need help here, the kids usually have no idea how to help you if you have any technical questions or product related questions... its great asking about differences between two products and they read to you the label... nice. I just did that... but if you need help finding the cash registers or door theyre helpful :) this location is ok not great like some of the others but not the worst....

No flatbed in the garden area. Had to walk out to the parking lot to grab one because there was no one around to ask. 2 cashier chatting with no acknowledgement I was even there.

Lady that was working in paint yesterday wasn’t helpful at all. I tried to match a paint color I had a screenshot of. She mixes a color that wasn’t even close (5 gallons) also paid $100. When My painter applied the paint that showed how bad it was. Tried to return the paint and get a color that actually is what I was looking for. Was told by the same lady that I can’t return mixed paint. I’m out my money. 5 gallons of paint I won’t use. I never coming back to Home Depot for any painting needs. Don’t go here

Visited many occasions, on this specific occasion was the least helpful of any previous visits. I needed to reorder a set of blinds and asked for assistance clarifying measurements to order in store. Waited to be acknowledged and after I was spotted, the sales individual spent time sorting through merchandise prior to acknowledging me (waited several minutes). After clarifying my needs, they handed me thier measuring tape to complete the confirmation of measurements and order myself from the website on their own workstation.As stated previously, I have never had a negative experience, however, this is particularly off-putting.

I have way too many bad experiences at this Home Depot.. mainly in the lumber department when the manager of that department is involved. Leslie has never been anything but rude and unhelpful. Ive seen her make customers that are older load up their own lumber from the stock pile while she stood by with little help. I visit this location frequently because my husband has a construction business. They make multiple errors and dont really care. I think if they want to give better customer service, they need to promote someone into the lumber lead position and demote Leslie. Its obvious she doesnt like her job.

You can shop FOREVER and still want more. Unfortunately, it VERY difficult to get help. I even had a hard time finding someone to cash me out one night.

Big store,one of the busier stores in the area

I need it to rent a cargo van but I didnt need it until like 10 in the morning. When I first called the evening before it didnt hold out a lot of hope that there would still be one left on a Saturday morning at 10 but encouraged me to try anyway. On Saturday morning when I called at 9:20 to see if they still had a van I was told it was my lucky day. They did indeed have a van for me to rent I was thrilled! It was so easy to rent! Tom made it very easy. I was trying to get into it and having difficulty when an employee walked by and I asked for his help. I had a short step with me and was thrilled when he helped me get into the van. It was much taller than I expected.Shortly after I parked my van, the employee came out to check me in. That was great for me because it meant I got in under the the next hour charge. And he was so nice to me when I was checking back in. He even helped me get my little step back out so I could get out of the van easier. So all of the employees that I encountered were wonderful!

Congrats greenwood village location, youre part of the problem. I was one of the few Black customers at your location. After standing in your moving supply section for 15 minutes, I was ignored by 8 of your employees who offered no help. They did however ask is there something I can help you with? to the white customers in my same area. Again, congratulations on being part of the problem. How sad.

Clean, good selection, friendly employees. Theres also a good option to get on Home Depot website and you can search the item that youre looking for and it will tell you the Isle that its on.

Its a home depot. 2 stars for the annoying anti theft device that makes noise and shows you that youre being recorded. Thats rude af.

Bought paint was more expensive then in Parker and there is a paint care fee as well as tax.was a little disappointed.

The lumber dept is completely incompetent. Had to ask 8 different employees to get lumber cut. Pretty simple asking for pressure treated boards 6/2x6x12ft be made into 18/2x6x4ft. First three employees blew me off. The 4th couldnt run the saw and was not even allowed a tape measure. The 5th was the swing shift manager who called a lumber employee then walked off. #6 did not know the unlock code for the saw to turn it on. The 7th was the lumber manager 45 minutes later who proceeded to argue that pressure treated wood should not be cut (whatever that means) finally #8 was the night manager 20 minutes before closing who seemed annoyed I asked for them to cut a board. BIG SIGN IN YOUR LUMBER DEPT SAYS YOU WILL CUT BOARDS FOR CUSTOMERS. Ended up just going to the park meadows store the first guy I asked there cut them for me. Future note if lumber is needed for any project go to the Park Meadows Store or the Lowes next door. Greenwood village store does not train their employees and the managers dont care.

Katelyn deserves a raise. She saved our whole experience at this Home Depot. The men were condescending and unhelpful. When I asked where I could get a lumber cart, I got shrugs and “I don’t know check the parking lot.” I needed help getting something heavy down and the men at the store just said “you can handle that one on your own.” When we asked if they did delivery, they just said no and walked away with no further explanation or options. They had terrible customer service. Katelyn apologized for them and helped us get all our heavy appliances that we needed. She made this a much more pleasant experience.She honestly stopped this place from getting 0 stars. She was amazing.
