We bought a $4,000 stove for less than $2,000. The service was extraordinary. The representatives are knowledgeable. In addition, a back vent piece was missing and instead of saying that we bought what we bought and we get what we get, Steve made sure that they reordered the part on their dime and theyll send it straight to us. What great service! Beautiful products at great prices!

They have some good deals, but really depends on whats on stock. Some were badly damaged while others just cosmetic. They were really up front and helpful. Definitely worth a stop to see what they have.

I went to Best buy and bought a dishwasher they told me they couldnt install it for two to three weeks out. They called me Sunday the day before the delivery and told me I had to wait another 4 weeks. I got a refund and called Specialty Appliance, they are ready to install the next day. Awesome

I recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen, and we needed to source all new appliances. After visiting all of the local high end appliance stores, we chose to go with Specialty. One of the biggest reasons was our sales representative, Michael Laydon. Although low key, he was very knowledgable, and really helped with our decision making process. This was especially so with our decision to switch from a gas cooktop to an induction cooktop (so glad we made that change!!)Mr. Laydons value did not end after the initial sale. Since I was doing all of the prep work, I had a bunch of questions come up during the construction phase, and Michael was always available to either answer my questions directly, or get the answers to the more tricky questions from folks in the know, in a very timely fashion.The two installers who came out were also great! On time, polite, clean, and very good at what they do, they did a n excellent job getting all of our appliances installed and functional in short order. This included getting. a very large Sub-Zero fridge into position through a tricky, narrow area around our island.We cant be more pleased with our experience at Specialty Appliance, and would recommend them to anyone!

Sales people were good but the customer service is terrible after you purchase your appliances. Install dates are more the 2 weeks out to schedule and they dont return your phone calls within a day. Had my refrigerator installed and they didnt install the water filter correctly so the ice machine doesnt work. Now Im back in queue for over 2 weeks to get it fixed.

A week ago my washing machine died, leaving me with the daunting task of finding a new one with known appliance shortages. Big box stores were at least two weeks out for any options. I contacted Libby at Specialty Appliance and she was able to find a similar model to the old one I had, in stock in their warehouse. In less than a week Libby was able to help me purchase a new washing machine, including installation. I am so grateful to Libby and the installation team at SA for the quick turnaround. They made the unexpected task of replacing an appliance a quick and painless one. Ill definitely be calling Libby for future appliance needs!

We ordered the Kitchen Aid appliance group of range oven microwave refrigerator and dishwasher.Loved the way they look. Unfortunately that is where it ends. The refrigerator has yet to make ice despite replacing the unit, control panels and now they are saying it is the refrigerator door rails(?). Each time it is two-three weeks between repairs. I have tried to call SA to discuss our situation and have left three different messages for Chad without a return call.Also the dishwasher does not clean well.I would not recommend the Kitchen aid appliances at all. Poor quality, Poor value and Poor customer service

They know their stuff. Nice displays and the staff is always wonderful. They really take the time to understand what you want/need and do a great job explaining products & answering questions. No a high pressure pitches either which is important.

Jason Starks was very knowledgeable and super professional. The information he provided was clear and made comparing the options much easier. There was also no pressure buy right away and he was very open about availability and price.The delivery team as just as great, from scheduling to the call ahead, to the delivery. Profesional, clean and quick.

His professionalism, prompt responsiveness, and excellent customer service is the only thing keeping me sane with our kitchen project! Our project isn’t the biggest or most expensive but he makes us feel important and valued. It’s rare these days to find such service and I feel relieved that we have him in our corner.

Specialty Appliance is awesome! My designer suggested I visit and I was hesitant as I was afraid it was too high-end for us. Not the case. I had an appointment where they walked me through all appliances I was interested in for our full kitchen remodel. Really helped narrow down the search and I learned a ton. We ended up purchasing our KitchenAid appliances with them and could not be happier. We ordered during the Covid crazy and when KitchenAid told us they stopped manufacturing the refrigerator we ordered, Jonathan went to bat for us with his rep and got us an upgraded fridge they were still making. And when our oven door glass shattered thanks to a construction snafu the week before Thanksgiving, they got us a new door and I was able to cook our turkey as planned! Really cannot say enough good things and I highly recommend you check them out!!!!!

We built a new home last year and Specialty Appliance was the vender for our home builder. We worked with Zak. From the very beginning, Zak was amazing to work with , provided us with brochures to compare different brands. Initially, we were going to bring our Fridge with us from our previous home but the new buyers asked for it. So we went back to Zak and added a refrigerator to our KitchenAid order and they delivered and installed all of it on the same day. He even held it in the warehouse until we were ready for it to be installed. Weve had a few issues here and there with newly purchased appliances, but everything was fixed under warranty and never a problem. However, our Microwave Oven Combo had all sorts of issues so much so that they had to replace it TWICE in a 1 year period. Again Zak was right there and worked with us to get it replaced. Never a complaint-it was the attitude of whatever will make you happy. I know it wasnt all Zak but KitchenAid too that made everything right. Now a year later, we finally have everything working as it should and no problems. A special thanks to Zak for his professionalism and customer first attitude. I know should we need further appliances in the future, Ill be reaching out to Zak at Specialty Appliance.

I received the BEST customer service from Jason Starks. He went above and beyond to find the exact dryer I was looking for! Everywhere else didnt have stock for at least a month or two and delivery even further out. Jason went the extra mile and I am one happy customer! :)

I had a great experience with Zac. He found me some great Samsung appliances to update my entire kitchen. We had a stove from 1986, so it feels great to have the new items installed, and the old ones taken away. The installation crew were fabulous. The showed up on time, took their time to explain what they were doing, safely moved the appliances in and out of the house in small spaces, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would highly recommend the entire experience.

We had purchased a stove from here a couple years ago, loved it!!! Now we purchased a refrigerator, we love it as well. We went to the Clearance side, saved about $500. Couldn’t be happier. David K. was the one who helped us, he was very helpful, and helped us save money. We also had our appliance delivered, we didn’t have to wait long for our refrigerator to be delivered. They helped hook up the refrigerator and showed us how to use it. 5 stars to the awesome employees at Specialty Appliances we are forever costumers.

Jason is fantastic. I had purchased a refrigerator from another store inApril and now is not going to be delivered until mid June. In an hour, he was able to find me the same refrigerator and set me up for delivery on Monday. Now that is customer service!!!

I ordered a stove that I am currently waiting on for delivery. I returned to the store to purchase the coordinating microwave now that we know how our kitchen will be done. Debbie was the person assigned to help me as my last sales associate, Bob, was on break. I have never been so insulted by a sales associate in my life. She was so rude and yelled at me the entire time I simply left after 10 minutes; that was when she suddenly started to try and be nicer. I was asking a simple question about venting (options the unit had for venting) and wanted them to install the microwave in my existing kitchen and my contractor was going to do my cabinet modifications later and re-install the microwave. I said a couple times I just wanted the microwave installed before the renovation and she was so stuck on what my contractor was going to do and how she never heard of it; this was after she of course yelled at me they dont do vent work on install even though I was not asking them to. She even grabbed another associate, showing pictures of what I was thinking of doing with my cabinetry, and berated me in front of him. I am not sure who he was, but he was actually calm and explained basic items to watch for regarding the modification. Never will I set foot in this store again. The Cafe microwave/convection oven is sold at other retailers and I will do my business there.

Fantastic place if you are looking for high quality, high end appliances. Staff is very knowledgeable but no pressure. They want you to pick the appliances that work for you. They provide guidance but really listen to what you do with your appliances from types of cooking to refrigerator/ freezer uses and storage. Great place.

Nice showroom with many high end brands, and Kent is super nice to offer me professional advice with no pressure of buying. Still need to go back to buy that Miele dishwasher one of these days. UPDATE: Kent recommended the newly (at that time) announced Cove when we returned to buy. Love the water softening dishwasher, and it has been running reliably the last year or so.

While their selection is outstanding, and their show room displays rarely seen appliances, their delivery time was terrible. I ordered 3 pieces, and have waited in excess of 5 weeks for one of them to come in. In another of the appliances I ordered from them, the one I sought was no longer being produced, so my order was changed and I was not informed. (It was a trim and slight color change. I can deal with the adjustments, but wasnt informed when that was done, so had quite a surprise when I arrived at the warehouse to a different appliance than what I ordered.)Update: Specialty Appliance worked very hard to correct the issues, and has made amends for the issues mentioned above.

The appliances are great! The delivery and customer service has been horrible!! We ordered refrigerator, dishwasher, range oven and a hood. The appliances were delivered except for the hood which was on back order and we were never told. We have been told it would be here in a couple weeks and could not be scheduled earlier. It finally arrived and was damaged. They now have told us that they can not be schedule for immediate delivery, even though our project will need to be put on hold and contractors and inspectors will need to be put on hold. The salesman told us “we can not create another problem to fix your problem”. I’m extremely disappointed and will not recommend this company. This could have been easily avoided by a slight tweak in their schedule. NOT HAPPY!

Specialty Appliance was a breath of fresh air starting with their no pressure high end showroom,Dave our fantastic sales person, and ending with a quick, timely and professional installation byCalvin. The cherry on the cake of this experience was the Miele dishwasher itself. I never in mywildest dreams thought I would get this excited about a dishwasher, whisper quiet, and I no longer need touse Lemon Shine or Oxy-Boost anymore. My dishes are the cleanest they have ever been and I dont evenhave to rinse them off !!

I bought some Electrolux that were in the clearance center and ultimately I ended up not liking them but David made ordering new ones and getting these back a breeze! He did everything over the phone with me and I didnt even have to go back to the store and only one installation fee! I cant say enough wonderful things about David I plan on buying any sort of appliance from him... ALWAYS!!!!

We just finished a kitchen remodel and went to their Greenwood Village store to get a new cooktop, wall oven, and downdraft as part of the job. We worked with Debbie, who was clearly very knowledgeable about her products, and both helpful and patient - she even set up a movie for our kids on the product demonstration TV while she gave us appliance demos. The Greenwood Village showroom is huge -- way larger than it looks from the outside. Unlike a box store, their floor models are actually powered on so you can see how they work and what they do.Heres where we were surprised -- we went with a set of KitchenAid appliances (Debbie didnt pressure us to go with something higher-end like Wolf or Jenn Air). I expected their prices to be a little higher than what I would pay at a box store, and was OK with that because of the extra service wed received. But when she generated the quote and sent it over, I compared her prices elsewhere and she was actually *cheaper* than any other major retailer. Sold.We went with their delivery and install services as well, and both were professional, on-time, and did an excellent job. Ill definitely be going back to Specialty for any future appliance needs.
