Visited the store a few weeks ago to purchase patio furniture. The person who handles this department was not in so another associate took my contact info, including the furniture I wanted to purchase with a promise that I would be called back in a few days. Im still waiting for the phone call - two weeks later. Customer Service is sadly lacking. I made my purchase elsewhere.

I found the Best selection of quality patio furniture in the area. My sales person was able to help me design what I needed around my existing fire pit. And while I was there I found they had the best selection of outdoor grills too. The quality was what I was looking for and I know it will last for years to come. All my friends are envious.
