Asked for a price on a product twice from this worker. He said give me a minute, and never returned! As we were leaving he was outside smoking a cigarette. Hard working people. Gotta love it!

So i went in looking for jell jars and to my understanding is that the only place that sells jelly jars is Wal-Mart smh lol. But anyway I was greeted with the best service and the female staff that helped me out was very helpful

The prices at big lots are insane. Things I can get at walmart. I remember it was suppose to be reduced. Not so reduced any more. 2 liter soda is more expensive than a convenient store.

Looks as if there has been a store renovation. The furniture is now at the front of the store. There are literally hundreds of new modern decorative items, furniture, beauty supplies and electronics. Cant wait to get paid so I can go back!

Big Lots is a department store that is known for its low prices. I had a list and I couldnt find everything at another store. I dropped in there and found and found some of the items. The employees greeted me at the door. I had questions about the furniture and they were answered. When I made it to the checkout the cashier was a delight. He explained how I can get a discount for just becoming a member of their rewards program. I saved $5.00. Loved it.

Store is currently remodeling, but still open for shopping. Looks like they will have a great furniture gallery when they are finished.

I bought furniture a living room set and its about two years old and we almost never use the livingroom and you should see how the set has peeled cant believe I paid for this.

The employees are kind. If they would just get rid of the managers voice on the overhead speaker, shopping would be a little more pleasant. His shockingly Extreme Southern twang is equivalent to a cat scratching its nails on a chalk board and the volume is loud. That is why I wont give it 5 stars and I try to rush in and out to avoid hearing it. Sorry, but true.

Big lotabia a staple store whether its decorations or gadgets kids toys or organization this store has it all food so many vegan choices I found figs and true north granola snacks so much goodness in this store for great prices!!!

Purchased our new mattress here and we love it. We visited several furniture stores and found Big Lots had the lowest price on brand name mattresses with their sale. We even bought really great sheets at a good price and are planning on getting another set. Be sure to sign up for the rewards card if making a big purchase so you can get credit toward future purchases.

Store was nice but when it was advertised for all patio items to be on sale it should have included the patios lighting as well. The next thing is the lease agreement option on the lab top should allow a customer to read the contract rules and binding agreements before asking a customer to sign the contact without it because your laptop has a adblocker that do not allow the contract terms to be read. The next issue your employees needs to know all the terms of the least contract before recommending it. Why do I state this? I asked one employee if I had the option to pay the least off early and she stated no and in the least owner contract that I could not read on the computer offered in the store, from my emailed copy sent to me later, states there is a 90 day options to pay in full and become an owner of the leased items. Please fix you adblocker so your employees knows the contract to give perspective customers the correct answers please as it is written in the contract that the customers have read and a agreed to all the contract rules and binding agreements PLEASE!

The prices are not that cheap and sale items are hard to get. I prefer shopping at Marshalls, Ross or TJ.

The policy at all BigLots is you cannot buy anything on the floor like furniture unless it is marked down final sale. So they had a regular priced table I needed for $129. Guy in store wouldnt let me buy the table, he had no idea when another table will come. So I found the same table on Amazon for $77.00.

I like the prices are reasonable for the product. I have always been greeted by the employees and some actually ask if you need help finding anything, and help with finding a suitable exchange if they have it.

Very helpful employees! I originally went to Wal-Mart for an item i needed but felt extremely devalued as a customer. I was given the run around at Wal-Mart by 2 employees and sent 40 minutes away to another Wal-Mart by the 3rd. No one even took the time to see if the item was in stock for me as the web site said it was there. As son as i got to Big Lots, I asked if they bad the item, and the very nice and helpful lady brought me right to if and explained their delivery and item tracking process. I was very fortunate to have stopped there and will be going to Big Lots first from now on!!!!!Excellent staff & service!!!!!
