The Staffing theyre okay but theres not much help or consideration when you need it I went to customer service today for a refund and the lady did not ask if I wanted it back on my card or a gift card and she simply did what she wanted too. They need more employees because they have crates and pallets full of boxes in the middle of aisles its hard to get your product off the shelf due to the fact that the pallets are blocking them in places and a lot of the stuff that you go to get is out they need to restock a lot of their products

They do a sorry job for clearing the electronic monitoring! I go through the exit door and the alarm go off one worker just standing there looking at her phone, the other one props on the counter, so I just walk out! But they wonder why so many people just walk out with merchandise!

On Friday evening I went to pick up 2 pick up orders. Sat at pick up well over 30 minutes. No one came out. No one would answer the phone. The mailbox to leave a message was full. Called the main store number and was hung up on 3 times. I need a refund for my orders. They’ve been paid in full but weren’t available for pick up like the should have been. I ordered from a different location and picked them up no issues. 2 days and still not able to actually speak to a human being. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location. Half the time the staff is too lazy to pick your order and will just ignore half of it. Do better.

Watch prices especially in produce. They were wrong by $1.47 a lb. At register I told cashier and she there wasnt anything he could do about it! It was a bait and switch. I put back all 15 lbs of apples I was buying to make apple butter.

Id been to this location multiple times while I lived in Greenville, and aside from it being just another Walmart, I do have a few complaints.One: when reaching for an item on the lower shelf at the registers, countless cockroaches scattered. That was during one of my very early visits to this location. Yucka.Two: the majority of employees I encountered, werent at all friendly or even trying to act like they knew how to act around customers.Three: the parking lot was always a mess, with both trash and carts.I avoided this place as much as possible, and only shopped here when I needed non-food items or the neighborhood market didnt have what I needed. I did love the mural just inside the grocery side doors, and the Pirate out front. The pharmacy staff were competent and decent people. Oh! And one of my last trips here, a very helpful employee pointed me in the direction of the less expensive ECU shirts when she overheard me on a phone call complaining about how I couldnt afford the higher priced merch. Kudos to her!

This was probably one of the worst Walmart’s I’ve been to. In mid-Aug 2021, I went there to buy new supplies for my apartment. They were out of stock of so many things leaving massive gaps in aisles without restocking. Both the grocery and home sections of the store were missing many items. It was frustrating to begin with then the lines to checkout were massive. I waited 20 minutes in line with two people in front of me. That is just absurd.

They have over a thousand cameras in the stores. They should not be stopping customers just to check their receipt at the door. I shop a this store way too much. I have never had the thought to take anything that I havent paid for plus Im always at a cash register and not self check out. I think I might be done with this store.

I waited in sporting goods for help for an hour after they said the staff was on lunch for a hour. Then I left an came back after an hour an they said they were still on lunch for another hour. I didn’t receive any help an the people are rude.

I stopped in to buy some gluten-free bread.The conveyor built has seen better days and appears to have visible dirt on it.After months of not eating bread, I went home and made toast with butter. I admit I went overboard, but by the time I got to slice #5, there was mold in the bottom corner.Today is February 21, 2021. The bread is dated best by March 10, 2021. Perhaps it wasnt stored properly.They did have similar bread marked down to $4.11, but it was dated February 19 and I didnt want old bread. I paid $5.68 instead and still didnt get fresh bread.Never again.

This place was so messy when we walked in, I understand college students and other students were going back to school but good lord it was like a tornado went through it, workers looked like they didnt care and didnt want to be there,united lines were open. It was just a disaster. So very disappointed.

What is the point of having over 12 lanes, if only 1 is open with a line of 15 people? What is the point of having self check out machines if none accept cash which is forcing people to go to the 1 line that is open. You are a multi billion dollar company, the worlds largest company by revenue.. yet you have 1 lane open, what is the logic in this?

I love this store and the employees are very nice theres only one problem I am disabled and the only way Im able to shop is online or in the store if they have the buggies for the handicap to ride o. It gets more and more difficult every time I go to be able to find a mobile conveyance most of the time the employees say theres a few working but most of them are out of orde I am unable to drive so I have to get someone to take me and they usually get frustrated when I cant get above you to ride on and Im unable to shop.Im not blaming the employees its not their fault I think management should be a little more up-to-date on keeping their conveyance equipment working because there are a lot of us who use it that really need it.

For over half a year I had no issues getting groceries delivered from this store. In the past 30 days, however, 3 out of every 4 orders gets cancelled. This is unnaceptable. I have Walmart+ because I want convenience, not to have to reorder 3 times and waste 4 hours per week waiting on grocery delivery. Theres something really wrong with management at this site.

Crowded as usual, too close stuff on top of stuff no lines open like 30 minute wait times to be rung up and check out self check out machines down which is also slowing up the progress of getting people in and out. Ive got it so I dont even like going to Walmart anymore when it used to be one of my favorite stores every time I go in its just a hassle to leave I have no problem with finding what Im looking for no problem with the price of what Im looking for my problem solely is with being able to get out of Walmart in a timely manner.

Went around 3pm on a Thursday. The place wasnt horribly busy. However several items out of stock, multiple aisles with bare shelves. And not enough registers available for people checking out, only one self checkout register for people using cash instead of card or wanting cash back. Overall the store was clean just not well managed.

The in-store experience is pleasant but the online order pick up was horrid. I parked, called the number on the sign and nobody picked up and the vm was full. No CS reps or employees coming in and out to check either. They need a system of checking outside when busy, or a sign up for customers. I finally flagged down someone that came outside and got my order. I waited over 15min repeatedly following their directions for pick up. Not happy with online orders.

This store has went down hill BIG TIME in the past year. Especially the last 6 months. The shelves are mostly empty all the time anymore, they dont have what I need that I can go across Greenville and get at the other Walmart on 10th St., and the kicker...there are food items that this store chooses to not let food stamps cover (milk and hamburger that I know for sure) that should be covered and are covered by everyone else. 🤦

I lost my card here and no one at the front desk would pick up , they kept hanging up on the line after I was on hold for about 5 minutes, and thats happened about 3 times now. Other than that I honestly wouldnt recommend this location. Ive seen puddles of urine in front of the nail care isle and a multitude of people not wearing masks. Cleanliness and safety are not always on their priority list. The neighborhood locations are better if you have to go to a walmart.

This is the worst Walmart ever. Every time I go in there the employees have an attitude. A few days ago I went to pick up my CURBSIDE order and no one answered the phone so I went inside. On my way to the door, I stopped a worker and asked where I needed to go inside to pick up my order. She completely ignored me, and proceeded to walk past me. I called her again…same thing. After we passed each other she finally told me where to go while she was walking away-not once did she turn around to look at me to speak to me, and she had the worst attitude as she spoke. The employees inside were also no help with picking up my order. I had spoken to 3 employees before someone was able to get my order. I absolutely despise this Walmart and will no be returning.

A drink had spilled right at the check out line. I immediately let a CSM know and simply asked for something to clean it up with myself. She came over to the end of the check out lane looked at the spilled from a distance and went back to the customer service area she had previously been standing at for the first 10 minutes after initially requesting something to clean it up with, i then watched her grab a roll of paper towels. She never came close to the spill and after another 5 minutes she sat the paper towels back behind the customer service desk and resumed her conversation with other co-workers. At this point it had been over 15 minutes. At that point i sent my son to ask the same lady AGAIN for something to clean it up with. She told him to relay the message that she would just call for someone to clean it up. We waited in the same spot for another 15 minutes trying to guide other shoppers to be away if the spill for their own safety. I was finally able to get my 9 year old child to walk away 5 minutes later. Keep in mind i was keeping an eye on the clock the entire time. After 35 minutes and still no help or anyone called to clean it up being it was a full large drink from the subway in the front of the store which meant a lot of soda right in the way of the only 3 checkout lines that were open which were self check out with at least 4-5 employees gathered just talking. Not helping any customers. We proceeded to go ahead and leave the area to continue with our shopping. Another 25 minutes past and i could see from the health and beauty section customers were still navigating around the spill. We criss crossed our way throughout the store at a slow pace due to my mom who has a broken ankle having to used a motorized wheelchair the store provides. That which took us alone 30 minutes to find one motorized wheelchair that would work. By the time we finished our shopping the spill was still on the floor and at this point over 55 minutes had passed. Absolute poor display of professionalism and customer service. And blatant disregard for the safety and well being of loyal customer base.

One of the worst stores I ever visited! Two days of poor customer service and poor management. Wal-Mart has become the most despicable and greedy corporation I ever seen. I refused to search all over store for assistance and have to check myself out. The managers at this location always appear to have an attitudes and rude. Quit being cheap and hired more help!!!! I refuse to do self checkouts. I have RA and other disability that make it hard to do that. Opening the bags is the most difficult. So I am forced to stand in a line that is 10 people deep to be checked out. I spend more time in line than I do shopping. I love shopping at Walmart but to be honest, if there were somewhere else that could compare in price I would shop there. In my own opinion those self checkouts are not only inconvenient but using them I feel is taking away someones much needed job. Come on Walmart, the community helps you out to help the community by not taking away the jobs. People have it hard enough without their jobs going to all this modern technology. Very rude staff member named TeeJay. Griddle marked on shelf for a price, dont matter to him that the price ring up for thirty dollars more. Just goes to show you, it is truly time to stop shopping WalMart because the customer is never right and the associates dont realize how their pay checks are actually accumulated. Price marked is what they should stand by. I used to shop 3 times a week in these stores, I now shop maybe 2 times a month.

An associate asked to see my receipt as I was leaving the store. Unfortunately, he was wearing his mask below the nose. I backed up from him. I advised him to wear the mask over his nose. He shook his head at me and waved me out of the store. Meanwhile, the PA system is advising all customers to wear a mask and practice social distancing! Hunh? Get your employees under control first! Yes, I called the manager when I got home.

What can you say? Walmart is just Walmart. Sometimes you pretty much cant avoid going there because you need something that you can only get there, but everyone knows its messy and never organized in a good way. The employees are fairly rude and unhelpful. I know about the store thats not when youre in there but still worth mentioning I think, you can never get anyone to answer the phone or get any correct information. And when you order something online for pickup the majority of the time you paid for it and then they tell you that its out of stock but they cant give you your money back for a week. The store itself is out of many things alot as well. Its just Walmart

Im not from around that area but needed to go into Walmart for a few things. It was just a bit intense. It seemed like they were very understaffed, the merchandise was a bit unorganized, and the lines were kind of long. Just a lot going on in there. Hectic experience. I guess what Walmart isnt. I bought a phone with Verizon but it never worked properly. Was told by both Verizon and Samsung to contact Walmart that I bought it from for a replacement Sims card. This walmart location has a bad reputation. The customer service is very poor. Im not sure why they have greeters most of them stand their talking to each other, on their phone, or just stand there with their hands in their pocket. I have had several horrible experiences and I do not visit often. This city has grown a lot and there are many other options that offer excellent customer service and is less of a hassel. But there has been very few diamonds in this rough that I remember who work(ed) at this location so its not all bad. I like walmart items but they lack decent customer service. It seems as if customer service is just non existent and not trained.

I have actually seen associates come to work and park in a 1st 2nd or 3rd row right at an entrance. I feel this is a terrible behavior. Employees should park at least 10 to 12 spaces down the row and away from entrances. Other stores, (not Wal-Mart) prevent employees from taking the close up spaces. These close parking spaces should be used by customers. We are paying the wages and supporting the store by our patronage. And if you say that the employees need to park close to be safe when they leave work then that issue should be addressed. My wife, child and I also dont feel safe when we have to walk 100yards out into a dark parking lot to find our car. But it doesnt have to be dark to have a bad experience in a public space. Better lighting and a separate safe place for employees to park would be nice. That might even help the poor attitudes of the employees at this particular Walmart. But probably not.
