We just had Upstate Granite Solutions replace the counter tops in our school cafeteria and at our receptionists window and desk. The difference is amazing. When visitors walk in to our facility and see the countertops throughout (Upstate did our restrooms a year ago), they stop and stare, their jaw drops and they go WOW! (or say something like that). The people at Upstate are AMAZING. You expect the owners and employees of a company like Upstate to know their product and to do a good job. However, you will find these people to be better than you imagine, to know more than you expect, their workmanship to surpass that of their competitors, and the personal interest they will take in your job to give you great peace and comfort. From the first visit in the showroom to after install this company treats you like you are their only customer to serve! Beautiful choices for countertops but we love ours best! We recommend them!

Payment went well and everything else was a nightmare. First they lost my stone I put 50% down to hold. I had to call the place they get their slabs from to find out what happened to it. They had it the whole time.Then I wanted a full height backsplash. First I was told not to put in the upper cabinets. Then I was told to put them up so I paid someone to come back to out them up. The next day I was told I was given the wrong information and they should be down or I’ll be charged a 25% fee and my cabinets will get scratched. So…I paid someone to come take them back down. Now install…they never make my laundry room too at all and mu kitchen quartzite was cracked in 3 places. The company claims I picked it out that way. Um, NO! It was inspected and was in perfect shape. They denied it was cracked and said it was just fissures. Nope, it was cracked. No question! I had two different granite companies look at it and both said they never would have installed it. We agreed to pay for everything except the backsplash, since I’m going to have to rip it out. They said I was just fishing for a discount. Long story short, they said they’re going to file a lien against our house, so I guess we’ll see them in court! Worst home experience ever and I’ve owned 10 houses.

Everyone at Upstate Granite that we had contact with was absolutely the best!!. From our salesman Rick through the install guys. Even when I calledwith questions and Rick was off. I got answers. They all worked as a team. Everything was done when they said it would be. It was our pleasure to do business with this great company. Best service in the Upstate by far. Upon entering and speaking with Eric for less than five minutes we knew this was the place we needed to be. With USG you quickly become very well educated on the materials, the process of the production of the various surfaces, where they come from and warranty information which you do not hear this from their competitors at all. A few years ago, we used a competitor for a small bathroom vanity, and it was a total nightmare. Every encounter at UGS from showroom sales, laser measuring, change of initial decision (we changed from a special-order Quartz in midstream) and installation (Brian and Zack were meticulous and very respectful of our home) went flawlessly. The result is exactly what we wanted for our kitchen, and everything is awesome. We already had a workstation sink and they preferred to measure by having the sink onsite (fabrication site) rather than using the standard template that came with the sink for the fit to be exact, and it certainly is. Hence making that become a special order in which there was no room for error. Aside from the staff that we worked directly with, everyone was friendly, and it is obvious that they are all happy with their employment, that speaks volumes!

I cannot imagine that a better countertop provider exists. We love our new countertops and sinks so much. The staff was more than friendly and willing to help, and they let me ask all the questions I wanted. My husband and I shopped in the remnant yard because we were on a budget and we came out with beautiful pieces for two bathrooms and a large kitchen. The installers had to connect two remnant pieces with a seam, and it is barely visible. I would recommend Upstate Granite Solutions again and again.

Went to them, and spoke to owner Paul, who was courteous. I explained my project which is to make a temple in my house, and he politely refused to do the job because helping me make a temple is somehow against Christianity and his belief. Astounded, that someone can refuse to do a job because of religious belief. To me this is discrimination based on religion.

Upstate Granite did an excellent job from start to finish. The design, delivery and installation of the countertop was on time and the quality of the installation was very good. Our granite selection was not in inventory which required obtaining it from an outside granite supplier. The need to use a second granite slab from the supplier inflated the cost more than expected and that is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars.

We had Upstate Granite Solutions provide our new kitchen counter top. They should get 6 stars for dealing with my wife. But they were extremely helpful and patient with her. We liked having all the choices in their huge indoor warehouse. She even got to go back and Erik our salesperson let her move templates around to get it just right .The installation team were very nice and did a fine job . The entire experience was handled expertly.

We did not feel rushed or pressured. The product is quality and beautiful. We are thrilled with our new Ranier quartz countertops as well as the granite heart for our fireplace. The installers are skilled, quick and efficient. The countertop seam is perfect! We love our new deep sink as well. We got a phone call after installation to see if we were happy and if there was anything needing improvement. Great customer service! Don’t go anywhere else!

They have a very capable and accurate template maker in Tommy. Not a mistake was made. The installation crew was upbeat and installed the pieces without a hitch and Justin finished the sealing of the Granite himself when it determined there was a scheduling conflict with the regular crew. We wanted to do a partial kitchen remodel and met with Jordan at Upstate Granite. He was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options as we narrowed down our choices. We took 3 quartz samples home and chose one. Unfortunately there was a mistake made when the counter was measured and the hole for the sink was 2” to far to one side. The response by UG was fantastic, they made us a new counter and installed it in 2 days. We understand people aren’t perfect however the way Jordan and the installers responded and resolved the issue was outstanding. I don’t recommend any other Company in the Upstate for your counter needs! Give them a shot you’ll be happy you did!

I have had my counter top for about a month and I love it. Upstate was very good when you go in to look not a lot of pressure.
