You cant beat the price and the attention to detail here. As long as youre willing to work with the design team and listen to their advice about the layout and installation, they are the best for the price in town. Theyre very considerate during installation and very professional. Well be using them again if we do another kitchen remodel.

Horrible experience, only reason we continued was because we had already paid a non-refundable down payment. Never answered the phone. Changed pricing frequently. Took two months to “finalize” cabinet design even though we went through it completely during one appointment with measurements. Installation was also disastrous. Placed wrong door on one cabinet. Placed only two handles and left the rest on the countertop for us to finish. Cabinets not well aligned and some appliances wouldn’t fit.... Put one cabinet in wrong and our refrigerator wouldn’t fit at all and it had to be redone. Wouldn’t install sink support and frame for microwave although we were told they would.... I can go on and on but absolutely do not go here. Poor craftsmanship, poor installation, and horrible customer service. Eventually it was finished.. after 4 months.. A family member ended up fixing a few things for us because they wouldn’t answer the phone.

C&A is absolutely fantastic. We have made purchases from them for kitchen counter-tops twice, and both times they were spectacular. Nobody can beat their prices. The installation they provide was professional precision. Thank you!

Do not use!! They did a horrible job on my kitchen. The seams were messy. The counter bar wasn’t cut long enough so that you can see the brackets underneath. They cut the granite too small in one area and just glued it together. They got glue all on the backsplash. Made a huge mess in the kitchen and driveway. They sent some people to “fix” the mistakes but they basically did nothing and told us to get smaller brackets for the bar. Why the original installers would t tell us that or have them provided I don’t know. Horrible horrible job. A lot of money wasted

Was buying a remnant piece which should have been pretty simple but after two weeks it still was not done. Canceled the order. The price was not bad and I did buy a remnant from them before with no problems.

The staff at C&A have always been very nice and helpful. The cabinets are great quality and easy to install. As a contractor I am looking for quality and good customer service. I have found it here. I have always been treated right and Ale has come up with some killer designs for some odd shaped kitchens that I have dealt with. Way to go guys!

I will NEVER order or refer anyone to C & A Home Improvements. The Asian gentlemen made me feel like I couldnt afford their cabinets and granite counter tops. So I took my kitchen floor plans and my money to Cabinet Connect and East Coast Granite. Monique and staff are fabulous they went above and beyond, as well as my new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. A tip for C & A treat all your customers with respect because we are the ones that keeps you in business and pay your wages. Dont assume or think that a customer cant afford your cabinets and granite counter tops. Please attend a customer service seminar ASAP.

Buyer beware!!! This is the worst company to ever do business with ;because, C&A doesnt put their customer first and their customer service is horrible and they dont stand behind their work once they have completed their service for their customer. I have never deal with a company this bad when it comes to professionalism and honesty about everything therefore make sure ask question about everything because their bad about leaving information out about their installation procedure and about how when they layout your kitchen design that you may incur extra charges trying to get someone else to install appliances because theyre not in the most conventional position to install.

C&A did a wonderful job for us! They were helpful in choosing a granite to go with the back splash we had selected, fit us in earlier than they originally said, measured perfectly, and installed with no fuss no muss. I highly recommend them, as they do what they say, when they say they will do it, in a most professional manner.

Loved our experience with C and A! From start to finish they held our hands through the design and install of our kitchen. Communication was excellent and gave many helpful suggestions keeping our budget in mind. We literally spent a quarter of what lesser cabinets at lowes would have been including their installation costs.

They have installed granite on a number of my projects (bathrooms and kitchens) and they always do a great job. Their cabinets are also very reasonably priced. As a contractor I am very alert to the way they treat my clients and they have always been very professional. Always a pleasure to do business with them.

Kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. As a general contractor, we have used them on many occasions and always been happy with their work.

We were looking for bathroom cabinets. The salesperson was helpful. Variety wasnt huge but was sufficient.

The design, customer service and instalation all went fine, until they were paid and gone. They would then refuse to come back and fix their errors like the openings for the appliances. Out of the three problems, they only agreed to fix one and thats bcause we had paid them for the Oven/ microwave installtion. But they forced the Fridge in and I am sure it is all scratched on th esides and made a poor excuse not to fix the opening for the wine cooler. They first said if the signed drawings by us showed the same opening then not their responsibity but when the drawing proved we were right and they had messed it up, they said the installation crew were instructed by us to screw it up and make it smaller. They had the specifications for al the appliances beforehand. So if something goes wrong even if it is their doing they wil not care.

Do not go here! Rude!
