Just drove across Greenville to shop here. Said they were open til 6, pulled up, Open sign was lit but closed sign was on the door and lights off. Now I don’t have time to go anywhere else. Terribly disappointing.

This store is beautiful, and obviously speaks for itself ,as far as class goes!The customer service is impeccable. The gentleman that is behind the counter along with the rest of their staff are some of the most personable youll find anywhere. I love coming there,it puts me in a great mood. I really feel like Im treating myself to something special. Keep up the good work guys! It really shows,the store is creative,full of passion,plus I love those corkboards!

I recently purchased (two weeks earlier) a dri fit shirt for my husband. Let me let you know I have made several purchases here before. This shirt is 100% polyester knowing going into this that this shirt shouldnt shrink. I washed the shirt like a normal person washes clothing and it no longer fits him. Its a little snug. I went into the store and just wanted to exchange it for a larger size. He said are the tags on I said no because I washed it thinking it shouldnt shrink but it did. He said we cant exchange it because its been washed. Okay I get that but it did shrink I just want a larger size. He said no you must not have read the washing instructions on the shirt. I said are you telling me I cant do laundry ? He said YES!!!! I said listen I have spent money here before Im not asking for my money back I just want to exchange it. You can damage it out to the manufacturer I know how this works and get reimbursed by them. I just want a larger size he said again no. There is no return policy listed anywhere that I saw or on the receipt. I said you realize the one person with social media can tell thousands and that can cause damage to your reputation. He didnt care. I honestly wish that businesses would understand that I am a consumer Im not pulling a fast one. You can guarantee I will never purchase from them again and I have shared this on social media.

Couldnt even get past the rude person that answered the phone to get an answer to my question. Yelling at me for saying good morning. Terrible customer service. Will not shop here.

I received a gift from a friend from this store and it unfortunately did not fit. Trying to return this item, with a receipt, was an absolute nightmare. The older gentleman made it almost impossible to return and was very rude and derogatory in his attitude about me returning this item. This makes me not want to buy anything from this store, especially a gift, so no one has to experience this poor excuse of customer service.

The only place in the area to get Florida Gators stuff.
