I must first say, the assistant manager Michael (I hope I got his name right) is exceptional at his job. He is knowledgeable, polite, helpful, patient, and customer service oriented. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from the mechanics. JP and another man, whose name I didnt know (military veteran) worked on my car. I was beyond satisfied. The men were wonderful, compared to Tammy a customer service rep who lied about work done on my car and then became argumentative and defensive about the situation. In spite of her, I will continue to take my car there because JP and the military veteran mechanic know what they are doing. JP is extremely nice, polite, knowledgeable and also customer service oriented. It was great knowing my car was in good hands.

I would have liked to rate this shop higher, but.... I arrived at exactly opening time. The young lady (service writer) was returning calls and when it was my turn I asked the cost of an oil change for my ‘07 Pilot. I was quoted $36.99 for a “basic” oil change. The interesting thing was that while the writer was returning calls, there was a promo sheet on her desk saying that this service is supposed to cost $24.99! She “casually” slipped it under the keyboard, but I’d already seen it. I asked her if that promotional price applies to my vehicle. Answer: “We like customers to bring the coupon.” She was then ready to “honor the price as a courtesy” when I told her that I wanted it done right then. She told me there wasn’t any techs in yet. 20 minutes after opening, I was only customer, and no employees to work??!!!?? I guess there’s a reason for everything, right? I nicely wished her a nice day and walked out.

Decent service. If I’d like to applaud anything it’d be the friendliness of one of the associates. Can’t remember his name. Anyways, I had an Amazon order to get some tires put on. The entire process took about two hours, but I was happy with the work. I would give them my business again.

I had a crazy experience there with strut issues, bringing my vehicle in multiple times! A can honestly says that the customer service there is top notch. Thank you to everyone there... Michael, Jeff and Patrick especially, the level of service and commitment you guys put forth to “doing what’s right”, finding a solution to resolve the issue! I definitely recommend!

We have a 15 Rouge that we ordered tires through Amazon to be shipped to this location to be installed on the car. My husband spoke with Sheeka who confirmed that the tires were delivered, and got our car in a whole week earlier than scheduled through Amazon! She was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and really knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate Sheekas time and effort she put forth into helping get our vehicle situated, and making sure we were good to go. Thank you Sheeka and Sears Auto Center techs!

My husband had brought his car in for a Groupon special on rotating and balancing his tires. Unfortunately, the tires were in horrible shape and the mechanics explained they could not perform any of the services. Once we had new tires they were happy for us to bring it back. Thank you for showing care and concern.

Before I get to the bad , i will say the only good experience I had was making my appt over the phone with the technician named Rob. He was very nice and helpful. Besides that, I will NEVER come back here as I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. I arrived 30 minutes early for a 12:30 appt and was told that they would be able to get me in and out since I was early. Now it wasnt until 45 minutes in that i was informed of a broken oil plug that would need to be replaced && the extra $$. Why wasnt I informed of that sooner?? Then I asked if I should be picked up since Id been waiting a while and I was told Oh now theyre finishing up now 30 minutes later i was still waiting. Exactly why I will pay the extra and only go to the dealership for my vehicle to be serviced from now on.

Made an appointment for an oil change mid-day on a Saturday. Most places around here wouldve had me sitting there for 30-45 minutes if not more, they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Fantastic!
