I was able to find everything I needed at Michaels on this particular day they had a 75% sale on the throughout the store. I was looking for acrylic and a large amount and they had the products that I was looking for I was also able to create new projects from items being on sale that I might couldnt afford but being that they were 75% off or 50% I was able to afford it love this place. Thank you Michaels for helping me create such a great plate decoration for my dining room. I call it my summer blossom table.

Excellent visit. Went in looking for something to do on a rainy day. Demo for UV resin was going and I may have found a new hobby. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The lady at the register had a bad attitude.....I went to Michael’s to pick up a package that was delivered there instead of my house. Nora was working the register. I asked her where to go she asked me for my name with an awful attitude. She states that she doesn’t think it’s been delivered yet but she has the lady in the back check. The package was there. I’m puzzled as to why she had such and attitude. Especially when the lady that brought the package out was incredibly nice. She was PLASTERED in pride pins. Don’t get me wrong if she wants to March in her white hood with the Clan after work, that’s her god given right as an American. I feel, however that while at a place of business meant for customers to come in maybe we should remain politically neutral. Judging by all the pins on her shirt she is probably not fond of men, maybe that’s why she had such an attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Either way, I won’t return, while admittedly this is my first trip to Michael’s, my wife shops there quite often. She will be going to hobby lobby from now forward.

This craft store had a somewhat decent selection of goods. A lot of items I was looking for are out of stock, I came back almost 2 weeks later and they were still out of stock on the items I wanted. They do have a good selection of vinyl for decals though.The staff here are all very friendly and helpful.

Since moving from their former location, by the mall, they have scaled down significantly on their inventory. Especially Liquitex Basics acrylic paints. Itll probably be best to get them online. Well see. Also, about ordering online, they only allow select products for same day delivery, or delivery in general, so if you can find what youre looking for, theres a good chance youll have to go and pick it up. At least in my experience so far.

Went the Saturday after Black Friday and was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to help me and my kids get what we wanted, despite being busy! Weve always loved how much the store gets into Christmas, you can find just about anything you need for the holiday and if theyre out of stock you can buy the displays in many cases. Definitely my favorite craft store in town.

I am an avid Michaels shopper. This location is not very well stocked. Three weeks after the holiday and the shelves are still empty. Valentines merchandise should be up and ready for the next season. I understand that due to COVID, staff has been cut to just cashiers, but the corporate management should hire enough staff to maintain the store to generate business. I walked in and spent a fraction of what I normally buy because of the lack of selection.

Probably the best Michaels Ive been to in recent times. The employees have been very helpful and personally assisted me in picking out spraypaints several times, and directed me to where I needed to go. The store was also clean, and the seasonal item stock changes quickly.

The store has very little of what they used to, and staff are always working hard, and seem to be too busy.

A little pricey but it is a crafters dream. Some of the staff are a bit on the rude side but overall I like. I purchased mymaterial to make this burlap wreath.

Was told I shouldnt be going into the totes of stock underneath the shelf instead of emptying their tray up top where the single sheets of vinyl are that have been are crinkled and bent up. If Im going to purchase a product, I shouldnt get scalded for wanting it to be a non-damaged product.

Wonderful store. The clerks and other staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They can tell you if they have certain crafts and where to find supplies in their store. The prices are reasonable and you can always find good deals on their clearance areas. The best thing is, when you are checking out if there is a coupon that week they will automatically give you that discount even if you didnt bring coupons with you.

Woman at counter was rude and you could tell she was ready to go home.

This newer location is well laid out with lots of options. They have lots of inventory for all crafts and also classes. Prices are fair. The art section seems smaller with less options but I can find what I need.

Always has my art supplies and knitting supplies. I love Michaels!!! And the staff is always so helpful!

Overall a great store! Never had this cashier before in the store on 4/22 around 3:30 cashier very Rude and accused me of trying to purchase a wood crate that was in the Wrong area for $5.99. I have spent about $200 in the Greenville North Carolina store within the last 2 weeks! She made the comment to my daughter and didn’t realize it was my daughter. Because my daughter also purchased the wooden crates at about a hour later. They were 9.99 on the shelf and were trying to sell them for $10.99. I wish I knew her name! But that was not very nice. I had spent a lot of money so know need to try and cheat the store! Oh by the way I still purchased them at $9.99. So we may never see each other again. But tell ur cashier becareful of their conversations! Stay Safe and Bless during the Covid 19 season.

The variety if stuff they carry makes every trip worth while. My fiance loves the store and can spend easily an hour looking around at all the different stuff.

Michaels is a popular craft destination but like much of retail bland and predictable. The sales people arent crafters themselves and cant help you if youre stuck in a project. But if you know what you want they generally have a good selection and a coupon.

We went here yesterday to look for wedding decor and were completely impressed with their selection. There wasnt many people working on the floor which can be nice when you have a question about where something is.
