Molyneaux did an excellent job with the luxury vinyl tile for my kitchen. The installers were skilled, patient and very attentive to every detail. They even carved the larger baseboard used in the kitchen to match the older smaller baseboard on the corner where it meets the dining room. My salesman, Derek, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He followed up after the tile was down to ensure every single item was covered and the job was complete to my satisfaction. Excellent job!

Molyneaux did an amazing job on the runner for our steps! Maggie and Joel were fantastic when they came over for our consultation. They went over all of the details and brought lots of samples for us to choose from. The quality of the carpet is top notch. The installation was so quick and they were able to accommodate my schedule. 2 men came for the installation and it took them under 2 hours to complete the job! We are extremely satisfied and will use Molynaux again in the future and have recommended them to our friends and family. We have received so many complements on our new carpet! Our dog loves it too!

Recently needed carpet on three flights of steps in a row house. Debbie Neitsch came to our house within one day of requesting appointment. She called ahead to get a sense of what I was looking for- which made the process smooth and quick. We found affordable carpet that would work perfectly on the difficult steps. The installation crew was prompt, polite and considerate. They took extra care on the difficult stairs to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They also cleaned up nicely. We used Molyneaux for our primary residence, and now this additional property. Would absolutely use them again!

Buyer beware! If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. We thought that we were going with the best. We were mistaken. The pictures below are what my Halloween AND Thanksgiving guests were greeted with when they entered my home. I didnt include pictures of the bathroom that was also out of use for the almost 5 weeks it took to have issues addressed. We still have boxes of product in our dining room that has been there since October and the job is still not done. So far, I have missed 3+ days of work to provide oversight to the work being done and its not done yet! Our newly painted plaster walls were gouged and the fix mentioned to us by an employee was that someone could paint over the gouges. When I pointed out the unprofessional finish work on the baseboards, I was told that I could wipe off the excess putty. There are too many other ongoing issues to list at this time. I noticed that many of the other reviewers had carpet installed and gave high marks. We had hard wood installed and would never recommend Molyneaux to anyone we care to remain on speaking terms with. Note: a call was made to Patrick on 11/26/19 and a detailed voice mail was left. I have yet to receive a return call. So much for customer service.

We had Shannon Davin for our Design Consultant and she was awesome from start to finish. Explained all the different styles of carpet and warranties. Installation went well for two bedrooms, hallway, stairs and living room - Highly recommend them to anyone who is considering.

I am looking to replace the carpet in my living room. After researching vinyl and laminate flooring, I found that these types of flooring has gases that are or could be fatal to my parrot. I decided to stop here to talk to someone to find out what other options there are. To my daughter and my surprise, the salesman knew what I was talking about and explained the difference in flooring. He recommended carpet that has soft back (?), is pet friendly and has a warranty. There was no pressure to make a decision. He explained that they do in home consultations and you get a $200 credit. The ballpark estimate was pricey but they move the furniture, which is a plus for me, haul away your old flooring and clean-up. I haven’t made a decision yet but would definitely go with Molyneau because of the salesman’s knowledge on the gases from vinyl and laminate, and he didn’t dismiss my concern for my parrot.

Replacing our floors with Molyneaux was a great experience from beginning to end. Our salesperson, Tim Landers, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job helping us pick our products. We had both luxury vinyl and hardwood installed. Both crews for the installation were very professional. They offered several suggestions on the finish work that improved the final look of the rooms, were always on time and and we had no complaints with anything, including the cleanup. Definitely will go to Molyneaux for any future flooring upgrades.

I ordered carpet right after they opened back up from being shut down due to COVID. Unfortunately, due to issues out of their control, the carpet was delayed. It was well worth the wait. The salesperson Doug was awesome and so was the customer service department who helped make everything right. I know who I will be using in the future when I need new flooring.

He was very attentive to detail, very particular on how things looked, protected the environment entry with drop cloths, made suggestions on improvements, and wore his facemask. Very pleased with the service provided by Molyneaux from start to finish. We met with Doug who was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly to us, honest. We explored other options after visiting some of the big name competitors but felt uncomfortable that our experiences with them seemed more driven to make a sale rather than to assist us with choosing a carpet that was in our best interest. My wife and I worked with Tim Landers to have new carpet installed on our stairwell in December, and we are very pleased with the results. We were able to set up an appointment via their website for Tim to come out and take measurements and give us options. He was easy to work with and applied no pressure. When we didnt like any of the samples he brought it was no problem to head to their store room (we live quite close) to browse our options. The goal was to have the job done by Christmas Eve, and when the original color we picked was out of stock Tim was very quick to respond and offer options that would be procurable and install-able by our hoped for deadline. I had luxury vinyl planking installed throughout most of my patio home. It only took a few weeks from the time of order till the product was delivered. The planking is beautiful and of great quality.Once the installation took place, it was expertly done. What impressed me the most, was their attention to detail. They expertly laid the planking, installed the trim work, and moved every piece of my furniture back to where it had been before they started the project. Molyneux also sent a carpet expert and a plumber to make the transitions and reinstall my appliances and commode. The transitions and trim are of great quality. The entire project, and it was a big one, only took two days! I can’t say enough about the customer service, especially my design consultant ,Doug who told me at the beginning of the project that he would help in anyway if I had any questions or concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely call Molyneaux again for my next project.

My salesperson was Dave Rosky!Couldnt have been a nicer person and most importantly very knowledgeable on the product and company! He went out of his way to help me select my carpeting! Once the carpeting was installed he followed up with me!Installation was fast and the installers were very courteous and neat( Frank & Gino)I would definitely use them again and have recommend then to quite a few people! We had Molyneaux Greensburg install our living room carpet beginning of Dec 2017! They did an awesome job & would recommend them anytime! Doug Kalieda was our home design guy that came to our house, help us pick out what we wanted! Was so nice & professional, & if had any questions could txt him anytime & would get back to me quickly! We just have a issue with our carpet from our dog & Doug came thru again for us & helping us to get everything in line to get our issue fixed with our carpet! & Josh for coming thru & finding our carpet & best of all to come out & fix it @ not cost to me!! :) Best news ever!! Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with Molyneaux from start to finish. Our salesman, Tim Landers, was extremely helpful and made the selection process very easy. He was also readily available, even on days he was off, to answer any questions or address any concerns we may have. We were having our whole house re-carpeted, originally it was going to be a 2-day install. The day of the installation, the crew showed up before I even got to our new house, and had the entire installation done before lunch. Impressive. I would recommend Molyneaux be the first and only stop for any friends and family looking for new flooring. I would highly recommend asking for Tim Landers at the Greensburg, PA location.

Everything about Molyneau has been top notch. I ordered carpet for my dining room, living room, hallway, and my three season porch. Dominique from the Greensburg store came out to measure and I was impressed with her knowledge & foresight. She made sure to go to the edge of my old carpet to see the original thickness. I was looking at a higher pile and she pointed out that we might have to cut the door bottoms if I went too high.The installers came at 9:00 am. A father and his two sons. Each knew what to do, they did it and were backing out of my driveway at 11:30 am. Everything done, and done beautifully. I really appreciated that they haul everything away too. My installation was scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving and I thought it would really rush me with my pre-holiday cooking, but I had most of the day left. Couldnt have been more surprised or happier..

Newspaper ad very deceiving about financing. Installers were not very professional looking although the carpet was installed correctly. Overall I rate the experience as fair to good

I will never shop at molyneaux after the horrible customer service and poor carpet they do not care about customers concerns or problems I wasted money on pure junk m. also the installers where not the cleanest and not professional!

Inventory beyond your wildest beliefs

Dominique from the Greensburg Molyneaux was insightful and professional, the installers were efficient and professional, I would recommend them for future flooring needs, the only slight problem was that we recieved way more carpeting and pading than we needed for our mud room. We have utilized other floor specialists in the past but their customer satisfaction has been declining so we decided to try molyneaux a locally owned company and have been pleased
