Excellent service from start to finish. I came to Carpet Palace after visiting Lowes and Home Depot. I already had an appointment for Lowes to measure my house and was prepared to buy from them. What stopped me was the short window I had to measure, purchase, and install the carpet in my new house. I contacted Carpet Palace to find out if they would be any faster. I was encouraged to come in and see what they have and work with someone there. I was NOT disappointed. I left that first day with more knowledge of carpet types, stain resistance, quality, etc, than I ever expected to obtain. They were able to come out the next day and measure. They fast tracked my order and got my carpet installed the day before the movers brought my furniture in. They were friendly and went above and beyond during every step of the process. Im also not exaggerating when I say that almost everyone who visits my house comments on how nice our carpet is. I highly recommend Carpet Palace.

Just had an install of a carpet by Matt. He was timely and professional. Great attention to detail as well. There was a problem area of the floor and he spent extra time to make it look right. I have nothing but praise for the job he did. Thank you!
