They are very helpful and work hard and getting me into another car

I couldnt make a payment so they replied. I was told by them to come in and pay it up and get car back. I brought them the money same day I called them because they said I could get it back. I was told no that afternoon. Now 2 months later I get a letter stating that I can get it back if I pay it up. They are thieves so DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL ROB YOU

Rude employees. Will not work with customers so if Yu are sick miss work waiting in workman comp checks kiss your vehicle goodbye . First they boot it then next day tow it. If payment not there on exact day.dont call Yu to ask what up. When Yu call them they are rude and hang up. Corporate office no better. Get a voice mail to leave message. Promise to call back but dont ever call.

Worst customer service. Very unhelpful. Wasted 6 hours total there just to not get a car. Told many different things. Come up with the $300 down I was told to get in a car then they go back on that. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Its a joke.
