I was treated very well during my experience at Hillview. Matt went above and beyond making sure I was safe at the site of my cars breakdown. Got me towed and a ride home while waiting on repair. Unfortunately the first repair 8though badly needed did not totally fix the problem so Matt lent me a car overnight till the next problem could be fixed. He and the driver as well as any employee I came in contact with were gentlemen throughout and as the next chapter of my experience will hopefully be the one where my vehicle is good to go, I look forward to dealing again and still with Matt.

Basically drop your keys, no conversation as to when it would be done. When I called two days later felt like I was an intrusion of their time.Body work was done very nice match of paint was great , the body shop technician had the car cleaned and looking great up , very good job.Front desk was lacking communication skills.

The Service Department at Hillview Dodge did a phenomenal job on my vehicle’s service. There were some very complicated electrical issues going on with my Dodge Charger. All of the staff worked together to diagnose it and find a solution. The Service Advisor Matt especially went above and beyond, and I’m truly thankful. From first phone call indicating interest in the car, he was very professional and efficient. Given I drove two hours from Cleveland, OH to complete the deal, his efficiency was important and helpful. In addition, he did not apply any pressure to buy. I went here to get my car looked at and turned it in to Matt. The service technician. He was straight forward thought he knew what he was saying believeed him completely. The car needed some work done and needed to have some stuff called in. I can over look his bad attitude and no personality. Cause thats him but to lie and say you called someone when you didnt is beyond low. He could at least told the truth. When to another dealership and they fixed the problem since he couldnt do his job and was to acres too. Dont go here. They have no idea what they are talking about. Matt you need to learn to talk to people and smile. Instead of being rude and lying.

I have always been one to avoid dealerships in favor of cheaper alternatives but I recently used hillview to get my 17 ram 2500 inspected and I was very pleasantly surprised it was actually less expensive than the no name garge I had been going to my truck passed inspection and the knowledgeable staff offered some services that were do at my trucks current milage they werent pushy or trying to sell me anything extra but when told the cost I was very surprised and agreed to having the needed matanice done. Very disappointed. Took a day off work to have 3 issues addressed with a month old Ram Rebel and after 2.5 hours left with only 1 issues resolved. I was told to make an additional appointment to have 1 of the other issues addressed and got the “couldn’t replicate” story with the vibration issue in my dash. After leaving and a mile down the road, the vibration noise was worse than when I dropped it off. Definitely think I won’t be back and I’ll look for another Ram dealer for service.

Anyways to make a long story short, this dealership gave me one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I moved to Florida for college and my truck happened to break down right as the pandemic struck and my college was evacuating. All Ram dealerships and mechanics in the area were too busy and I was stranded and mentally a mess. SURPRISINGLY, the owner of the dealership got involved - called the local Ram dealership, had them tow my truck to their shop immediately, and had it fixed in no time at all so I could get home with no expense to me at all. I really wish I wrote this review sooner because this dealership deserves to have more than I am able to give and I am so so thankful for the owner of the dealership to help me out in a time I needed it most. So, even if a vehicle may be a bit more than another dealership, there is no amount of savings worth it that will surpass this level of customer service and genuine care for their customers.
