I had outdoor carpet installed over a month ago and still waiting for it to be taken care of. The installer got glue all over my railing, the block, siding, post and j-channel. I have tried to give them a chance to take care of it but I have no resolution. I want my money back and for the Home Depot and not the installer to remove the glue. Do not use them for carpet installation. Their installers have no respect for other’s property.

My 45 yr old son asked mean customer service lady tonight if he could put 2 unpaid for carts behind her desk..she said why dont you pay put in the car and come back to look at plants? He was ready to walk out..Tim the stock not came by said I can put 2 carts by self checkout and you can get plants and do one check out. My son pointed to the customer service sign and the lady and said you are customer service..customers heard all this .My son spoke to the manager and said how great Tim was. He did not mention miss meanie.. She needs to work I say but not in customer service. I deal with customers all day and we relish customer service to our customers..Have a great evening!

Just on of my favorite home improvement stores to shop in. Always very clean and the customer service is excellent.I usually can find what Im looking for.

They canceled my carpet installation two times. The 3rd time two little Mexicans showed up to lay 16×31 carpet down in an attic. Claiming they dont wanna do it because they are too small and weak to haul carpet to 3rd floor.

We ordered a shed from Home Depot on 6/1/2021. It was to be delivered 7/5 to 7/8/2021. On 6/24/2021 I received a text the shed was shipped. On 6/28/2021 the money was deducted from our account. On 7/7/2021 I called because I had not heard anything as to delivery. They did not know anything. Said they would check. Said the shed was still being made. I called Corporate Headquarters and explained the situation. They said they would check and then went on to say it was shipped on 6/24/2021. I explained that customer service said it was still being made. She said she did not know where they got that information. So I emailed the CEO and a customer representative emailed me and said he would check into it on 7/12/2021. I also tried to email the company building the shed and they said they were busy and would try to get back to me. As of 7/13/2021 I had not heard anything. We went to Home Depot to talk to the manager and never did. We decided to just cancel the shed because we soon will be leaving for vacation and do not know when or if the shed will be coming. We never thought that the shed would have any interference with our vacation 3 1/2 weeks later.

Ordered OSB on the app. Picked it up a week later. The staff loaded up our trailer with a forklift. No miss, no fuss. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service as always!

Decent service and product. I have placed a couple pickup order, this is fine if the item is small. They can pick it and store the item upfront.. If the item is bigger plan on waiting at the store. I think they pick the item when you get there, even after you get the email that it is ready for pickup. I have waited 15-20 minutes waiting for then to bring the item up front. If you are in a rush, just go and pick if yourself.

Paid for 10 bags of mulch and when I got home there was only 9. Apparently the employees need to learn to count. Not worth driving all the way back for. Thankfully they were only $3.30 each.

Had a Hampton Bay patio set we purchased. Both the dining set and chairs, plus the matching conversational set (couch and two love seats) all total about $2,300!Less than a year old , and the table got damaged due to wind. I called customer service to purchase just a new table , and they were not able to sell me one . They said I would have to buy the entire set over again. What total BS. Now I have a patio set with no table. They said call back in two months and they would be able to place the order then.Beyond frustrating. Will never buy from them again.

They say they honor veterans for discounts, but they dont unless you have a military id. Lowes honors veterans discounts without a military id, all you have to do is register with id.me, so unfortunately for Home Depot I only go there if Lowes doesnt have what I need!

If you are shopping for flooring at the Greensburg Home Depot, see Katie. She will go out of her way to help you. I flip 30-40 homes in Western PA a year and anytime I am in the Greensburg area I will see her for flooring, every time. Its the kind of customer service you deserve.

I ordered a front entry door in February of 2020 and was installed in July of 2021...no follow up after installation at all...go elsewhere to get an item like this. Door arrived with a scratch and I have zero help from Home Depot on this. They are bad JUJU.

Terrible experience with getting carpet from this location. They use a shotty third-party installation company. Fine for buying nuts and bolts but Ill go to Lowes for future big purchases.

Friendly and useful staff. Typically does not take long to find someome to help. Kids always enjoy the kids workshops they have.

Their website said they had 19 of the items I needed. I drove 25 miles plus paid the turnpike tolls only to discover that their website is often provides inaccurate information regarding items they have in stock. Home Depot is not a business you can count on.

They just had them sitting at the register...glad I went to that particular register coz not sure if they had them at every check out!

It was awesome actually.... and the price on my windows were $100 less ...PER WINDOW. Lowes was ridiculous. The store was clean, everyone was wearing a mask... We were in and out in 15 minutes.

Went in to get pressure treated 2x2s. Quality was terrible. So many huge knots and defects. One broke in half when I lifted it.

This store is lacking in some electrical (wiring) connectors. Also they dont carry machine bolts smaller than 1/4 in. bolt size.

I have mixed reviews on this particular Home Depot location.Lets start out with the good...The garden center here deserves a 4-5 star rating. They have a very good selection of plants each spring, summer and fall. The employees staffing this par of the store do a fantastic job. Even if you buy an entire pallet of mulch, theyre right on top of it...The rest of the store is your typical Home Depot. It has reasonably stocked shelves like all of their stores. Its as clean as youd expect from a hardware store.Now for the bad.....Customer service or should I say trying to get someone to check you out. Hope you cleared time on your calendar. We bought a full pallet / bundle of 2x4 studs. From the time we got in line and the wood was finally fork-lifted onto our truck was 1 hour 45 minutes.FYI it was on a Wednesday morning around 9am. The place wasnt that busy...

Wish I could give it no stars. Drove an hour to this store to pick up a trailer. When I got there I discovered the guy I talked to on the phone does not know the difference between an enclosed and open trailer! Total waste off time!!!

Had questions about lawn mowers. Trying to decide which one to get. Stood there for over an hour and not one employee in sight. Went to customer service and asked for help. They said someone would be right over. Waited another half hour and still know one. Terrible customer service. Its like they do not even have employees here.
