I had a great experience with wonderful customer service. Vito was my salesman and he was full of knowledge and experience. No pressure and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers.

The general manager was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions even though he had no idea if I was even going to buy anything. Printed up info on the appliance I was looking at when I said I wanted to come back later (which usually means the person is NOT coming back later). Told me which brand they service and why. Came back later and gave me a lot of information on the appliances I was looking at but made NO effort to sway my decision/upsell. Went over what could potentially be an issue with the appliance I chose (which isnt an issue for me), asked about power surges to protect it so it wouldnt need repaired, remembered from earlier in the day that I didnt use my current ice maker and asked if I would like it removed from the new fridge, went over my receipt in detail, and made sure that I knew I could buy an extended warranty but didnt try to sell it. I went here because I know people that have used them and had no problems, my mother used them for repairs and they were always completed correctly and quickly.

Cabin Hill went above and beyond to correct a bad situation that was not their fault. I always recommend them.

Its the only place that I have or would go to buy appliances. Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable about their products. Excellent service department and very reliable and they go above and beyond to help when you may need a service call. Always try to buy from local businesses verses box stores.

Do not buy appliances here. The salesman I spoke with is arrogant and cocky. Their distribution system is terrible. Waited two months for an oven that is available at dons, home depot, wayfair and everywhere else. Their solution is to upsell you or say we can cancel your order. When asked if they care about customer service the salesman will say Im in sales I have to make money. Would not recommend this place to anyone that I care about.

This place is a joke...I will never use them again. Its been a headache since trying to get my appliances installed. Then trying to use a rebate that didnt work because they didnt give me a final paid invoice. The microwave was damaged 2 times and I bought one that I dont like but needed it asap. They didnt install the dishwasher said it would take 1 week or more...really. They left the water running for the dishwasher hookup and had water on floor and in basement. If you can wait dont get your appliances there. Hope they last for me .

We had been to several big box stores when we decided to go to Cabin Hill Maytag. it was a great experience. Jeff was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the gas stoves we were looking at. We were pleased with the selection and the price. The stove was delivered two days later by Anthony and John who are both their employees. Very polite and efficient and spent time setting it up and explaining the details of the stove. I would go to Cabin Hill Maytag again to buy another appliance.

This is my first experience with Cabin Hill, and everything from setting up the repair appointment to the actual repair experience itself was top notch! They were very accommodating as to the convenience of the time of the appointment, and Andy, the repairman, was not only very knowledgeable, but also efficient, extremely polite and respectful. Came home from work to a broken dryer. I called Cabin Hill and they talked me through several diagnostic things that could be the problem. I took in 3 fuses that were thought to be the problem. The service guy, Rob, gladly tested them all, quickly found out which one was bad. He also advised me to test for the heating element and gave me several other tips. Went home put the machine back together with the new $18 part and my dryer is back up and running. Fantastic experience!!!! Thanks

The delivery men, Anthony, Andy, and Lanny, visited my home twice and on each visit they were on time, friendly, knowledgeable about the product and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I even requested an exchange for a different washer due to my dissatisfaction with how it washed and my request was immediately honored and I had my new washer in less than a week!! I thought I would review at this time because Robert D. came today in this bad weather for a service call on our refrigerator/freezer and fixed it. He was nice, efficient, fixed the oven because he had the part on hand and when he left it looked like my torn apart oven had never been touched. I use them for parts. They did scoff when I asked about having a tech come out if I couldnt solve my own dryer problem. Said they wouldnt touch it if I already have. Not sure if its truly a liability thing, or salty for not coming to them first. Either way, theyre great for local parts.

Parts - they have them :) They had the part I needed for my Maytag dishwasher. Price was about 35% more than average prices online, but I didnt have to wait or worry I wouldnt get the right part. They seem knowledgeable too when I described my issue and the troubleshooting I did to derive at the fact that I needed that specific part.
