Store not crowded, only second time visiting, has large range of hair/some body products went in got me 2pk of braiding hair with 3 bundles in it $4.99 ea. which is a good deal Ive seen in the other stores also but I like the fact of getting more than 1 bundle in a pk & you dont have to worry about keep dropping them. They also have a great selection of wigs😊 Will be going back!

Absolutely love this place anytime I need a hair fix I go here. The owners are husband and wife and they are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and noticed when you come in their store. BEST prices for any time of hair products your looking for! So glad they moved to a bigger location they definitely deserved it!! Great business definitely support! Also it’s a family business so their children work there and are very polite.

Love this place. I will drive from Winston Salem to Greensboro anyway to come to this hair store. Its so organized, and clean. I had to get me some gel and a brush yesterday to do me a cute high puff and bangs for the zoo, and yaaa gurll is looking really cute out her 🤣🤣. My hair is so thick, that the gel kind of worked lol. Just look at the pictures lol. But yes go shop there and get all your weave honey lol. The associates are walking around see if you need help so check them out.

Well stocked with products. A little too crowded, hard to move around. However staff is friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for.

By far this is one of the best Beaty supply stores in Greensboro. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. Their prices are amazing as well. The owner took time out to recommend a pressing creme, Silk Press, produced by a NC company, Kay Vel and it is wonderful! Please stop by and check them out.

The few times I have been to Unique, Ive had no issues but today was a 1st for me. The store was pretty packed and I went to purchase hair for my daughter and I....we went to the isle with all the crochet varieties and I noticed one of the employees, who was a bigger man with a light blue shirt, kept passing and watching, I then noticed the same employee and another employee walk back and forth past the isle we were in watching us, the younger finally came up to us asking if we needed help and I said no, then the man in the light blue walked past AGAIN and stopped and just watched us as we were picking the hair out. I stated aloud that I did not appreciate being watched and that I really should put the hair back because of how uncomfortable they were making us feel. This was by far the worst experience I have had here and honestly, I probably wont go back. I plan on returning the unopened packs of hair because we actually found better at I-Beauty and they were alot more friendlier there.

Today was my first time in this particular beauty store & I had a blast looking through everything!! Every single one of the associates were extremely helpful, polite & knowledgeable! The young lady who helped me find the items I was looking for actually came up to me to offer assistance in locating the particular products I needed to purchase. She knew exactly where those products were located & took me directly to them, and she took her time to explain which ones worked the best for my hair type. I was able to get everything I was looking for (and more)! They have a HUGE selection of every possible beauty need you may have/want! I will definitely be going back to this store! I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy beauty products!

HAIR MARK UPS ARE RIDICULOUS!! $35+ hair markup so check online first!! They love you until there’s a problem. Their hair is not always what is advertised. I would definitely go to iBeauty, Wigs and More or anywhere else besides here if you want a wig. The selection of stuff is great but be careful when buying hair from them.

I have been a customer since they were across the street. It really seems that the customer service was better when they were there and a more personal shopping experience each time. Wigs were better and wig service. I use to shop there alot. Now that they have moved in bigger store its like going in Walmart with the hustle and bustle. Although the store looks nice.. The store may just be too big now they spend much time trying to watch the place. The wigs are not as good. The madaam of the store is still nice, she use to help with the wigs alot. The Mr. Of the store has become a grouch not sure if all the traffic at the store irritates him but he use to be very helpful with the products and what to use on the hair if you asked, Id imagine he does not have much time for that now. Growth is great but customer service is what keeps the loyal customers around. I shop at a different store now; Small, great wigs, lots of products, and not alot of traffic at one time. I wish this store all the best. I shop here only when I cant find a product elsewhere.

Beautifully neat!!! I felt like I was walking into a mall it was so big bright CLEAN and neat. I hope it stays this way after its newness dies down. A few service people walking thebaisles asked if we needed help and for a store this big, yes I did. Ponytails, Wigs galore. Weaving hair, crochet hair for days. Not disappointed, will definitely be back.

This place has a huge selection of hair. If they dont have what you are looking for then its probably because it doesnt exist. Can be crowded depending on what time you go.

The comment they made to another customer’s complaint about bad customer service and being out of stock makes me never want to shop here. It was very unprofessional and ungodly. If a customer has a sincere and valid concern, you as the owners should make every attempt to correct the issues, and reassure the customer that you will do everything in your power to keep them a happy customer.

BEWARE! I WENT HERE TODAY AND THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT FOLLOWING SOCIAL DISTANCING! IM TALKING PEOPLE ARE SHOULDER TO SHOULDER! AND A LOT OF PEOPLE TOO! I generally enjoy the options this store has. I dont like that Im normally in a hurry and have to wait for assistance getting hair. The prices are competitive. Even with that I wont be back for a really long time because they are nuts! The workers had on mask but did not have any 6-10 foot boundaries set. It was a virus breeding ground in those conditions. Not at all safe in these questionable times. They really need to be shut down if they cant follow the rules because thats dangerously unhealthy. Your life is worth so much more. Dont risk it yall. These people are trying to make money. They dont care about you! I literally RAN out of the door. I felt sick just stepping foot in there. YUCKY!

The older gentleman who I think is part owner had his mask down and kept coughing. The young girl at the register had hers down and coughing too. Just nasty, and of course not covering their mouths. If you are stocking the shelves and coughing everywhere without proper cover, I’m sure more nasty things go on.

I like this beauty supply store. Its a little on the small side & doesnt carry some of the major brands but its well organized, clean, and open an hour early and an hour later than all the other beauty supply stores in the area.Update 1/10/19 5 stars now!Honey they have moved on up into a bigger location right across the street from the old store & it is amazing! Much bigger store, bigger inventory & super clean! Store hours are still open an hour earlier & an hour later than other beauty supply stores. They have a wide variety of accessories & jewelry & make up now. Wig section is amazing & i love their little clearance section. Good prices & friendly staff. Best Beauty supply in the triad in my opinion!

This is the best beauty supply store in Greensboro! The staff is very helpful and courteous. The offer the largest hair and wig selection in this area. I was even more impressed with the restrooms that was available for customers and free wifi. If you are looking for specific products and a wide selection try them first. Their prices are the best and they love working with their customers!

After what I witnessed today I will no longer be spending my money with them. Seeing how they mistreat their customers has me looking at them in a new light.
