Always a good experience. Most of the time they have what Im looking for. I really try to avoid Amazon for hard to find music. I will always patronize local first. Exclusive is my zen place.

Great store awesome metal wide variety of metal genre abd rock n roll collection

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the years, and the staff has always been helpful with returns and exchanges in the past. Now they won’t let you return or exchange ANY item, even if it’s unopened and damaged and you have the receipt—not even for a store credit. Instead, the cashier told me to be more careful before buying next time. Lucky for me, there won’t be a next time. Don’t go here unless you want to be ripped off.

If I could give no stars that would be the right decision called about them buying cds they said sure come on in from 2pm to 7pm we buy all cds drove 45 minutes to get there showed up a little after 2 all 4 workers that were in there said they could do it because they had a FedEx order come in and I would have to come back another day couldnt leave it there they didnt have any time to do it. Beware beware

Website says they close at 9. Turns out they close at 8 and during the 10 min I was there I was told this 3 times by three different employees then at 8 another employee came out of the back to say they just closed and I needed to leave. I know at most I’m only going spend a couple hundred bucks during during a trip but I’m probably way less likely to go to this store after tonight. It’s really just not good business.

Huge selection! Vinyl, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, you name it. Theyve got a pretty unique selection, too. Definitely recommend as a record store!

(New) I am now very pleased with this store and amending my review. They have since marked all the records for clarity on what is a bootleg and what is not. Excellent move, shows that you actually care about the feedback and issues some of us had. Also, I have since been treated very kindly and will definitely continue to buy lots of records!(Old) I bought a few records that I did not know were bootlegs. The sound and pressings were not up to par. All was good, as the manager was very helpful and gave me store credit. He was quite helpful, friendly, and welcomed me to find other records. However, upon finding those records and going to pay for them and apply the store credit, the person checking me out was quite rude and very unwelcoming. He said, do not buy more bootleg records from us and treated me in a way that made me feel unwelcome. Now, I would have been ok with him advising against future bootlegs, but the manager had already taken full responsibility and admitted the quality can vary. This person made me feel very unwelcome and I am not likely to return. I decided to leave this review because this all happened after I had spent well over a thousand dollars at Exclusive Company stores in the last few months alone. Also, the bootlegs are not labelled as bootlegs, they are labelled as limited edition so it was hard to know for sure there was a risk there for quality.

Nostalgic to walk around but I dont usually ever buy anything here.

Love this place again. Vinyls. A metal shoppe. CDs for those who partake. They are very Covid-sensitive. There are only a few folks in there at a time. I think its important and some others might, too. They want their customers to come back. Much appreciated..

Went to half price books which is located near Exclusive , but easy parking and the parking was clean no garbage lingering around.

This (and Bs music in Mt Pleasant MI) is the only place I will stand in a covid capacity line to enter. Treasures of hard to find jazz and King Crimson always await me here.

This used to be my favorite record store, I have been buying records here for years and have spent literally thousands of dollars here. Well just a few days ago I bought a few used records here, one of them costing $40. I played them when I got home and I noticed the $40 one was very noisy and just didnt sound great. So I went back 2 days later to return it and they said we dont accept returns on used vinyl even though I have returned other defective records here in the past no problem. Also on the receipt it says they accept returns on ALL used items for in store credit and right behind the counter at the store they have another sign that says the same thing, it says nothing about not accepting returns on vinyl or I wouldnt have bought those records here in the first place. Blatantly misleading and unprofessional, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Massive amount of musical inventory in CDs and vinyl. I really appreciate the substantial back room full of metal artists, a more diverse metal section than any other music store of its kind. Courteous staff and plenty of parking.

HUGE selection! Some prices are average, but sometimes youll find really great deals! We always stop in for their Metal section, but Ive found other things that I like, as well. Staff doesnt follow you around the store pestering you, which I like. I think the only thing that would make my experience better would be a chair to rest my back every now and then!

Ive been going here since I was a teenager, and I still love to come here. Their vinyl selection is very impressive and the best selection in town by far. They also have good used records including many recent ones. Most used record stores just have super old records from someones grandpas basement, but this has barely used recent artists records at fair prices. Id also rather buy here than online. Highly recommended.

Great selection of new and pretty good selection of used LPs, which is key for me. And theyre right next door to Half Price books which is awesome!

All through my teenage years Exclusive was THE place to get music. Ive also visited quite a few times since moving out of the area and their quality continues to be great. Ive bought countless used CDs and vinyl records here and havent had a single one with issues, no joke. If you need an album in the Milwaukee area, this is the place to go!

Probably has one of the best selections of records. I’ve gone to some smaller stores that didn’t have a record I wanted and every time I end up coming here they’ll have the record in stock. Prices are a little more steep though.

Awesome music store with a huge selection of new and used cd, vinyl, and movies. Staff was extremely pleasant and selection is amazing with reasonable pricing too. There is an awesome heavy metal section in the back with both new and used CDs and videos. Will be going here monthly to stock up on some great metal CDs.They have an extensive vinyl selection that may be the best in the area, especially since the store is in a large strip mall with plenty of parking available.

I was here back in February 2016, but I came across this store on the web recently and wanted to leave this review. I am a huge fan of power metal, so it is hard to find that kind of music in your average music stores. Exclusive, however, has a fairly large-sized room in the back exclusively for Metal. They had most if not all of the bands that I listen to. When I come up to Milwaukee again, I will definitely visit this store again!

Best place anywhere to get the rare and hard to find movies and Cds. Death of physical media? You wouldnt know it by this place! Everything you need and if you cant find it here you cant find it anywhere.

This is a place where Ive gone to buy records for the last 10 years not only do they have new records that are moderately priced but they also have used records and records that cost a dollar even. If youre looking for a high-end record player however they do not have items like this only Audio Technica atlp 120s. They can order just about any musical album that is on the planet and have a similar price to say Amazon and other retailers. This is your classic music selling store.

My son and I came to this store with a badly scratched up game disc. One of the men working there (I believe Mark) was so helpful. He was able to locate a special adapter to clean the disc, run it through the buffing machine several times, inspecting the disc between the cleaning cycles to make sure it was good.We got home to find out the the game is working great.Now I know where to go with scratched up discs and where to send my friends!Thanks a million!

I didnt go into this store for quite a while, because their name doesnt signify what they sell. But I finally did and its a media store with an enormous selection of vinyl records. They have music on CDs, too, and DVDs. Its a fun store.
