I have went into this store at least a half a dozen times in the past 2 months and have walked out with nothing. The staff has no knowledge of what they carry and / or they do not have what Im looking for. Example.... Etching cream (they had no idea what I was asking for) outdoor patio misting system ( they had to Google what it was) I will drive to Soledad or King City before I step foot into this store again. Plus their prices are outrageous.

Pretty clean, always has been .. inventory stock is always good.

This store has many things I need and rarely do I need to go elsewhere.However, I will go elsewhere. This place is so expensive that it makes you angree.PVC Purple Primer, for PVC pipe repairs...$10.Standard Hose bib faucet, Brass $17.Unbelievable, of course they are the only hardware within 50 miles, which makes it all worse cause they know this. They should be fair to the community they serve rather then gauge the community, its population etc... not making any friends here.To be fair, McDonalds and everyone else maxing out on theyre prices for profits too.$12. For big mac meal.Rediculouse, what is this, a race to see who goes to hell first?

Has mostly everything you need hardware wise. Some stuff are hard to find but the staff will have no problem with showing you where and how to use a certain item.

Very Poor - A complete lack of customer service. There was no one that greeted me upon my arrival although there were three employees that I could see upon entrance. Not once did they ask me if they could help me find anything or interact with me in anyway. When I brought my items up to the counter, one of the employees came over to assist, only she was unable to find my correct customer account. Another came to assist her, and again could not find my business account, so I was unable to purchase my products. She said that only the manager could see my account and that he wouldnt be back until the next day, shed have him call me, and... he didnt. So, I called back only to find out that he has cancelled our account even though I have a $1,200.00 PO with them current. He said it was due to a lack of payment from back in 2012. I asked for a statement, and he refused. I would never, ever go here again. Complete disregard - A big fat zero for this store.

Always enjoy shopping there. They have lots of things that other hardware stores dont have. Customer service is good also.

For me it is very good if we start to see the city in which this excellent is located and apart from that it is the only one of its kind in the city if it were not that we would make it clear if we want to find everything we occupy a day that we go and not they have it, it will seem to us that it does not work but instead those who visit it daily agree with me that it is fine.
