Friendly, knowledgeable, well stocked hardware store. I can always find exactly what I need for my house.

This is one of the few stores I go to where the help is actually open and very willing to help with questions and beyond. Love that the store has employed younger people that produce confidence and the desire to return. I will travel now to shop at Aubuchon in Greenfield MA

Every time I go down the street to my local Aubuchon Hardware (Norwood st. In Greenfield) folks are always helpful and friendly. Last week they delivered two tons of pellets. The forklift driver, Tim, was great. Placed them just where I asked and was very friendly.

Prices are a bit higher than the big box store but quality of products are too. Their Midwest Fastener selection is unmatched for variety! Any obscure fastener or part you need to fix something, theres a good chance youll find it here! Very friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy. I did a curbside and they got my order ready fast and into my car with no problems.

Every employee has a great knowledge of item locations, staff is overly well trained and very welcoming when you enter. Come in as a stranger, leave as a well known friend! Tim, Richard, Dave, and their team are the best at what they do!

I called to ask about a specific item. I left a message and I received a call back shortly. The next morning, the owner called me because he didnt know I had already had a response. Very impressive customer service!

Aubuchon in greenfield mass is the best store on earth it has everything and everyone is always nice and helpful and kind I go almost every day for some silly thing , a nail, cat food, candles, etc ! It’s a perfect store ! Oh and Rich in paint is the best !!!!

They have pint canning jars in August during pandemic gardening. The staff really friendly & helpful. Wander, the store has pool, seasonal, paints. Look them up. More inside than you might think.

Kitchen sink was not draining. The Manager was in his office and I went to him since the other staff were busy - he left work in his office to give me input on declogging with a snake versus an auger.

I was greeted by an associate who assisted me to find the needed items. Another associate helped me to get the heaviest item to my car.

Very nice store after their big expansion! If you need hardware or bolts or shelving or spraypaint or pool supplies or cat food or a new shovel or rock salt; they have it! The associates there are great! Very good customer service! Never had a bad experience there! Prices are reasonable!

Excellent store, extraordinary staff. Don’t know what I’d do without this place.

Used to shop there all the time, but had a bad experience with the online ordering. Picked up my purchase but when I got it home, realized it wasn’t what I ordered. Young kid tried to argue with me that it was the same item, when clearly it was not—diff size, diff specs, made by diff company. Kid said all the stores have different merchandise and what you see online may not be what they actually have in the store. “But it’s the same thing.” Well, no. That’s dishonest.

Ive been shopping here for home improvement projects since moving to town 2 years ago, most frequently for paint. Rich has been very helpful and is super knowledgeable, plus the Ben Moore product has been performing great versus other box store paints. Also, the expansion of the store has brought a wider range of products in other departments which has been great, including the expanded power equipment selection. Happy to shop with a local store that has knowledgeable staff vs. the alternative.

Great place! Suzanne the manager there has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She has made sure the pet items I need for my 2 rabbits are in stock, even putting them at the register if I had to have someone else pick them up for me. These items where not available anywhere in the area and where not items they typically had, she made sure they where there . She is great and customer service is her specialty. I can not say enough about how Suzanne is a valuable asset and how grateful I am for this store.

Aubuchon Hardware always has the same do-it-yourself items as the box stores, but this particular branch in Greenfield recently expanded and has so much more now. Sale prices help the budget, too. I always find some good buys I wasnt particular looking for, but couldnt resist.

Ive been shopping at Aubuchon Hardware since I was a little a little kid and one of the things I remember about the store the most is the aisle with all the different size screws and nuts and bolts. I have never ran into a situation where I was at and Aubuchon Store employee did not know more than the average person about anything in that store. For example today just nice young lady who works at Aubuchon in Greenfield on Federal Street named Olivia who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I went in there to get a screw for my vacuum cleaner to keep the handle held to the base. She was kind patience and extremely knowledgeable. Ive come to realize that all of all the Aubuchon Hardware staff is like that. The store is perfect for going in and making small purchases the small home repair needs. If I was going to do a large large project I would probably go to a different store for cheaper prices however Aubuchon has any and everything you could possibly think of when it comes to a home care and the customer service is what I go there for and why I was on Harbor will probably continue to be around for a long time

I have always had great success finding whatever I need at this store. They have such helpful and knowledgeable employees that are always there to assist me.

Really want to give a 5 star rating, but have to refrain after my second negative interaction with the female assistant manager. She is extremely incompetent and rude. Condescending to customers is never a good idea in a retail environment.

Id rather shop local and this place is just that. It may not be as big as the Home Depot here in Greenfield Massachusetts but it does have many items that the bigger places have at better prices and a lot more friendly people willing to help you find what your looking for.

Helpful staff and a large selection of merchandise too! They didnt have a plug-in dimmer switch for a table lamp so I had to go to Home Depot for that item.
