Hi AllI needed a grapple for my small tractor and although this dealership is two hours from my home and not my go too dealership they were the closest that had what I needed. I dealt with Rob, Jake, Keith and Dave the manager and they were all extremely helpful. When I came to pick up my grapple and parts they had everything ready to go and I was in and out in less than a half hour. Id recommend this dealership to anyone needing assistance from John Deere!

The most simple process and knowing i needed this machine asap for my business he PERSONALLY delivered the machine to my front door because the delivery driver was complaining the day before he didnt want to work late. I have had the greatest experience with United Ag & Turf. I called asked for a salesman I was connected with Byron. Told him I was in the market to buy a S130 Tractor with a snowblower attachment. He sent me an email with an itemized list with all the equipment I would need and an estimate of cost. I replied order it for me He did and got the snowblower attachment installed. Delivered my new toy minus the mowing deck. He showed me how to use everything and told me he would personally deliver my mowing deck in a few days. My first day of snow I couldnt have been happier. He then came back and delivered my mowing deck and asked me if I had any issues. I am 69 yr old female sharing a house with my sister, never ever was I treated any different than any other customer. I was treat precious, I was an important customer to Byron. I am so thankful for this. Wont go anywhere else for my yard needs. Thank you SO much Bryon.

Being a newbie to the tractor world, I feel like we left with a great machine that serves our needs. The sales staff and the person who delivered the machine walked us through every operation and maintenance procedure possible. They’ve also picked up the tractor and fixed two parts, under warranty, from normal wear and tear, quickly. This is a professional outfit.

Repair staff so helpful,although they obviously need more mechanics, lead time for equipment stretches 4 weeks,its spring, we need our mowers! Sales staff never left their desks as I looked at new mowers,odd.

My 2015 825i John Deere Gator, purchased elsewhere, developed annoying clutch problems after very light use and low hours. Padula Bros. in Greenfield, about thirty miles from where I live in Southern Vermont, is now the closest dealer to me, so I asked them to take a look. I was desperate for a prompt fix as I had loads of cut firewood that needed to be moved right away before the weather turned bad. BJ, the service manager, had his transport guy pick up the Gator right away, got me straight in for priority service, correctly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs and returned the Gator -- in four working days during one of the busiest times of the year. Plus he coordinated with Deere to see if they would help out on a costly repair necessitated by a part that was bad from the factory; to Deeres credit, they stood behind their equipment and contributed to the cost of repair.I was surprised and pleased with Padulas and Deeres responsiveness and customer-friendly approach. Service like this is rare. Thankfully, both Padulas and Deere regard their customers as a long term relationship and not as just a transaction; they were willing to make my problem their problem. Amazon wont do that for you; the big box stores wont do that for you, either. Thats something to think about when youre deciding who deserves your business, and who you want at the other end of the phone in a service pinch.
