Kitchen was fast and accurate. Serving staff were lax and rude. Im sure if your a regular its a homey vibe. But came off as lazy and argumentative. I ordered a burger and a coffee. They showed up about the same time. Check took about as long. Burger was good though. Cheap and still kind of overpriced. π

I came here last night with my boyfriend and friends and the waiter didnβt even come back to refill our drinks. On top of that, their customer service was horrible. They looked like they didnβt even want to be there. Some of us wanted to pay all together to make it easier because the cashier took a while to check everybody out, but he refused to and said it was βagainst their rulesβ. Never have I ever been to a place where they refused people to pay all together all in one check. And donβt get me started when we first walked in, they complained that there were too many of us (there were 7 of us). The first time I came here, I told myself I was never coming back because I had a horrible first experience as well. This will def be my last time here again, even if it is our only option.
They were not answering their phone so I went in to place an order. Two double cheeseburgers with extra cheese and two fries. Very plain, not complicated. Arrived at 11:27. Two tables of people in the restaurant. 31 minutes later I receive two single cheeseburgers without cheese and less than 20 fries in each to go container. I bring the food back in and tell the gentleman the problem. He walks to the back of the fryer and grabbed 2 frozen two patties and one slice of cheese. Five minutes later he proceeded to add those to the burgers that were incorrect and handed me the bag. So now I have cold buns, less than 20 fries in each to go container and cold cheese with one hot patty and one cold patty. I couldnβt believe he thought this was acceptable. The disgusting food, and not even close to what I paid for, was touched by two peopleβs bare hands, one after he had just bussed a table. All I could do was laugh, leave the gross food on the counter, and leave. If it was busy I could understand had the order been incorrect, but it is painfully obvious that two of the three people working there could care less about the cleanliness and the quality of the food they were trying to shove out the door. So off to McDonaldβs I go! This place is beyond disgusting and should be shut down.

Took 15 minutes to be taken care of at first. Burgers were good, but fries were cold. Our server never came back to ask how things were or to refill drinks . My husband ordered a bowl of Chilli which didnt come until almost half way done with rest of meal. We received no silverware. Went and got my own napkins. Waiter served people across the aisle theurchli & dumped itin the floor by accident. He never cleaned it up. I did so that no one would step in it!
Went here for breakfast, this is Milwaukee version of Waffle house minus the grits. Prices, are good and so is the food. The Bacon Man, he wears a cape comes out serving sliced bacon to everyone. Thanks Bacon π₯ Man...π

I walked in there and all the staff looked like they were on drugs. Took 20mins to make my small order and when it was ready the young cashier girl just looked at my all ready complete order and said itll be ready in a minute. π€ I literally had to just snatch my food and leave.
Had an early dentist appointment then some errands to do afterwards, decided to have a bfast/lunch break on the way home and enjoyed a great meal at George Webbs, glad I did!

Born & raised in Milw Wi...left in 2006. Brought my family party of 8 to SEE ALL THINGS GREAT IN MILW.NOT WAFFLE HOUSE but GEORGE WEBB!!! My eggs were overcooked & COLD, HASHBROWNS COLD! Sons burger had COLD SAUTEED ONIONS...HOW??? Daughter in laws omelet COLD & GROSS. Corned beef hash was overlooked, brought to the table LATE AND....COLD!TABLE OF 4 TICKET $75.OO....WASTED!
Called to place an order and was promptly cut off and told they arent allowing people to call in orders. I then proceed to ask her if a could come in to do take out and she hung up on me midway. What she didnt know was that I was parked in the parking lot. When I confronted her face to face she not only had an attitude she told me she wasnt going to serve me anyway. She looks like a drug addict and she pregnant. Im sad that this is the best George Webb can do

Great customer service and staff that can control themselves while dealing with a difficult customer. I was there watching as the lady at the register took the order of a customer that was for no particular reason giving the staff a hard time when all she was doing was trying to help get the order right by telling the customer the name of the meal she was trying to describe. I felt bad seeing her have to go through that but she kept her composure in a very professional manner.
I was a first time customer, hoping the service and food was going to be great. The food wasnβt too bad; it tasted like any typical breakfast food. But the service was bad! The waitress herself seemed new and in training, so it was fine with me from an understanding standpoint. But after finishing the meal, I was charged extra when I was told a side of hash browns was only $2. Working with customers regularly, myself, if a price was wrongly priced or told, to make compromises, youβd try to let your customers leave happy about their service right? But that wasnβt the case. The cook said βyou donβt have two extra dollars to pay? Itβs just two dollars. Iβll just pay it out of my own pocket then. Itβs not a big deal,β with an attitude and walked away saying more stuff under his breath, also implying that I was cheap/a bum. Negotiations are bound to happen with customers when you were told a different price from the actual amount they charged you. Workers seemed moody and also didnβt greet with welcoming tone. No matter how bad your day is, as a worker representing your workplace, you have to keep and maintain a positive attitude towards your customers. Would not recommend. (But if you go and get good service, lucky you! You probably didnβt have the workers I had).

So if you owe back taxes the service is great wait time depends on how busy they are anybody should understand that no complaints there two of my favorite are eggs and I love steaks if you are a steak connoisseur order steak and eggs breakfast mines I like eat a medium or medium rare it always comes perfect great place if youre hungry theyre open 24 hours my best time is after bar time around 3 or 4 in the morning you have got to go to this place 122nd and North wauwatosa if you dont believe me try it out yourself cant please er-body but if you like it youll b-backππ
Food was great! Love their pancakes. Unfortunately, they were short staffed besides being inundated with carryout so table service was a bit lax. Hopefully next time is better.

Food was okay, but staff was extremely rude. My friend was told a side of hash browns was $2 extra but they charged her for $4. The cashier offered to take off $2 but didnβt know how to, so she asked the cook and the cook said βyou canβt pay the extra $2?β, implying that we were being cheap. Then the cook went back into the kitchen, continuing to talk to us about how itβs only 2 extra dollars and we shouldnβt make a big deal about it. If you are told something is a certain amount, you would be expected to pay that amount.

Very clean dining room, my Patty Melt and wedges were delicious and our server was excellent. I ordered 7 cheeseburgers to go after I finished my meal and they were up quick and made to order.We will be back!

So heres a 5-star review for food and service 49 years ago when we would get 5 burgers for $1.25 with a coupon from the Milwaukee Journals Green Sheet. After the bars closed and before hitting the hay for about 5 hours before going to work, there was nothing better than those burgers with the grilled onions to go, or sitting down with friends to cups of coffee, piles of fries with ketchup and burgers or a late/early breakfast. Lived just a couple blocks away. Those were the days!

Long wait, got up and left because cooks were not wearing their mask and same for the dishwasher and talking about things that customers shouldnt have to be hearing. The only person wearing a mask was a female server who just clocked in.

I decided to treat the family to dinner. We chose George Webbs. I THOUGHT it would be fairly quick, with good customer service, fresh and delicious. I was half right. This place has definitely changed thru Covid: Zero customer service, no staff smiles or welcoming attitude by anyone, the staff in the back could be heard bashing politicians with zero filter, my order was incorrect, and I had to rip a placemat in half to accommodate all of us......At $10/person, we could have gotten fast food with less aggravation.This location is clearly struggling. Try the Brookfield location on Bluemound.

Been here multiple times before writing a review. Every single server and host goes beyond the expectation of customer service. The cooks are all amazing as well. You never have to wait long, and even if you do, theyre more than apologetic. Everyone who works here makes sure you have a good experience and leave full and happy.
The food was delicious, the service excellent. One guy (the owner?) Was dressed like a giant piece of bacon, and walked around giving everyone free bacon. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and we will happily return the next time were in the area.
We stopped in for a late night meal.....Alysha was a great server and the food was better than any other late nite establishment out there. Great burger. Would definitely go again.
