New decor is stunning inside. Food also is so delicious and fresh. Ceviche was exquisite. Can tell it was freshly made. Tacos were to die for. Presentation was on point as well.Got 1 Carne Asada, 2 Pollo, and 1 cerdo taco. Can taste the seasoning which matches perfect with the onions and Cilantro. Rice on the side of course. You most definitely need to come get here, you will not regret it.
Great Mexican cuisine, the first restaurant where the food was based around seafood. This place had the best ceviche Ive had in a while, and the steak milanesa was better than my mothers, which is hard for me to say because my mothers was considered the best for a LONG time!
We were craving Mexican and I am SO glad we stopped at Don Cangrejo! Restaurant was clean and the food was excellent and arrived in a timely manner. Good mix of cheap and expensive menu items. Server was a sweetheart - barely spoke English (the only language our group speaks) but she did so good regardless! They had a live Mariachi band playing around the room that was so good too! Definitely walked out feeling full and satisfied. We had a great time and it was honestly the most authentic Mexican restaurant/food experience Ive had outside of when I lived in South Texas. Definitely recommend for someone looking for the real deal. Only downside was the plastic utensils we were given to eat with but Im assuming theyre doing that to be covid conscious - all we had to do was ask for actual silverware for the 1 steak dinner (which I was told was phenomenal!).
This was a nice little gem we stumbled on. This is not your typical American Mexican restaurant. I believe it to be closer to authentic Mexican food. Lots of seafood options, fresh Guacamole, made from scratch margaritas, not out of a tap. Fajitas were very good and plentiful. Staff was friendly and willing to explain the entree’s. Nothing fancy inside, just a hard working staff that aims to please. Very reasonably priced. My new go to! Kim
Where do I start? The place is basic not too fancy, pricing for food not too bad. My family and I went there a Sunday night, let’s just say worst experience ever. Food took over 2 hours for a family of 5, this is crazy. I work in the hospitality industry and I’ve never seen customer service this bad. Server runs like a chicken without her head, and never brings what you need. Food was super late, and was brought out at different times. Never again!! This place needs new staff and or a manager/ owner that know how to run a restaurant.
The food was great, and the staff was nice. I recommend the taco dinner with Carne asada tacos, and then topped with the complementary red sauce they give.

Went Tuesday evening with my family. The restaurant is super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was great! Family got burritos, quesadillas, and a fish dish. Everyone loved what they had -- everything was seasoned well, good flavor, good presentation! Happy with it and will definitely be returning. If you want some good Mexican food, I highly recommend giving this place a try
We ride by and they were always closed due to covid-19. We were at the farmers market so as we went by they were open so stopped in out of curiosity. I ordered a beef & steak burrito to go had a beer while I and Reba enjoyed the atmosphere and munched on tortilla chips & salsa. The burritos were the delicious, meat cooked and seasoned very well. A diamond 💎 in the no lands. BURRITOS WERE REALLY GOOD!!!!!!!
I most likely will never go back. When we got there it wasnt busy. 3 waitresses and we get the bad one. Had to ask for silverware, asked for hot sauce and got only two while other tables got 5 to 6 diffe hot sauces. Food was ok and drinks were delicious! Asked for to go containers and the bill. Got the conyakners. Waited 20 minutes for our bill and finally we t up to ask another worker for our bill. Will not recommend. Maybe with whats all going on now a days we were treated differently (only white people I the building). Yes Ill throw that out there. Will not returnGood luck.

This was so nice but when it was time to pay they only accepted cash and i only had card so after waiting a while for the receipt i decided to just got get cash from the atm until they came and gave me the price i assumed it wouldnt exceed 60$ so i only took 60 out thinking itll be enough for a good tip but my food came to like 57 and i could only leave a small tip so....now out of embarrassment i cant return but i loooved that place...i think about it every night since it happen i may need therapy after this

Went there Saturday and they had over the limit of people. On top of that they don’t allow you to record.I’m calling the state on them. There’s definitely COVID-19 in that place. There was about 100 people in there with no space whatsoever.Do not go! They are violating every state regulation

I had an amazing time celebrating my sons Birthday. The restaurant is clean and the food tasted like Im I was in Veracruz! I had a seafood plate and we will be back for more. Come alone or with your family. They also have live music. 😍🤗 I dont drink, but my husband and his friends enjoyed their cervezas.

I was recommended by a friend to come and try out this new restaurant since the previous one that was located there was closed. I took my family and as soon as we got there the waitress was rude like she didn’t want to assist us. Took forever to take our order she never brought us our chips and salsa until we waited for 20min and I had to call her if she can bring us some and we were the only ones in the restaurant since it was during the week. Once food arrived all I can say is that it was disgusting me and family didn’t even finish it! We were really disappointed on the quality of food and the prices they have. walked out paying 80$ for disgusting food. Your better off waisting that amount of money somewhere else!Highly do not recommend!

My coworkers and I came here for our break since we work 5 min away from the restaurant. I ordered the burrito with steak. Very disappointed! I didn’t even get meat on my burrito it was more lettuce and rice. All my coworkers complained on how there food was nasty it didn’t even have any flavor. We will not come here again.
Probably some of the worst Mexican food Ive ever had. Ordered the steak chimichanga and it came with rice and beans. So the steak is horrible and the beans were watery and the rice is just out of a box. Save your money.

I was not expecting the bad experience we had today with my family. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and decided to visit a local restaurant. The waitress was very polite and patient I can’t complaint about that but the food it was horrible. I ordered carne tampiqueña $18 I get the food and it was cold like extremely cold the steak looked flavorless!! I didn’t even took two bites to figure that the food was not fresh at all. Felt bad for my family our dinner end up at a fast food!!! It was my first time here.. good food.. nice staff.. cool building.. love music.. karaoke.. they forgot one of my items.. butttt I always check before I leave to Make sure everything I ordered is in the bag... I talked to the man who took my order which I believe is the owner... About it and he was quick to go in the kitchen and get my missing rice and beans... All in all nice place other than the music was a tad loud.. well definitely go back

The food is very hearty but the waitress service no more. Almost half an hour for us to take the piiiinche order ?! Ok like 20 minutes, but also so they dont see. The tall waitress with her fushi face that best stays to collect and does not make the night bitter. Thats all we dont like. The service. Very good food.
