Today I had the best experience at a vision center that I have ever had. The store was very clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and prompt. Dr Bellanger was a gem. Her exam was thorough and professional, yet took the time to answer my questions completely. At other vision centers I have felt like a number that is just moved through the process. Here I felt treated as a person. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back.

I recently went to the Greenfield location and Grace C. helped me. She was extremely friendly and helpful! She assisted me in choosing the perfect pair of glasses, showed me some different options, and kept everything very clean. Grace was attentive to other customers as well. I would go back to this location just because of her amazing service!

I went to pick out frames for my elderly mom. Grace C who helped us was magnificent. She was patient and took the time to help get the pair of glasses my mom wanted. She was knowledgeable in every aspect of the experience. I hope she will be there when I get my glasses. Ask for Grace C. She’s the best.

I went to the Greenfield location to order new glasses. I had a current prescription with me, therefore no eye exam was necessary. I was very pleased with the friendly staff, nicely displayed eyeglass frames, clean system of trying on frames, comfortable waiting area while staff was busy, and eventual personal assistance I received when I ordered. It is a rather small store, but the service was efficient and the selection was quite good. Pricier than the former store in the immediate area that I have patronized, but have become disenchanted with lately. Was extremely satisfied with the finished products. Pickup of eyeglasses was equally friendly and efficient. Would return and will recommend.

My husband and I had a great experience at this business today. Very updated eye exams with the friendly optometrist. Miles was very helpful in assisting with frames as were his coworkers. Scheduling wasnt a problem and text confirmation/reminder. Highly Recommend.

Ive purchased at least 6 pairs of glasses from this store since moving to the area a couple of years ago. I wont be back. I purchased insurance on my sons glasses and when we went to have his frame replaced they said wed already used the coverage. We hadnt. They figured out what error had been made in their system and replaced the frame with one they had in stock. Well they didnt place one of the lenses properly and it popped out 2 weeks later somewhere between the front door of my sons school and his classroom. We werent able to find it. We went back and explained asking that they replace the lens for which we had purchased replacement coverage. They wouldnt unless we paid over $120 for one, single vision lens. I refused. I requested our prescriptions, three of us were patients there, and will not do business with them any longer. I went online and purchased a complete pair of glasses with photochromic, antireflective, polycarbonate lenses for less than half of what they wanted for one replacement lens. Im all for supporting local businesses, but this was no way to treat good customers. Like I said, we wont be back.

I scheduled an appointment online and received both a confirmation email and text message. I later received a reminder email. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the online booking system double booked in error, therefore some appointments were canceled. The system showed that they called to cancel the appointment, however I didnt receive a call. I didnt receive an email or text either, which was the original form of communication. Apparently the system that cancels appointments is as trustworthy as the system that schedules appointments. The staff person was unconcerned and uninterested. I wasted time off of work, as well as eye care benefits, due to careless and inconsiderate service. Ive never left negative feedback such as this, but this was a very frustrating experience. Especially with the lack of concern and insistence that the system canceled the appointment. I dont know how many appointments were canceled, but perhaps they should try a more personal approach and speak directly to patients if there is a system malfunction. I cant afford to waste more time, so I wont be attempting to re-schedule with this provider and I can only recommend others to BEWARE.

Went there for an annual check up and finally needed bifocals...age catches up to us all. The staff was very attentive, helpful and encouraging. Zeph helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that compliment my gigantic head. My wife loves the new look!

I got my prescription at another optical store, but didnt like their selection and wasnt treated well, so I started stopping into other optical stores. After striking out at multiple places, I circled back to the Greenfield Wisconsin Vision store, where I had stopped earlier. At the time, I was in a rush, and Tyler had greeted me warmly and invited me to return when I had more time. This second time, Nada worked with me closely on matching the shape of my face to a suitable frame that fit the look I described to her. Still, I couldnt find exactly the right frame and was just about to leave when Nada -- who wasnt giving up! -- found a frame I had not seen. It was perfect. I took a picture, showed my family (wife and three opinionated daughters) and they loved them. As I write this, Im heading to pick them up, and at Nadas recommendation Im taking advantage of a deal to get an inexpensive second pair, using it on prescription sunglasses, which I havent updated in years. Great job by the Greenfield team, and special thanks to Nada.

My experience was great! My appointment started on time and everyone was very friendly. The exam was quick yet thorough. And afterwards they gave me my prescriptions for glasses and contacts and told me it was completely my choice if I wanted to purchase through them or go elsewhere. There was never any pressure to switch the kind of contacts I use to some new brand or one with a rebate. They even tightened up the screws on my glasses I purchased elsewhere because they noticed they were loose. I was in and out in 45 minutes. (I did not pick out glasses, but I did order contacts.) I would recommend and will be back for future needs!

Piss poor booking system. Booked 2 appointments online in mid-November for December 12, one for myself and another for my husband. Received multiple confirmation emails. Then, 5 days before our appointment, received a call from the store that the system glitched and they were unable to honor the appointments and couldnt reschedule until the new year. We only have vision benefits through 12/31 so this obviously doesnt work for us. The individual I spoke to didnt seem concerned. Wont ever attempt to book here again.

After an eye exam, which was conducted with high level of expertise, and choosing the frame, I was presented with couple of options regarding lens systems, and I decided to chose progressive lenses optimized to my unique pattern of vision. Surprisingly fast, in just three days, I was back to pick up the glasses. Due to oversight during selection of the lens type, the wrong glasses arrived, but thanks to Zeph this small slip was resolved quick and I look good once again.

I lost a small screw from a pair of my favorite sunglasses . I asked if they would be able to fix it. He said absolutely! He not only fixed imy sunglasses by replacing the screw, he cleaned them, and then told me there was no fee😊👍🏼

I tried to do a frame search (online )for a metal rectangle frame and they did not come up so I’m very disappointed plus they do not show prices on the frames it says call for price then I did an average price check and that didn’t give me a little money amount either

I went in looking for a pair of sunglasses, and the salesperson was very helpful and more importantly, very patient. I literally spent about an hour inside the store trying all sorts of stuff on, but they gave me my space and checked back in when needed.They helped me narrow my options down to a pair of RayBans, and then showed me that I can customize the lenses as well. Two sales people were very honest about maintaining the classic look of the glasses and helped me avoid the probably bad choice of lenses I wanted to pick. And I know they were right cause my girlfriend agreed with them ; )Overall very positive experience. Would take my business here in the future and reccomend to any friends.

Incompetent... they messed up 3 of 4 orders. Four of us in my family went in on July 2nd. They sold me contacts with the wrong prescription, and it took a while for them to fix that mistake. Then, because they thought they could sell us more than we asked for, they charged my daughters insurance without telling us, meaning that she still cannot get glasses at any other stores. Its been over three months and Ive gone in to talk to them about this multiple times... they kept telling us they fixed it, and they havent. My husband is still waiting for his contacts order from July 2 and it is now October 15th. Of the four of us, only my son got his glasses right away and with the correct order.

Went in for an eye exam and they were pretty busy but I was well taken care of. Dr. Weng is awesome, she was super down to earth and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. She explained everything thoroughly and always made sure to ask if I had any questions. They are going through some transitions with new employees so be patient as they train and learn the ropes. Got my glasses and contacts within 4 days!

I scheduled an eye appointment for my family. They called me to reschedule. I scheduled another appointment only to receive another call a few days later telling me we had to reschedule again because an eye doc wasnt available. Well, I rescheduled a third time, showed up to the appointment with my family only to be told that we were still scheduled for the previously cancelled appointment. This made me look like the irresponsible patient who was a no show at his familys appointment. Im so disappointed with the terrible service. It shouldnt be rocket science to set up an appointment...

Horrible experiance. In my opinion they are taking advantage of the older people. Even if you don’t work, drive or use computers they will still sell you the super expensive lenses making you believe those are the only ones you can use. No options or explanation provided. What a rip off.

Boyfriend has been here a total of 6 hours over three days trying to find a comfortable fit in contacts. The staff is amazing! They were laughing and extremely encouraging while helping him find the right contacts. They even contacted other stores to get him a second contact when he finally found one that was comfortable. We will definitely be back!

DO NOT GO HERE. My daughter and I went here about a year ago, and it was awful. We waited about 45 minutes pass our appointment time, the eye doctor acted like we were both a huge inconvenience because I scheduled our appointments back to back. Then when we went back to get my daughters glasses (they called and said they were ready for pick up) we got there and they couldnt find them! We ended up having to get my daughter a whole new pair and they tried charging my insurance AGAIN! My husband just recently took my step daughter here without knowing this is where my awful experience was. The eye doctor who saw my step daughter was so awful! They waited 35 minutes past there appointment time, and when the eye doctor saw my step daughter she was so mean and scary that she made my step daughter cry. My step daughter was getting contacts for the first time and scared her to death! When my step daughters contacts finally came in and they went in to get them they couldnt find them! When they finally found them they guy who was supposed to help my step daughter put them in the first time was so bad my husband told him I would be more patient with her and I would show her how to put them in. We got my step daughters contacts in when I got home. For days she complained that they were blurry. We thought she just had to get use to them. After a few days my husband called and asked if her prescription was correct and what was going on with my step daughter. The women who answered the phone told my husband that them messing up her prescription and the fact that she was seeing blurry was impossible. When my husband came back here to get my step daughters prescription because we decided to take her somewhere else for ANOTHER vision exam and the new eye doctor wanted to see the prescription Wisconsin Vision REFUSED to give it to him. I will never come to this place EVER again. I will tell everyone I know not to come here. They are only interested in making money and not helping their patients. This place should be shut down. If youre reading this review, do not go there, do not give them your money. Your better off getting an eye exam and good customer service in the back of an alley.

Went in for glasses. The woman that helped me was pleasant. Waited an acceptable amount of time for the glasses to be made. Was called and told glasses were done. The same woman helped me try the new glasses. Although at first pleasant, she seemed to want to ignore my input on what was wrong with the way the lenses had been ground. I needed to lift the frames up off of my nose about 1/2 inch for the lenses to be of use in all transitions of focus. When held there, the glasses were great in all 3 (distance, arms length, and close up) This tells me the prescription was good, but placed in the wrong position in the frames. It got to the point that I walked out without glasses- never intending to return. She should have used my input. They would have been great had they been made right. Instead she tried to tell me to just get use to them. The glasses were paid for and I left them there... That is how infuriating my visit to this buisness was. Go somewhere else if you care about your glasses/vision.

I scheduled my appointment, and when i went, they called me back 15-20 minutes past when my time was. i didn’t have any plans, so it was fine. Then, when i picked out my glasses I needed; very helpful staff. it was my first time with glasses and i wasn’t sure what to get. Then once i got my glasses, they said it would take 1-2 days for the glasses to be ready. it took a week. luckly, i have an eye condition where i can see fine, my eyes lock up. id give it a 5/10 definitely do research.

SCAM ARTISTS. So apparently Wisconsin Vision is just going to delete my post and block me from posting on their page for questioning their fraudulent $50 contact lens fitment fee. According to the illiterate individual that manages this page, this fee includes a trial pair of lenses (which I did not receive and they did not order) and follow up visits... thats it. Who has ever gone in for a follow up visit on an annual exam? The reason they blocked me is because I pointed out how to get around this scam. Make sure you DONT mention that youre interested in contacts when you go in for your exam. Its their way of charging you this fee for absolutely nothing. The exam is the same, regardless of whether youre going in for glasses or contacts. Ill be canceling my lens order tomorrow and hope this business goes under for their unethical practices.

After being a loyal customer for MANY years, I will NEVER go back. Despite the store having only 2 customers, the worker behaved as if I were an inconvenience to deal with. She asked me where I work. WHY?? When I answered I DONT, she stated they were booked solid today, tomorrow....I left feeling misjudged & degraded. I will NEVER EVER RETURN.

I felt like I paid more than I should have based on what my insurance says it covers. I also mentioned that dryness was an issue with contacts and I swear to God the contacts I got here were the most uncomfortable contacts I have ever owned. On the whole it was fine but I never went back. Now I go to the Lens Crafters in that strip mall kind of behind this one.

Showed up with my paperwork already filled out and waited 20 minutes after my appointment time had passed and still wasnt seen before I had to leave to go back to work. So now I have no updated prescription, which I need, and wasted one of the rare lunch breaks I get.

Terrible. My wife went in with a coupon that she gave to them and said it would work for exam, glasses, and 3 months supply of contacts.(coupon from valpak but its on their website too) She finished the exam and the billing lady said the coupon would not work on the lenses she got?!?!?!?! She said it would be $340 for the exam and 1yr of contact lenses! Wife said she doesnt have that much and took a 1/2 yr supply instead for $240! So $100 more than advertised and you dont get the glasses with it. What a ridiculous scam! Do not buy from this business or expect to pay more than you thought!
