Initially, Before by glasses arrived I gave them a 5 star. But after my glasses arrived, I noticed that they werent right for my eyes since I couldnt see the board at school very clearly. I went back and told them, Mat booked me another appointment with a different Dr then the first one I saw. When I went for my appointment, the same Dr that I had the first time who I wasnt spoose to see checked my eyes. After checking she said that there isnt too much of a difference then first exam and there not going to fix my glasses or put new lenses in. She instead told me to get some light protection for another 100 dollars just to probably make more money which I didnt even need. She said that might help me to see better Instead of getting me new glasses or fixing them with the new prescription.

Stopped by after work to purchase my first pair of prescription sunglasses. They had an amazing sale of 50% off lenses and frames for their designer section. I worked with Anita, she gave advice for my frame selection while keeping my budget in mind. She was very knowledgeable on pricing, “extras” and what Id be comfortable in. I was in/out within 25 minutes, very smooth transaction and process. I will definitely be back, and hopefully work with Anita again.

I stopped in without an appointment with a pair of glasses that I purchased at a different optical store. That store replaced the nose pads with ones that were cutting into the sides of my inner eye and hurting for over a week. When I explained my issue and told the sales associate that I was willing to pay to have a comfortable pair of nose pads put on my glasses she took my glasses and said, Let me see what we can do for you. Yeah, I can see these are hurting you. Ill be right back. She came back 5 minutes later with new pads on my glasses and asked me to try them on. Instant relief! I asked what I owed and she said, Nothing. Happy to do it! LensCrafters provided outstanding customer service to someone that didnt purchase those glasses from them. Of course Im coming back, because if they treated me like this now I can only imagine how I will be treated as a customer in the future. Thank you LensCrafters Greenfield.

Besides making my frame and lenses purchase, another associate, Dawn, took the time to repair my broken glasses so that I had a working pair until my new glasses were ready. I appreciated that I wasnt forced into purchasing something out of my price range and that I was given ample time to select my frames and not rushed through the purchasing process.

My exam was good, the service from first employee was good. I had to go back as I was a day early to order lenses and worked with someone else. I think her name was Evelyn, she went to fast and wouldn’t let me see prices on progressive lenses. Pushing me to get one of the most expensive lenses. I told Evelyn let me see the prices! No excuse for being so “secretive “ in a sense. I went back a week or so later to get my lenses put in my frames. I walked in and was greeted. Lab put in new lenses and they sat there. No one came back to help me, I asked for help and a man employee (with red hair didn’t get a name) handed them to me and said come back if you have any issues! Basically he wanted me out the door! NO help with adjustments, I demanded to be helped! They hurled people in and out and there is no customer care and satisfaction. I had to ask ask ask for help. Everything is a big rush, no coming back to check on you or make sure you are taken care of. Everyone needs to SLOW DOWN and take “care” of customers! If you wait on them for something, follow up to make sure there needs are met. Here is what my email said about my lenses being ready, I didn’t get this when I went in for them.Please stop in when you get a chance to pick them up. Well do a final check to make sure they feel great and you can see perfectly.Maybe you should do what your emails say you will do!

My entire eye exam and glasses purchase was extremely successful. After being greeted at the door, I completed my registration form, had my eye exam with a great eye doctor, and ordered my glasses all within 1 hour. Amazing. Please go to see the LensCrafters at the Greendale location.

The first thing I grab for every morning are my glasses but this morning was a bummer because my pair literally disintegrated in my hands. I called this location and they got me in right away and was lucky enough to get a new pair within the hour. Miss Anita especially was super fantastic and friendly. Her being a fellow New Englander like me and my husband we had much to conversate about. It felt like weve known her for years. We highly recommend this location. Me and my son had an eye exam. I Ordered my son glasses and my self contacts. I received my contacts in the mail. I was told the glasses would be available for pick up in about 2 weeks and I should get a call. I waited 3 weeks and called and was told the order for glasses is pending.Never will go back.

Love Dr Schumacher but always have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before even getting my pre-screening.

The eye doctor did not do a complete exam (requested glasses and contact lens exam). He almost seemed to be concerned about being in proximity to patients. They told me the eyeglass part of my exam would e covered by insurance when I made the appointment, only to discover after the fact that it wasn’t. They also set me up with an annual exam without my knowledge or consent thinking I would be willing to receive such bad service on a yearly basis.

He was so knowledgeable and gave me lots of options. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase like I have felt at other eye glass retailers. He sincerely want to make sure I left with glasses that I loved!

Salesperson was rude and disrespectful . I wanted a breakdown of exactly what my insurance was paying for and different options I could do. I was going to buy two pairs but walked out instead. Went somewhere else since I was not comfortable with salesperson even knowing what she was doing. She didn’t even know how to read my prescription to put it in the system. Also, when I wanted a breakdown of the cost she said they don’t do that. Had to have someone else come over to do it. When I asked the difference between progressive standard and progressive lenses her comment was I already explained that earlier. I also asked about not getting progressive lenses and she stated that is what your lenses are. Called my eye doctor and I didn’t have to get progressive lens. Lost the sale of two pairs of glasses and contact lenses appointment and sale if contact lenses. Will not be returning or referring anyone.

Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and casual. Has a very unique ability to take complex medical terms, issues or symptoms and explain them in simple to understand language. Never have been rushed. Always takes as much time as needed to listen to any concerns and provide analysis. Recommend Dr. Schumacher to anyone looking for an Optometrist.

Costumer service it’s not good whatsoever. They make appointments and cancel and never call back. They are very rude and not try to help you out as much as they can. Bad experience go somewhere else.Have to repay an eye exam all over again because I’m way past my date when they kept canceling on me. Come up with it’s not on the system that they cancel. Never going back and never recommending this place to anyone I know.

Great experience, Anita worked with me on how to apply my insurance to get the best deal and with the offers they had at the time.Walked out with three pairs of glasses and exam ( shades, safety and regular) for $475 after insurance and special offers.Nothing very fancy, but decent quality.Very happy.Their prices seem to be better than in the past. I remember, years ago, walking out laughing at the prices. Not so much now.Ill be back!

Everyone has been so nice. I love my frames. I have Burberry and RayBans. I chose two totally different looks and Im very pleased with both and the service that I have received.

Terrible customer service, refused to help me with an urgent eye issue I had. They scheduled me 5 days out stating were a busy practice sorry we cant help you. Their prices are also very high and routinely rip people off. Avoid if you can and go to a private optometrist office.

Dr Scott Schumacher is outstanding in his field and has never failed in his diagnosis of my vision and the corrections necessary to help me . I have difficult vision problems and where previous optometrists were inaccurate he has always been correct . His 20 plus years experience is evident .

Loved the eye care professional i saw, loved the eye exam and my care during it. disliked the eye ware selection. Nothing that really grabbed me and once i said to the person helping me pick out my eyeware that i wasnt feeling any of my options my help became cold and unhelpful. Mad at me for not picking a frame.

My optometrist was very professional, polite, and helpful.

The staff I dealt with before and after my eye exam were very professional and personable. However the Optician was very cold and seemed to rush through the exam. she lacked in personality and just seemed to want to get the exam over with. I had been going to another Optician for the last 20 years or so and he finally retired so I needed to go somewhere else to have an eye exam.The prior Optician took around 40 minutes for the exam and was very detailed in every aspect of the exam. The Optician today took maybe 15 to 20 minutes and it seemed the entire exam was rushed.Needless to say I wouldnt schedule another appointment with this Optician.

The dr made sure my prescription was perfect she actually retested bc she felt it wasnt correct and I got the most beautiful classy coach glasses for no money due to my insurance I havent had glasses in over 12 years and now I can see and I look fashionable love Lenscrafters

Doctor was amazing however the sales team was ridiculous as well as management. I was not informed correctly and instead sales person kept on adding extra items that I did not request. I was not comfortable and asked to explain and it seem to bother them. No customer service whatsoever and on top it was a rushed service. Will not be returning 👎🏼

⚠️ DO NOT SHOP AT LENS CRAFTERS ⚠️(( unless you want to spend a TON of money ))So yesterday I went to Lens Crafters with my new prescription I had just gotten from my eye doctor. I was super excited to get a new pair of glasses finally since my old ones were no good. I decided to go to Lens Crafters since that’s where I’d gone in the past and was always happy with my experience.I picked out a pair of cute pink Michael Kors frames which were $172. I expected that much for frames since I’ve had Versace ones in the past which were also very expensive.I brought the frames I selected out to the girl and she helped ring me out. I told her I had a really high prescription (-9) and would need Feather Weight lenses to thin them out. She told me she recommended the High Index due to my high prescription. However it was a $300 price difference between feather weight or high index, so I took my chances on the Feather Weights.My glasses came in today, totaling $473. When I went to get them.....I was SO disappointed. The lenses weren’t even thinned out. If I wanted them THIN I would’ve had to have paid $784. I was NOT happy. I came home and started looking around online.I went to Warby Parker online. For an almost IDENTICAL pair of glasses....WITH HIGH INDEX thin lenses.....WITH free shipping.....WITH scratch protection for free......and with my “high prescription”......My complete total was $125 😱So instead of $784 for the high index thin lenses I paid $125 and the frames are seriously almost identical I can’t even tell the difference.Where does Lens Crafters come up with these crazy high prices for their lenses???????Needless to say I returned my Lens Crafters ones and will only be going through Warby Parker from now on! 🤯

Dr. Brandt is awesome! She made needing to have glasses again a fun experience. 5 stars! The rest of the staff gave up on trying to help me find glasses. One person just disappeared on me. very disappointing! Perhaps a larger selection and more brands would be helpful. I even tried looking online. No luck.

I was at a different eye glass store before coming to this one. The staff at the other store was horrible. I came into your store and everyone was very polite and helpful. My wife needed new glasses and we were very impressed with the service and great help provided at this location. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone shopping for new glasses and looking for professional service to help them.

The check in and walk in wait time was acceptable. The sales staff are well informed and friendly.But the doctor we saw seemed to lack experience. Not rude or anything but we definitely did not get a complete eye exam. We told the doctor what hurt within the eye, proceeded to focus on that for a while then switched to finding out the glasses prescription. Before we knew it, the appointment was over and it also felt rushed during the session.Sales people are informed but they are just that, sales people. Tell you that you have a deal but dont. On same day of appointment had a quote for some frames with prescription lens and the quote was lost, had to have it done again. Same sales person quoted same item but the cost was higher second time round. We pointed out that the last quote was lower and they said no it is the same...it was not.

Waited a month for my glasses and BOTH my sunglasses and glasses were so blurry,I couldnt see anything. They frickin switched my prescription with someone else’s. The completely wrong person. I waited a month for no reason. I was able to be refunded but still such a waste of time!

Had my first eye exam at LensCrafters today. I was taken into a room and given several tests with and without my contacts prior to seeing the doctor. They could have explained them a little more as I had never been there before. Then the doctor called me. I had several questions as I thought my prescription had changed a lot in the last several months. The doctor (Yang) had the worst bedside manner. She was not going to answer any questions until she was good and ready. She simply didnt answer until she wanted to and she explained nothing unless I asked. Very cold!
