Just got my Verlo Pillow top mattress delivered and cant wait to experience my first night sleeping on it. Appreciated it that both of the delivery guys were wearing masks. Salesman Jamal was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and professional.

Steve our salesperson was fantastic. He was very informative and listened to what we were telling him our needs were.Our delivery was actually a little early and the guys were very nice and answered our questions in a knowledgeable fashion. They informed us that our mattress was made this morning so there wasnt need for a long airing time before we made the bed.I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Had no idea what kind of bed I wanted to buy. I had plans to stop at two other stores when shopping. We stopped in and felt knowledgeable by the time we left. Not only did they help us figure out what bed we liked they helped us understand what to look at when we did go to the other two stores. We got lunch then went right back to this Verlo. We bought and with the short turn around got it a month later. I am grateful to the staff who never pressured me. I look forward to coming back for my sons first larger bed.

We just bought our second mattress from Verlo. We loved the first for 15 years, but its time to get a new mattress. Verlo offers top quality at a reasonable price. You can even watch beds being made.

This was a great experience. The folks in the store were amazing. I got the mattress that I wanted very quickly. The delivery folks were extremely professional and very very quick. I greatly appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the people at Verlo if I had any questions.

The overall experience was great. I do feel the salesman should have gotten up from his chair to walk us through the details of the different options, rather than pointing us where to go look. I get the current craze is not to over sell. A happy medium would be nice.I have not yet slept on the mattress so more to follow in its rating.The delivery men were respectful and quick. Obviously experienced at handling this large product. So overall it was a great experience.

The overall in store experience was pretty great. Sales person was knowledgeable and attentive. The delivery experience left a bit to be desired. The delivery persons were not terribly friendly. I get it they are not sales people, but they could have made more of an effort. Also the delivery people refused to take our bed frame even though it was part of the sales receipt. I am working on getting resolution on that with Verlo since we paid for disposal.

We were so nervous to purchase a mattress because the price points can definitely get expensive depending on which level you go with. However that being said, customer service was amazing. The knowledge from sales was incredible, the reviews from past buyers, everything. They even messed up our delivery but a 5 minute call with Jeremy at the Burligh store had them getting our mattress together and delivered SAME DAY! We couldnt believe it. I bought a mattress for my daughter, and the process was super simple. Free delivery, and an excellent bed. When the bed was delivered it didn’t fit in the Crib converted to a full size bed frame. Verlo wanted to make it right and offered a custom mattress.

About a year after purchase, the mattress failed, it puckered and drooped. They did fix it in 2 days. So far so good.

Still giving Verlo 5 Stars because the product is good and I love that I’m buying local. The only hiccup was the production delay due to lack of materials which put our delivery back a month.

The customer service here is exceptional!!! I ordered mattresses online on a Saturday. The online customer service person isn’t in until Monday. I called and asked when I could pick up because I needed to pickup on Sunday. They called back within 15 minutes saying they had some in stock and I could pick up! So thankful since I’m re-doing my daughter’s room and need them sooner rather than later. Thank you to the staff for being so awesome!

We have been Verlo Greenfield, WI customers for a long time. We decided to have our V9 rebuilt. They came and picked it up and rebuilt it. We wound up having a few communication issues and we went back to explain our issue. Fred at Verlo stepped up and made the issue go away by fixing the issue and taking very...very good care of us. We couldnt have asked for Verlo to do anything more. We will be life long customers. We went back and bought another mattress for our guest room and it went off without any issue. We utilized Verlos mattress adjustment service this week, having Verlo pick up our 4 year old mattress, make it firmer and return to us. The service was very efficient, we were only without the mattress for 2 nights and so far we are pleased with the adjusted firmness; and the cast was reasonable and fair.

He was friendly and knowledgeable about their product as well as the other mattresses on the market. We decided on the plush/medium firmness and upgraded from a Queen size to a King. Very disappointed from the beginning. I had a Verlo mattress for about ten years now, loved it, and wanted to get a King size this time. Felt extremely pushed and belittled by the sales guy but ended up with a 5V. We had a year warranty that we used back in December to have the bed made softer since I was experiencing back pain. We’ve now had the new mattress for about 2 months now and it has not held its shape there are just large divots where we lay. I am baffled because we still have our old mattress (also a pillow top) as a guest bed and it’s held it’s shape perfectly. It’s become to the point where we choose to sleep in the guest room not our own. Unfortunately between the experience we had and what we received we will not be purchasing another.

The shopping experience was great. Jeremy was a great help. Took advantage of the labor day sale. The delivery drivers were quick and professional. They were very accommodating to our needs while in the middle of moving. Overall a great experience and looking forward to sleeping in the new bed once we finish moving.

Kris made it such an easy experience from start to finish. All we really had to do was figure out exactly what we wanted and Verlo took care of the rest. Highly recommend buying from verlo if you want hassle free purchasing with no sales pitch, delivery that only requires you to open your front door, and a mattress that will solve any problem you may have.

Met a very knowledgeable sales representative. He explained all the options very well, and never tried to oversell us. We were able to schedule delivery at our convenience. The actual delivery was on time, and was surprisingly quick. Given all the options available for mattresses now, Verlo was comparable, local, and my preferred option for future purchases.

I waited two weeks for delivery of my new mattress. My delivery time frame was 3:30-5:30 pm. At 5:22 pm I received a call that due to additions to the schedule delivery would take another hour. Wish I had received the customer service the late additions to the schedule had received.

Ive debated on how to rate the store. We had a great experience working with Steve to purchase our mattress. I felt Steve got to know us first and our sleeping habits and was able to recommend a type of mattress before even trying any out. We learned that even though we thought we liked a firm mattress, our sleeping habits, allergies, etc resulted in a medium mattress. Really enjoyed working with him and excited to sleep on our new purchase.The negative part was the delivery. Our delivery window was from 11:30-1:30 and the instructions stated we would get a phone call 40 minutes before the driver arrived. We had not moved into the house yet but I got the call at 11:06 and the driver asked, am I home. I said no but my boyfriend was on his way. He said well I am here, please call him. I explained to him that he was early and we were not prepared, etc. I told him I would call my boyfriend and that he should be there in a few minutes. My boyfriend had to leave the place he was at, got to the house within less that 8 minutes from when the driver called me and was already gone when he got there.Just such a night and day experience - the store experience was fantastic but the delivery was unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Keeping this as a 4 because of the many other positive factors.

Sadly, I can not recommend a Verlo.It came with so many recommendation I made the mistake of not looking a bit longer and more in-depth for a better mattress and trusted service.What I saw and tested on the showroom floor was not what I received. The construction of what arrived in comparison looks shoddy, the batting is lose and will eventually fall to one side. This is not what I tried and tested on the showroom floor. In the end it turns out to be a rather pricey item for something one might think was made in China.A few other draw backs: I would have to contact the salesman a few times before I got a response regarding concerns or questions. I feel like I was tricked into getting the mattress cover, which ended up causing problems and then later found out the item could not be returned, I was never told this before the purchase, nor about any discomfort this product might cause. Though the free delivery was nice, I felt like I was putting the drivers out, communication was lacking, it was late and they were in a bit of a hurry.After 40+ days of breaking it in I still wake up sore. E-mail goes unanswered and its already feeling lumpy.After decades of having Verlo mattresses in the family I will not buy another and I recommend you keep looking for a mattress store that will treat you well and provide a better product, or at least what they present in the store. I never thought buying a mattress would be like buying a car, and when you need a good nights sleep this is the last place and item you want to stress over. My experience, has been that the quality of a Verlo Mattress compared to what they present and their product of the past has taken a nose dive.I am stuck with this pretty pricey item now and just have to find ways suffer through, until I save yet, again to replace it, but I will be more mindful and aware of what I am looking at next time. This was an expensive purchase for me and I am sure it is for others. I will save my pennies again so I can find the right fit and sleep well. To all others, keep looking.Again sadly, I will not buy another Verlo Mattress and do not recommend this company to anyone else in Wisconsin.Good Luck!

First night on our new V7 pillow-top mattress with adjustable base. Slept great! Fred was a great salesman, attentive, helpful and no pressure. Delivery guys were careful and professional and did a great set-up of the adjustable base. Overall great experience.Only negative note is the headboard bracket for the adjustable base is not rigid enough. It is a design issue that allows too much flex and movement of the headboard. Very minor issue for us, but if a headboard is a must...Otherwise, completely satisfied. Great product and people. Past and future customer. Thank you, guys!

Delivery people good & quick. This is my 2nd Verlo. (No Verlo in FL. I went to Mattress Firm, it was a joke, and a defective product in 100 days, twice got nothing but headaches & backaches)

Purchased a mattress 2 months ago. Employee was kind and helpful, however I guess was new and didn’t sell me the right mattress for my needs. I’m a side sleeper and tested out some mattresses but 10 minutes is much different than a whole not let alone months. I was told need to let the mattress break in so waited the suggested 2 months. Sleep has been awful and developed bad sleep symptoms so I called and was told they would never sell a FIRM mattress to a side sleeper. Well they did. So now I’m without a proper mattress and trying to get the free adjustment I was told when I purchased, but they won’t do that for a whole 2 MONTHS!! Been an awful experience with poor sleep, medical bills, etc and the 2 months wait to adjust is ridiculous. Might have to just buy from someone else. I suggest you do the same.
