The owner of the warehouse helped us last minute off of a tow where our donut popped! He was awesome! Super nice and understanding! Couldn’t believe how willing he was to help us! Usually people take advantage of people when they need help quickly but he did the opposite. We had limited money and he gave us two tires and a rim which we needed badly! Volkswagen wanted to charge us what he charged us for all of that for one rim. I couldn’t thank him enough! Highly recommend coming here for a car fix!

Had to go here otf to get a screw in my tire handled. Quick, and efficient. It was a bit more money than expected, but no complaints as an emergency walk in.

Lenny the owner of Tire Warehouse has been in this area for a long time. Hes always willing to help someone out and get some of that deal if you can. I recently went in there with only a certain amount of money and he was able to give me two new tires so I can pass inspection with and it was very fast as well they didnt even think twice about helping me. I Ive bought every Tire I ever had in my life at this place and I highly recommend you to do so as well

Horrible place. Their online inventory says their tires are cheaper than they actually are in store. Was told $200 at first, left paying over $360. How does that happen? Not only that, they didn’t bother rotating the tires and THEN CHARGED ME FOR THE ROTATION. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and not worth the price. Will not be returning

Everyone at tire warehouse is awesome! I went today with a tire that needed to be patched, I was definitely in a bind as I needed to drive about 90 miles and definitely didn’t want to on a spare. I was greeted right away by a really friendly guy out front, the guy behind the counter really helped me out and G who patched my tire was great, too. They were busy and it was within an hour of closing time but they really came through for me. I was also given a carnation on my way out which was lovely. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Thanks Tire Warehouse!

I would not go here the guys changing my tire dented my gas tank in using the car jack that lifts the whole back side of the car, I did my tire change out of town because I realized I needed it before returning home. Immediately after the tire change I notice poor gas mileage and a scent of fuel, I called the shop to tell them I’d be coming in to resolve this issue and they said sure but upon arrival they just laughed in my face after driving 2 hours back to the shop in greenfield. Never again. Would not recommend these shaggys disrespectful guys. not helpful at all and unwilling to accept fault or even roll back the cameras for when I got my tires changed to prove they jacked my car up wrong, denting my fuel tank and costing me 1200. Horrible.Also all my friends were there and can vouch they used a floor jack that lifted the whole back end and when placed incorrectly will and has dent the fuel tank on my 2002 Honda Accord.

My Brother suggested that I call Tire Warehouse and ask for Kenny- Im planning a trip up to the Rockies. I got really good advice, on making the right choice for me and my wife. Even though Im not going to be a customer, since I live out West, Kenny still took the time to steer me in the right direction-

They went above and beyond helping me and my wife with our tires so we are safe on the roads. I now send everyone I know and will continue going there.

Had a flat tire and I came here to fix it. The crew was very professional, pleasant and extremely nice. Overall I spent maybe 15 minutes there, and the price was very reasonable! The flower is a nice touch as well... They invited us to come back in a few days for a check-up and to tighten up the tire. I really recommend this place, if you are ever around and need anything done.

Went in to check tire pressure during a busy time and found there was a much more serious problem. They handled the issue quickly and in a very positive way even though it interupted their normal work flow. Have witnessed similar situations with other customers and they were handled in the same manner. They are professional and fair in their customer service.

Great service and even better people! They were very fair with their price. I had a flat tire from a large piece of glass. To get there, I had to change my tire and put the spare on. When I pulled in, it took maybe 10 seconds before someone came over to ask how they could help. They got me the same tire to match the ones I have on the car. Brand name, tread pattern etc. they first took the old tire and tried to patch it, it couldn’t be fixed. It was gashed pretty badly. Then they put the new tire on the rim, took my spare off of my car and put it back up under the truck bed for me even though I brought it in the bed of my truck. All that and I was out in 30 minutes. A plus

The staff at Tire Warehouse in West Chesterfield are always helpful. I have known Walter for many years and he is always courteous and pleasant to deal with. The guys that remove and install wheels are hard working and always remember to torque the lug nuts sfter installation. Very reasonable prices too!

Quick friendly n fixed it ASAP

I had two flat Tires and an unusable spare on my 33ft. Travel trailer. Len was very personable and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and the service exceptional. I only spend summers in the north east but will endeavor to become a repeat customer in the future. I was referred to talk to Len by local residents who expounded on his honesty.

Been here a few times. Had no issue the first time but most recently was charged more than double the previous price. Originally quoted $37, didnt tell me until after it was done that it was $37 per tire. $150 is insane. Had another time too where I was told my tire couldnt be patched when it had a small hole and that I had to buy 4 tires right then because one had a hole. After telling them to put the tires back in the car because I would go somewhere else, they figured out how to patch it. Theyve tried to scam me twice and succeeded once. I wont be going back.

Went to inquire about some service and their delivery van blocked the entire entrance trapping me in. One of the employees instead of having the van move so I could leave, he told me to drive over the curb and that they do it with low riders all the time. Stupidly I trusted him and sure enough bottomed out my brand new wrx out over the curb. Will never go back and hope the owner fires him before he looses more customers. I was going to spend good money on tires here until I learned about the poor attitude of the employees.

Came down yesterday to have 4 tires mounted and was quoted about 200 bucks because I bought my tires online. What is this about? I am a paying customer and have been here several times. I will never be back to this store. Went some where else and was charged 60.
