This was a good experience in a really bad time. I got rear ended, and worked with Steve on getting my car repaired. He was very understanding and helped make it a wonderful experience for me in one of the worst times in my life.

I had some work done on my escape that was in a minor accident and my insurance paid for all the work done after paying my deductible to the body shop.They held my car for over a week and half for ordering the wrong headlight twice!My part was an aftermarket piece and I could not wait a third time for them to order the wrong part again, I could fix myself for cheaper.So, needless to say I ended up with two different headlights after paying my deductible and still having to do an hours worth of work on my own ripping the bumper off and side panel to change a headlight!

They were very friendly here, took my insurance claim and even had a nice rental vehicle for free while they worked on the family car. However, the paint didnt hold up in areas and there are rust spots where they worked on the back of the vehicle. I thought about bringing and back and seeing what they said. I am not sure if they stand by and offer a guarantee on their work. The work was done 5 months ago.

Great facility that is HONEST! I had a hit and run occur on the back bumper while at work in the parking lot. My insurance company suggested taking my truck over to the Cartellis. They worked on my truck for about 2-3 weeks. About a month after I heard a rattling noise in the undercarriage that was never there before taking my vehicle to them. I called up the shop, explained the situation and they were VERY accommodating in asking me to come down to have a technician take a ride with me. The tech hopped in the vehicle and within 10 minutes was able to diagnose the issue. We drove back to the shop and in 10 minutes he corrected the issue...at no charge. I would recommend thos company to anyone who is in need of a competent, customer service-oriented and honest autobody.

Cant believe Im the first to review these guys. Could not be happier with the service we received when I was unfortunately involved in an accident right after one of the many snow storms of last winter. Although there was very little mechanical damage, our highlander was trashed body wise. We were sure the vehicle would be totaled. Instead we had our vehicle returned to us in pristine condition. And they even detected the very small leak in the radiator, which was then replaced. Couldnt be happier with the service we received . Recommended to all. You wont be sorry. :)

It took them five weeks to fix the liftgate on my SUV after a low speed car accident where I got rear ended. It took them so long that my insurance company would no longer cover a rental vehicle! Even after the five weeks, the thing was still stiff and squeaky for the remaining year I kept the vehicle, but I didnt have the time to wait another five weeks.

I came to Bob Cartelli to get an estimate on paint job . Because they could not take it in right away , I went to another local licensed body shop who did terrible job and I had to come back to Bob Cartelli.Because they had to do additional work, such as sanding down to bear metal. I agreed to that and they did a decent job with exception of few spots where pain ran.(I have pictures of that)I came back and spoke with Eddie , the estimator who agreed to repair that and they did the job to my satisfaction.About a year later I noticed that paint started to crack on hood and trunk.I called the body shop to ask what the warranty was.The person on the phone tried going back and forth with me and his boss to get an answer.I finally asked to speak with his boss directly .I believe his name was Bob. All I wanted to find out is what the warranty was, if any, and if there was none, I would make plans get it repaired on my own.Bob didnt even want to listen to me,.He was very rude and talking over me.He said they have a lifetime warranty on workmanship but because car had been previously painted by non professionals, the warranty is void .He said GOOD LUCK TO YOU BUDDY and hung up.I then called Toyota dealership that I believe owns the body shop. I was very frustrated, but the lady on the phone was very polite and courteous .I was promised a phone call from the General Manager. Will update on how it went...if I ever hear from them.I will excersize all my legal rights to make sure this does not happen to anyone else and will make arrangements to display the vehicle on Hope Street , near where the body shop is located.
