Very poor customer service. One person at the desk acting frazzled. While helping me he interrupt the process 4 times to answer phone or help another customer. He claimed he couldnt get into my account but other clerks have done so before. Said he didnt know anything about billing or my data plan and clearly didnt feel like looking it up. Told me to call the 800 number but never gave me the number. They should either get more help and/or train them better.

My husband and I went to Verizon, shopping for an iPhone 12 for me. Sam was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He efficiently transferred information from my old phone and helped me select accessories. I truly appreciate Sam’s expertise and kindness.

Kyle at the Victra /Verizon store on Lineville was fantastic to work with! He assisted me in setting a new iPhone SE for my 87 yr old Mother. He was so friendly, helpful &professional. My daughter and I stopped at the Lineville location today to upgrade our phones. Angelica took care of us and she was awesome. She was able to multitask and take care of us and several other customers while being the only one there. She was super friendly and very personable and very helpful. She was awesome to work with.

I bought a phone last week at one of the Verizon stores. I asked the salesperson if he could download my numbers from the old phone to my new phone. He did so and then gave me a number for a Verizon technician to talk me through the process of connecting it to my car. When I got home I found out something was wrong. The numbers were wrong and only partial numbers. My son said something about a cloud picking up some information from years ago. The next day I decided to go to the store in Suamico. I told Paul my problem and he said he would take a look at it. In a matter of a few minutes this young man had erased all the bad information and had all the numbers from my old phone transferred to my new one. He checked each item for me to make sure it was right. This was five star service. Some of those numbers I couldn’t lose. You have a great employee working for you. Please let someone know how much I appreciated his help!

I walked into the store not knowing what I wanted for a phone. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining features of the phones that were available. I walked out with a new phone in minutes and absolutely love it.

Angelica did a great job handling my case. Verizon’s systems weren’t handling my number port correctly but she was able to work the Verizon matrix of store support reps on the phone to get me what I needed.

The young and handsome gentleman known as Alex was a real treat. Not only did he take care of any and all issues i had, but be also set me up with a fantastic new tablet! Great store and great people! It feels truly amazing to be treated as a person and not a paycheck.

Not impressed at all, just read similar reviews to the exact same situation I had. I went in for a new phone ordered it because the sales person said there was a promotion going on for $100 off if I upgraded, so I ordered a new phone. Went in to pick it up a few days later and was told that promo didn’t exists by the sales person “Alex” then when signing the paperwork I checked my email to find out the sales person “Alex” signed me up for $11mo insurance which I didn’t ask for. As I was paying the tax for me new phone I also found on my paperwork a $20 in store charge for “set up” no one ever told me there would be a charge for this. I could have easily avoided all of this and just ordered my phone online and knew exactly what I was paying for. I won’t be returning to this store again and will be telling my friends and family to avoid it.

They need to be way more clear when explaining promotions and exactly how they work. My 1st bill was twice the amount of what I was quoted. I still have the piece of paper he used to draw it all out for me. Not very happy with this location. I would avoid it, if possible.

This store knowingly overcharged me by charging me a phone upgrade when no upgrade existed!! Also added a 20.00 month charge for service I did not want! Made a complaint to Verizon by phone and all was corrected also a complaint will be to the BBB and others!

DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in having all the knowledge ahead if time. The person working there changed my plan which too 2 taps on his screen. Ordered the phone right away as I knew I wanted. I needed to wait for it to come in. I asked if it could be delivered right away to another Verizon in a different state as it was going to my daughter. I was told it couldnt be. So I had to have it delivered to this location first and then send it out. At the end of the transaction, I was told there was $63 for tax. When I went to sign for my credit card I asked, That $63 was tax? The answer was yes. At the end I was handed a receipt. When I got home, I noticed that there was also a $20 charge. I called and asked what that was and I was told it was for all their awesome help. I told them I did not know there was a charge for them to do (actually barely anything) and for the rest of my phones for the family I would just order directly on line from the verizon site. I was then told if I did that, I would not receive any instructions about the phone or how to set it up. Which is a total lie. I pay my bill on the Verizon main web site and noticed some days later, that they had also signed my up for the extra insurance on the phone at an extra $11 a month. This was done without asking me anything about it. The subject wasnt even brought up. And I signed nothing for that. The ONLY thing I signed was for payment of my credit card. Since this bad experience, I have ordered another phone exactly like it directly on the verizon web site. It arrived within 3 days without a hitch with no hidden costs and did not automatically sign me up for the insurance AND we received instructions about the phone and how to activate and set it up. Since this experience, I have been told by others that this location is dishonest and not to go there,

I have a S9. My glass zagg screen protector cracked requested a replacement - went to this store to get it put one my phone. The employee that helped me said absolutely. When he was finished he stated that he never saw a screen protector like this and that he couldnt get the bubbles out and that I should try to go to the other store to see if they could get the bubbles out. This type of screen protector-i was told that they could not reapply and that I need to request another replacment.
