Waited a very long time at the drive thru pick up window!

This store cannot handle more than 2 customers at checkout at a time. If you happen to be further in line, your estimated wait blows up. I had to wait 15 minutes behind three other customers, none had more than 5 items. The first customer ended up waiting for 5 minutes, without luck, for a manager to approve a liquor sale. He set the beer aside in disgust and left the store. Then the next 2 customers took another 5 minutes to ring up. When I reached the checkout, I knew my patience was about to run out. I got carded twice, I guess they couldnt keep track of me and were worried a minor secretly took my place in line while I stood there for 5 minutes twiddling my thumbs.At the very least, their employees need to learn to communicate their need for a manager more frequently. If you call for a manager and a customer is waiting for any more than 2 minutes, request the manager again, dont just sit there like a slab doing literally nothing. Quit wasting peoples time, we pay you for service, provide IT!!!

My trip to the store was amazing, i was haveing a fairly bad day and the boy that was ringing up my items turned my day arround, we talked for a good 2-3 minutes and it was a great experience.I didnt pick up his name but the tall, blonde, and no older than 20

Absolutely incompetent pharmacy.

I have gone to this Walgreens for many years. It is clean and the employees are helpful and know where everything is. In my opinion, Walgreens has the best selection of family health care items in Green Bay

People in the pharmacy are rude. They acted as if your bothering them when you call. The representatives are not helpful, and hang up without giving a clear answer on whats going on with your prescription and insurance. Im never going back to this location again, and thinking of transferring to Mejier; prescriptions cheaper anyways.
