Thieves - do not use! I dropped off 2 Amazon returns and was in a hurry so didn’t wait to watch them Scan and print receipt. The cheap return was processed. The more expensive item was never scanned - employees stole it! Was brand new in the box.Too many other options for shipping in Great Neck. Do not use this store full of criminals

I’m so eager to have a local place that gets the job done. My Amazon return process went perfectly, that’s the two stars. I then had an envelope, the large business kind maybe 10x12, to send to someone in the next state. For two-three days delivery, the staff person says, “$15.” Feeling very lazy I say ok but I see on the screen a $5 charge for something like “rough rider.” Turns out the $15 was for delivery AND putting it in a box for shipping. Why? UPS doesn’t deliver envelopes, or do envelopes get lost too easily? It was never pointed out or explained. The box charge was just slipped in. Kinda smells to this consumer as a very profitable gimmick. So I walked the envelope to the post office, which charged less than $2 for first-class mail. No box needed.

Every time I go to this particular UPS store there is a problem. Dont go here, go to the Manhasset store instead. They actually value their customers in Manhasset.In response to the owner. I have no problem wearing a mask, none at all. I wish more people did.But you missed the point. I have a real problem when you are nasty about it. There is no reason for nastiness.

They refused to ship anything on business account. Although they state they cant do it they choose not to because they are greedy and dont make any money off business accounts. I recommend the shore drive UPS location which is who told me the backstory or FedEx in Hilltop is also much more accommodating.

If I could give negative stars on this place for bad customer services I would in a heart beat. He didn’t give the option of 3 or 6 months for a mail boxes. He said you have to paid 6 months when I wanted 3 months and wouldn’t void it. He is trying to get money doesn’t care about the customer. He refused to put his name on the receipt and said he was the owner. With convid and people holding on every dime this guy is worst then the sickness. Please don’t use his service rude. He wasn’t even wearing a mask. This shows how people don’t care and they feel like you have to take bad customer services. I hope people are scare to tell these retail places no more!!!!

I have lost 2 packages shipping out of this store in 2020. One of the package cost me $750 and another cost me $20. I am not sure if I should trust them anymore.

I wish every merchant operated like the staff at UPS. Many customers just want to get in/out, drop off a package and be gone asap. I find every staff person ready, willing and able to help you do that, with a smile.

Very deciving and misleading workers.Ask them for making a copy double sided on one paper.He couldnt do it correctly,after that he is asking me to pay for his labor$3.25! What a unscrupulous persons working here?.He never informed me that there is a labor charge in advance!.

Horrible service. One of the workers just slammed my package on the floor. Luckily I was there and the package wasn’t FRAGILE. I could hear the slam from a mile away. This happened 2 times.

I am using this store from past 2 year but Just had horrible at this store I have mailbox at this location , and I live 1 hour far from this location so before I leave I always ask them about the mails they have in my mailbox I did exactly same today as well . But as I reach store after 1hr -+ drive staff member Erick just straight away told me they don’t have key for my mailbox as they send my mailbox key for copy “ what an amazing ( lier) “ he Didn’t even put a little effort to search for it , upon asking can you mail me my stuff in the mailbox he declined it rite away..whatttt? You as ups can’t mail me my stuff yes we don’t do that also we don’t have your address what?? ( how the dam hell you open a mailbox without asking for a person legal address ) amazing “ lied “ again. Then at the end I just asked them with frustration “ I called you 1 hr back how you guys checked my mailbox at that time “ then a coworker who was standing next to him and listing to all this brawl just popped up my keys and they just pasted a sorry on my face with a smile . What a shame and horrible customer service and wrong attitude behavior by Eric. Erick everyone’s time is really important please start respecting it . Also Mr bhatia ( owner ) if you are reading this please make sure that this good cop bad cop games will not be played in future it feels really frustrating and disrespectful.
