The most unprofessional, depressing, and greedy FedEx office. Deserves zero stars and like the previous *honest* post have mentioned, how is this business still open???? Desperate to scam customers with products to use free service ( that associate is pathetic)Go at your own risk and waste your valuable time. There are far more better/knowledgeable carriers and retailers!!

This fedex is good and efficient. The employee that helped me was Aisha. She was incredible!! I came in two days prior and things were busy and she helped me briefly. Then when I came back two day later she remember my problem and helped me right away. I had a weird shape package but that wasn’t a problem for Aisha. She found a way to pack it. Great customer service. Thank you Aisha!!

The establishment is well organized, and the employees are always helpful.

Very friendly service and clean place. If you go to this location, make sure you ask for Naomi or Brian! They were incredible to work with. Made the printing process a breeze (and I had A LOT to print). Will only use this location going forward.

Alina was a fantasitc associate, was kind and very helpful. Some other associates, however, did not even bother to help me.

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in with a package I needed to ship internationally and the woman there told me the postal code for my address didnt exist, sorry. It does exist and a little assistance would have told her as much.

Hikrem is the greatest person Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I ship out from this location often and he is always so helpful, kind, and knowledgable about the way Fed Ex works. Seriously, give that man a raise.

Gentleman that helped me was great, answered all my questions, packed item and shipped,effortless experience.

Service is ok but very slow. For 2 simple 11x14 posters, it took several days w/o any notification. Being on hold forever.

Greatful for this FedEx because they have the latest FedEx Ground pickup location in Great Neck.When I just missed two, went here and everything was okay.

Really poor customer service. They will push you to buy their packaging product and refuse you service other wise. Come prepared

Store is understaffed and not efficient. Expect to wait 20 minutes on average to get a drop off receipt.

Lazy employees with poor customer service. They did my initial print job wrong and was told it was my fault for not explaining it clearly enough. Somehow they thought printing invitations for different people on the front and back of the same paper made sense. When I came back for another job, I was told printing 50 pages from a file on a flash drive would take an hour so they cant do it tonight since they close in 45 minutes. Must be using the original Gutenberg printing press for it to take that long.

I will pay MORE at Staples or at Independents than use this inept, lazy, no good branch. As a result, I do not even use the entire COMPANY. You have stupid, lazy, slow-moving, unmotivated dolts in that store !!!!
