There is no nice way to put this, but the staff in the front register are completely inept. I was next on line waiting to purchase a KitKat, and would be there for 30 more minutes because for some inextricable reason, the 3 cashiers would not clear up. I politely asked what was taking so long, and was waved away by a woman. I decided to go to the back of the store, where the pharmacy is, and paid there; the people working in the pharmacy were marginally more attentive to customers than in the first part of the store (this is the only reason why I decided to give even 1 star). This is by far the worst store to go to if you want to buy something quickly; like really: waiting on line to go to space mountain in Disney World takes quicker. The only bright side to my sojourn here was that the KitKat was tasty :)

The head pharmacist (Iranian woman) who was in there today is very rude and unprofessional. The other pharmacists are very nice. Will probably go elsewhere next time.

Conveniently located and decent selection. Good pharmacy. But they are always under staffed at the register.

I wish I can give no stars at all. Service is horrible. I was told I needed another dollar to pay and then when I saw the receipt it showed me I had the right amount of money. The wait is extremely long this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I needed a quick water bottle and it took me half an hour to get it.

I cant tell you how terrible the service is and there was only one cashier.

If I could give this CVS negative starts, I would. Their pharmacy has the worst service of anywhere I’ve ever been in my life. They are understaffed and incompetent. I went in 3 times for my asthma inhaler and they said they needed to order it to get it in (the first two times they didn’t offer to order it but they told me to call other CVS locations to see if they had it). When I came the next day to pick it up, I was told that now they needed to call the doctor for some type of authorization — how didn’t they know this the first 3 times I came in? I received no communication regarding the script for another week until showed up and had to be sassy to get an inhaler. I shouldn’t have to become a jerk to get the correct service. I have been without an inhaler for two weeks in a humidity heat wave. It boils down to the pharmacy not having enough people to support the pharmacist and the tech. I have been here multiple times that people got the wrong prescriptions or had an issue similar to mine. The staff is nice and friendly but, kinda useless without the support they need to run such a busy pharmacy.

Horrible service!! Wish I could give no stars. On hold for pharmacy for 40 minutes!! Still waiting. Long lines to pick up prescriptions. I will be looking for, and recommending, a more responsive pharmacy. PS, Im a physician as well as a patient.Addendum: Just hung up after waiting on the phone for 1 hour without anyone picking up in the pharmacy. PATHETIC. Too busy for my needs.

This pharmacy is overall good , it’s just the pharmacist are real nasty sometimes, I called to ask what medication was ready for pick since I got a message, I just wanted to know what medication was sent and when I called a guy picked up , hung up on me as I was speaking so I called again and I was explaining that I’m not sure which medication was sent over and he interrupted me , was was really cold and bland, I work in a cardiology department and I work with tons of patients, and I feel like if you cannot work with people then maybe find a new job? You Give the customers their first impression of the site, you are the ones that give them their experience, customers are scared enough to call up then to have the employees be nasty is just the icing on the cake to switch pharmacies. Another reason why employees like this motivate me to always treat my patients with respect and uplift them , and make them feel different than how they came in. Enough said.

Great CVS location in town.The Persian Pharmacy staff are really nice and try to help you the best they can.During busy times the wait can get pretty long.They have nice coupons and sales throughout the year.

Need more help at registers. Never more than 1-2 people to help there. Where is the staff? Pharmacy takes too long always. I go elsewhere now.

Bad and expensive passport photos taken by inexperienced store helpers!Manager was in a hurry and impolite. I avoid CVS whenever I can. Love Walgreens!

Cluttered, overpriced store with a surprisingly limited selection for such a big place. There are always long lines and very few and very slow cashiers. The pharmacists are always friendly and helpful, though.

A bit slow but good when needed

This location has a large space and good hours, but they are very tough about accepting coupons, and you really do need coupons since theyr basic toiletries are very expensive.

Very overpriced

Filling a prescription, taking flu shot, or buying whatever you need, everything works as expected.
