Bobs service was excellent. True man of his word!! I wish more business owners were like this. The windshield came in exactly when he told me it would. The appointment was set up and he was there waiting for me. Installation went very quick, he knew exactly how to remove the old unit without any damage. New window fit like a glove. Took care of the insurance side, my insurance even had him come up in the database as a recommended shop. So far no leaks and no wind noise, even after a heavy downpour that night!
