Very nice store with a clean atmosphere.... great meat selection and fresh veggies. Tom Thumb can be a little more expensive than a Wal Mart but its well worth it for the quality especially in the seafood and meat department. Had to run in to grab some last minute things for a bday party and ended up picking up some bacon wrapped shrimp that turned out perfectly 😊

You really should know that whenever people are completely deaf and everyone has a mask on. You dont have any clue what someone is going to do. So whenever someone is minding their own business and not able to hear or see the face of the person who grabs your arm. You might think twice about what youre next move is going to be. It could possibly be that you will be laid out flat out on the floor just keep that in mind....MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS if someone is stealing and you have 100%knowledge of that then you can touch them keep your hands to yourself

If Im gonna be honest I would give this place three and a half stars but I couldnt so I rounded up. This is a very average grocery store. The produce is fine and usually fresh but its variety isnt as good as other stores. The only resone I go to this tom thumb is if I need to get something real quick. I wouldnt go here for a whole large shopping trip. Overall I would just have to say that this is a very average grocery store with decent choices but it has nothing to really make me want to come back.

This is one of the best pharmacies that I use, and the pharmacist clearly cares for his customers, and is very personable. The two Asian pharmacy technicians are beyond kind and they always have my prescriptions ready within 15 to 30 minutes.I wish we had this level of excellent service at the pharmacies here in my hometown of Midland Texas.Please, Tom Thumb, consider expanding your business to West Texas! Pretty good place fruits and vegetables are better than target but still nowhere near the quality of Central Markets produce.

Love this place. Never been here before I moved here. This is one of the many places that makes this area an incredible place to live.

If you go around five they are slammed, especially if you need to use the service desk. The florist is hard to track down but the selection is wide ranging, for the quality the prices are fantastic. They have a large selection of beer and wine. The facility is clean and well maintained. Parking is not an issue and you can get in and out of the parking lot even during rush hour. They dont have a Redbox

They completely remodeled the interior of Tom Thumb. Its brighter, more open, they have relocated several isles of food, think the store is laid out better.

The deli selection is good but on several occasions I ended walking away after waiting over 10 mins waiting to order. Need to have more people behind the counter, one person isnt cutting it after 5pm

I like Tom Thumb. Nice product choices, but higher prices than Kroger etc. Pretty much their strategy ever since I started going there.

Everything I needed and much better service than Walmart

Not sure what is going on here but be very careful with expiration dates. I have found many items throughout the store that have expired days, months and one item even a year ago. Just this morning I picked up a macaroni and cheese dish that expired in mid November.

My experiences have always been pleasurable...early morning or late p.m. after work. Produce is fresh, good selection of floral arrangements. Well stocked, orderly and clean.

Friendly, professional, helpful. They are great about getting extra personnel to the checkout lines when business gets busy.

The sale to Sunfresh, then Albertsons, seriously defamed my beloved Tom Thumb location. Still friendly and comfortable, the purposeful neglect by Sunfresh and the afterthought attention of Albertsons, hasnt helped this location recover its concierge-like glory.Pros: Still excellent lighting throughout, not too harsh and definitely not shadowy. Great deli, meat counter, floral and produce section. Friendly staff. Love the alcove.Cons: The whole remodeling the cafe and front area to look like Albertsons spirit shop and a staging area - YUCK and not welcoming. The merchandise display effort lacks (before sale was terrific). You have to check expiration dates on all perishables in fridge and freezer cases, but this is way improve with Albertsons umbrella versus the Sunfresh management. I miss the check out help that was always available to bag and offered to walk you out (this is improving though and it was such a lovely thing early-Tom Thumb did).

I went inside to get my tags. The lady that waited on me was a manager. In conversation, she told me that I could have done this online. I told her that I was old school, and liked to have the paper copy. She said, but thats an opportunity to infect me. We were both wearing masks, and she was wearing gloves. I took that as being very rude. I realize that we all need to take precautions during this pandemic. While someone is distanced properly with mask in place, and they want to spend their hard earned money on your company, the least that one of your employees should do is be courteous, if not professional.

Who needs Walmart for groceries if you know how to shop and not just pick and grab. You can save a bunch. I always trust Tom Thumb for produce and meats. Fresh, clean, and friendly thats the food, the store, and the people. Even if I do pay a little more on a few canned or frozen items, its worth it.

Great staff, great place. They want you to appreciate your experience as much as possible. Ask if everything is going good and everything is very nice.

They closed this store and made it a sun fresh market when Albertsons bought out the competition. Best thing they ever did was bring this glorious store back! Absolutely my favorite place to shop!

We really like this location. The produce is better than other area stores as is the wine selection. My kids also love the different shopping carts - tractor, fire truck, police car - and they have a great turning radius. :-)Customer service is excellent. They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion.4 stars instead of 5 because it is a little bit pricey, but overall good value.

My friend & I just stopped here briefly because my friend wanted to buy an edible pumpkin. But, unfortunately they only had decorative pumpkins left. So she didnt buy anything & I didnt need anything either.

Hassled to wear a face diaper, but cart pushers going in and out of store were not wearing them. I wonder why?

They have everything I need and want I used to shop at the store on North Collins and Green Oaks in Arlington

Overall, pretty good. Prices are too high if it isnt on a special sale, though... biggest upset for this trip was the guy in the meat market that doesnt know english well enough to answer questions. We spent over $50 on seafood alone and may have got more if they could have told me more about some of the items.

This is our favorite Tom Thumb! The people who work here are just so nice and personable. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. It is always clean and organized, no matter when we go. We are so glad they came back to replace the Sun Market!

So I go here a lot because its next to my daughters Taekwondo studio. The employees are VERY nice, I gave them an extra star for that. The biggest problem I have is that many times I pick something up off the shelf and its expired already. Ive learned to double check everything there.

Great store but prices way higher than kroger

I normally go to the Tom Thumb in Grapevine or Lewisville I just stopped to grab a few things. Everything was as expected, the only downside was I went to get jalapenos and they were less than desirable. I can understand that some days the produce is super fresh and some days it isnt. I just figure that the weekends are high volume days and I was surprised to find it lacking, but it could just be a bad day. Other than that the store was clean and the employees nice.

My first experience shopping here: Immaculate store, well managed, great displays and organization, nice deli and bakery, shelves fully stocked all the way around, friendly/helpful employees. Switching from their store on Green Oaks to this one. We can come during off peak/non rush shopping times and its the same driving distance. I can absolutely recommend this store.

Went there to make a salad as I am staying in a Grapevine hotel. Came down from the far northeast part of Maine. Tired of eating out. Unfortunately there is no salad bar. All the help in the store was great.

It was kind of busy in the store it looked like everyone came after work, but clerks were all smiling and talking to customers and I saw multiple customers leaving with a smile on their face including myself! Excellent service

Right when you walk in, a plethora of delights guaranteed to add inches at the equator sit there, tempting you to add diabetes to your list of problems. Deeper still, olives. Further in, a Krogeresque Albertsonian store awaits you. Pay mind to the tables, as they offer an oasis to those who find the difficult journey from the parking lot too much. Thank God for rest areas at grocery stores. A+
