Odradzam zakupów, zrobiłam zwrot, nie otrzymałam pieniędzy za zwrócony towar, a na maile sklep nie odpowiada. Oczywiście zgłoszę to do UOKiK.

I strongly advise against shopping in this store - I paid for the sweater in advance, because they were sewn, I waited longer than originally announced, but it was not even a problem, I agreed to it. After returning the sweater, I only regained the money after a few e-mails and phone calls (of which some e-mails remained unanswered). The store exceeded the 14 day return period by a few days and I would still be waiting for the money if it wasnt for intensive demand. I do not understand the reasons for keeping the clients money. There are stores that can return money 1-2 days after receiving the returned goods, and stores such as Ooh la la eliminate themselves terrible treatment of the customer and keeping someone elses money. The sweater itself was poorly sewn, the badge clearly sewn on the back, thick seams, distinctive. The store did not fail to reduce the refund amount by a part of the shipping costs, it is a pity that it did not think about paying interest for the exceeded return time. This is an embarrassing attitude. I am surprised that a showroom and a pakamer cooperate with such a terrible store, but I hope it will end soon.
