The ladies here are amazing at what they do. They stayed late for me to take the time and create a special anniversary gift and kept constant communication with me throughout the process. I needed last minute monogrammed get ready shirts for my best friends wedding. The whole experience was really painless. The store is nice and clean. Customer service was impeccable. I had two Lil Snuggler (lovey) baby gifts that needed to be personalized. Suzi was extremely helpful and patient in working with me on the placement of each name and font style. It was somewhat challenging in getting the names placed in the area where I wanted them to go but she was very helpful in giving me advice and guidance. Using the embroidery computer software, she was able to show me exactly how each name would look when placed in the selected area of each Lil Snuggler. Not only was I impressed with the software, I was also pleasantly surprised with the huge selection of thread colors. Because of Suzi’s expertise, the embroidered names turned out beautifully! In addition, they were completed much earlier than expected! Anyone needing embroidery work done, I would highly recommend Lone Star Stitching. They are the best!

Had such a great experience here! I had an emergency where I needed my sons name embroidered on his book bag and they were so understanding and helped me out right away. I fell in love with thier store and decided to get 2 more items embroidered for gifts. Its so nice when you can give a gift that is personal. I just needed a name put on a jacket, but I needed it QUICKLY! I called and they said, Sure! Bring it in! I came in, picked out the font and color, and I got a call an hour later telling me it was done.The work is stellar, the prices fair, and the friendly attitude made the whole experience top-notch!

Great place and so easy to work with! They can embroider ANYTHING and prices are reasonable. Staff is helpful in selection of fonts and colors as well.

Took two baby blankets I special ordered online. They put the wrong color thread on the wrong blankets-switched them and would not stand behind their mistake. Didnt offer to pay to replace the two blankets they ruined.Didnt offer to right there wrong. Would NOT recommend them for any work. When they ruin your property they say too bad. Panda Embroidery down the street says they would have paid me back for the baby blankets since it was their mistake. Id recommend Panda Embroidery because they stand behind their work.
