I was in town for a real estate convention and as a Dallas Cowboys fan, I decided to stop in to buy a few goodies before heading back home. I was impressed with their selection and they had such a wide variety. They have new merchandise/styles too which was great. Bought a few shirts that will be worn on the sidelines and a few other items for home. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I am not a cowboys fan at all... But gotta give it to the store! Its well stocked, clean and very lively.The only downside is the pricing... Its a little too high considering theyre just branding it with a star and the color blue...

Great selection of everything Cowboys.

They have a lot of Dallas football items but I was looking for Dallas Soccer items. They had no Soccer items but the sales lady was very helpful in finding a place that carried Soccer items.

The place was extremely busy with the playoff game happening that evening but the service we received from one of the gentleman who appeared to be a manager was FANTASTIC!!!!! There was a little hiccup with the cashier during the checkout process but he stepped right in and handled the situation very professionally and even came back to make sure that everything went smoothly. I totally appreciate his genuine concern and his enthusiasm for his job was appreciated!!!

The young Hispanic woman that helped me was wonderful, but she passed the hat I was purchasing to an older black guy who I assumed was a manager or something and he was really rude.

This is my Favorite Pro shop, but however the lady working today, Jody, needs her attitude checked. She projected as though it was inconvenient for her to be there, and seemed as though to be bothered that there were customers in the store. I generally will purchase a few things every time I walk in, but if the employees don’t want to be there, then maybe they shouldn’t be. I will go the galleria or rally house from now on, just to avoid the uncomfortable vibe in grapevine.

Was showing my niece around Arlington while she was visiting from Wisconsin. But I dont go here much as I am not that much of. Dallas Cowboys fan nor a big fan of football in general.
