Everyone greeted me greatly but i had to ask up to 3 times for a pair of shoes. I asked 2 the same person and both girls never gave me a response if they did have it or not. Asked a guy and he ended the sale with great customer service.

I went into Shoe Palace, Grapevine Mills to purchase a particular pair of sneakers. The sales person Rah did an exceptional job. He had a great attitude and I noticed that every customer he engaged was treated with textbook customer service. If you have a fast track management program, he should be your 1st candidate. The other young man in the store also demonstrated strong customer service.

I called earlier to ask if they have the shoes I was looking for since the mall in my town was sold out (also sold out online). The girl who picked up said yes they have a pair but they only have 1 size left in those. I was very excited to hear that since I have called 4 shoe palace prior to see if they would have any pairs but I have been denied all 4 times. Grapevine mall is 2 hours away from where I live so I called ahead of time to make sure before driving all the way there. Once I arrived at the mall, I was really excited to finally get the shoes I been searching everywhere for just to have a worker bring me to the wrong shoe. How are you going to work at a shoe store and lack knowledge about shoes? I’m not saying know every pair of shoes in the world, but at least know the recently release shoes since a lot of people may call and ask about it(like me). On the phone, I said the proper name and even describe it to her. Shoe palace hire just anybody. I was pretty mad that I drove 2 hours for nothing even after I called ahead of time to make sure. Be carful buying shoes here since some of the worker may not have that brain cell in their brain to know the right shoes you’re looking for. I would highly recommend going in person and showing a picture and letting them insert that in their brain. Forget saying the name they’re just going to be stuck or lead you to a whole different shoe.

We came back last night to change the shoes because my son didnt like the color, but they close the store 16 minutes before the time in the schedules say. Now. Againg we are here in the morning and the store still close. They need to change the schedule or change the Manager

The guys that work here are awesome. There were three workers that helped me. (forgot names) I came into the store looking for a pair of shoes (gift) for my Fiance. And I know NOTHING about shoes, completely clueless. I just knew my fiance liked Airmaxs. And they did an amazing job of helping find the perfect pair of shoes to surprise him. And he LOVED them! Thanks guys!

Poor customer interaction, everyone was goofing around tossing merchandise around the store. The shoe I wanted apparently did not have its pair (in every size) yet they still put the shoe on display as if they could sell it. Really frustrating experience all together.

Great customer service way better than the shoe palace at stonebriar Frisco mall went to return shoes I had purchased at grapevine store to store in Frisco manager said he could not do return cause it was different store cause it was in grapevine mill mall so he made me drive but to grapevine mills mall to return shoes cause of this I will never buy shoes from shoe palace again note employee from grapevine mills store said the same manager at Frisco store has made alot of customer do that and he is not supposed to do that hopefully somebody take care of this
