I took in a coupon from the local newspaper. It offered a signature oil change for $15.00 off. Regular price Signature $44.99. A total price of $29.99. The premium Signature change included synthetic oil and was $25.00 off. I asked the attendant how much the total would be for my car ... it uses synthetic oil. He said he would have someone check. They looked at my coupon and said there was a mistake and that was for brakes, but they would honor that price. When the bill was charged on my credit card. The total came to $68.99. That was $93.99-$25.00=$68.99. That means that the upgrade to synthetic oil cost $39.00. My usual oil change at Toyota is under $50.00. This does not seem like much of a bargain. I complained and was not given any good reason for the charges. I guess I should stick with my dealer.

Dont be somebody that doesnt know about Vehicles going to this place..Classic cliche. I went for an oil change walked out paying 300$ on that and a few other things I question were even necessary. When the fellow preceded to tell me I needed brakes and Rotors I shot him down because he said it would cost me a minimum of $800.. I took my vehicle somewhere else And it turns out I was on the verge of needing new brakes and my rotors were fine I paid $76$ for new brake pads and sensors and had a friend help.

I was very pleased with their service... extremely helpful and friendly. not rude or disrespectful at all. helped me get all the filters that needed changing done plus cleaned out my fuel injection system and an oil change and I felt it was a good price. thanks you guys

You can return to any location and have any/all of your automobiles fluids topped off (under 3000 miles traveled since your last oil change)

Pricey synthetic oil change $89.99. Quick efficient service with good review of services your car needs at the end. They provide a printed report of these services and current levels. No prices provided as they tend to vary. The cabin filter price was 2x the price ($40) of that which you can buy at auto zone ($20). They did offer me $10 off the price after I turned it down. They had a buy one get one deal going on, but only for conventional oil changes ($43)

My friend Marty S. an ASE Certified Mechanic, Hot rod and Experimental Aircraft Builder brought in his 1989 Toyota truck in for for an oil change because he was pressed for time... all the upper bay techs complimented him on his engine build as it is hot rodded, powder coated and detailed when he pulled in based on reputation of this location and advice from locals not to come here he asked the lower bay tech to be careful and to please not strip his pan bolt, within 5 minutes he gets a report that his pan bolt is stripped from the last guy who did the oil change well... that was him and Marty doesnt over torque or strip his bolts. Martys professional assessment is they did it intentionally by placing either a 9/16 or 15mm wrench on the drain plug and then pulling it down as tight as they could till the head stripped... total scam artists, they didnt get a dime out of Marty and have fully earned this truthful and accurate review, go to Solid Rock Auto to see photos of Martys Work (The Blue and Red Toyota Engine photo is the Engine in Question). Buyer Beware!!! Go somewhere else for an oil change, there is a culture of corruption here.

I recently brought my car in for an oil change and the tech noticed that my transmission oil was dirty and burnt. They changed that oil as well. They suggested a finance company that they use so I was able to get two new tires and I am happy that i went to jiffy lube . Thanks guys!

I wont go back The final bill was not what the quote before they started work. They didnt put sufficient engine coolant as they said was part of the service. His attitude was condescending and snippy.

During a pandemic dropping $600 at this place was the last time thing I wanted to do when I went in there for an oil change. Driving across country I figured it was important to change my front brakes. I was the last customer of the night and The guys working were rushing, obviously had no care in what they were doing or pride in there job. Because only replaced ONE front caliper and charged me for two. I’ve called to Speak to a manager twice now and was told I would get a call back Monday. Well now it’s Tuesday and both managers are “out of the country”. save your money and go else where. Not worth it.

Took our van in to get the oil changed. When that was completed I was told the brakes needed to be replaced right away and they would be happy to set up an appointment. Wanting to get a second opinion I later took the van to Les Schwab. After their inspection they told me the brakes look phenomenal, have thousands of miles of life remaining and have about 80-90% life left. Jiffy Lube has lost my business and my trust.

DO NOT GO HERE! I spent $300 after going in for routine oil change. They BROKE MY CAR and LEFT A RAG UNDER THE HOOD. The main guy talks trash on all mechanics and is a down right terrible person. He was super mean to a very old lady while I was there. Its so bad guys, dont try to save money.

Scott helped me out big time here at grants pass jiffy lube. Came in for an oil change told me about a couple other problems that the dealership didn’t even bother with. So ended up getting preventative maintenance on my transmission, power steering, tires and oil for a very reasonable price. Best of all I just walked in and they started right away. Definitely bring your car by here for genuinely good service.

I give jiffy lube 0 stars. I was in there for the 10 dollar lube deal. Thats a joke they change the oil thats it. So I get the supreme which is $41. Thats supposed to be a complete lube. I had them check my front end also. They told me I needed tierods fixed. I took my car home pulled off front tire to see if I could do the work. Wow they didnt do have the lube job no grease any where it was supposed to be. I took car back and was told if we dont see it we dont grease it. I paid for a complete lube not part. They were not going to take it back in and finish the job. They will never get my work again. They dont care about customer service or doing the job right

I give Scott and his team 5 stars. Im an older single woman and have been able to count on these guys to take excellent care of my car. I pull in regular between services, for several reasons. Sometimes I need air in my tires or windshield fluid, headlight change, etc. They are prompt and friendly. Thanks guys, youre great!

Would give them a minus 10 if I could. THE JIFFY LUBE MANAGER TOTALLY SCAMMED ME. They are conniving and 100% dishonest. Went in for an oil change & radiator flush and was told I needed new brakes and tires ( the brakes I knew needed work, but not the tires). I was told I could apply for financing since I have no credit cards. The manager “helped” me fill out an online application and got me approved to cover almost $1900 worth of work. A couple days later I decided that I wanted to have the work done elsewhere. That I was when I was told that the application was actually a loan agreement and that the loan company would be taking money out of my bank account every two weeks! They had already paid Jiffy Lube for work that hadn’t been done!! Additionally, if I didn’t pay off the loan in 100 days (same as cash) that the interest rate on the balance would be 156.6%. I had work done there before and never had problems. The new management is horrible and I’ve filed a complaint with the corporate office. BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ANY WAY THEY CAN!

A few weeks ago I brought my RAV4 into jiffy lube in grants pass. I brought it in to do an oil change they suggested that I also changed the transmission fluid in my transmission which also covers my transaxle. It was slightly Brown so I had them do it. After the work was all done I drove off and all my warning lights came on the dash. I drove back and they told me they forgot to put a hose on. They fixed the problem my warning lights went out. The paperwork also said that they had cleaned my windows and vacuumed my floors they did not. About a week later I was driving and my automatic transmission temperature light came on. I pulled over letting it cool down and when the light went out I checked my transmission fluid level and it was two to three over the notches of where it was supposed to be. I went back in and they determined that they had overfilled it by almost a quart. Toyota says its not good to overfill a transmission as it can blow out seals and ruin your transmission. They pulled out the overage and made sure that it was where it was supposed to be. They also told me they had fired the attendant that worked on my car. I wanted some assurances that they didnt shorten the life on my transmission as Toyota said thats possible. I was assured that the store manager would get hold of me. he did call and said that he couldnt do anything he needed to get permission from the regional manager Aaron. A few days later I noticed a splash shield that was almost falling off underneath my car. I crawled under and two-thirds of the connectors were gone. It took me two runs to the auto parts store to get the right connectors to put the shield back up. The shield was removed by Jiffy lube when they serviced the car. I let them know that. A week later still no response from Aaron the regional manager so I called and talked with Tim the store manager and he told me that he talked to Aaron and he said that there wasnt anything he could do. Did not take responsibility did not offer me any compensation. I will not do business with people who make mistakes and wont take responsibility for it. At this point I have talked with my friends and family and they just lost 20 people who will not go there ever again. They dont care. This is my first review Ive ever written.

The manager here displayed the best customer service of any oil place Ive ever been too. A different Jiffy location messed up my oil change pretty badly, and not only were they willing to make it right, they were kind and compassionate while they did it.I saw them consistently display good, patient service to everyone that came in. Weird to say, but I had a very positive experience here. I went from Ill never use Jiffy Lube again, to Ill be back here, and they arent even done yet.

They always do a good job. Sometimes might take longer than 30 minutes, just dont go when its busiest. I came with 4 cars ahead of me and took 40 minutes for oil, brakes and transmission flush. Fairly quick for being #5 in line. Nice people, work hard and they are always smiling and can make a good deal for you.

I had wonderful service and customer service at the Jiffy Lube in Grants Pass. I was told to have all of my fluids rechecked in Roseburg as I live there after 300 miles. I did just that and everything looked well. Very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them down in Grants Pass. Also Scott the manager there will not lie to you and will discuss everything prior to doing any work. Highly recommend :)

Should have read the reviews. Came in for an oil change. Was informed I needed a coolant flush. $250.00 later I leave WITH NO OIL IN MY CAR!!!! They FORGOT to put oil in the car. This is a shady place DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Dang, should have read all these bad reviews first. They apparently decided to train the new guy on flushing my transmission and covered everything under the hood and my front bumper in transmission fluid. I mean covered on thick oil. Didnt bother to clean it up, shut the hood and sent me on my way. I got home and saw the bumper, popped the hood and saw the mess. Called em, they offered to power wash it next time Im in town. No thanks guys.

This place blew me away. I showed up and was greeted with smiles and then these gentlemen talked me over what my car might need, answered questioned I had and then even talked me through what particular kind of oil I should use and why (I use synthetic). They did a tire rotation, free break check, replaced my break fluid, gave me an oil change, replaced a rear light, fixed the corrosion on my battery, and even vacuumed my car floor in about 30 minutes. A little bit pricy but to have a caring group of mechanics being super helpful and truly loving their work makes it really worth it. Thanks!

I really wish I had read the reviews for this place before going. In short, dont make the same mistake I did – do NOT go to this Jiffy Lube. I wanted to get a quick oil change before leaving town for a road trip, so stopped here. I ended up being pressured into expensive services that I did not need, given the salespersons storyline that my car would basically explode on my trip if I didnt. They told me that all of the “issues” they were finding were likely the mistake of my past mechanic (who I do trust) – including having the wrong type of coolant in my car. I had a bad feeling about them from the start and shouldve listened to my instincts. They allegedly finished all of the work within about 15 minutes of me arriving there, which seemed unusually fast for all that needed to be done, and made it a point to mention multiple times how they had cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car, as well. As I was driving away, I noticed lots of debris on my carpets and there were oily smudges all over my steering wheel, dashboard, and windows. Given that they’d lied about that work, I was pretty skeptical they’d actually done anything else. My check engine light was now on, as well. I looked up a well-reviewed mechanic in the area to stop by before hitting the road to make sure everything was ok. They were very professional and courteous and told me that I wasn’t the first person to complain to them about this business. They checked out my car for free and remarked on what a sloppy job Jiffy Lube had done. It also became clear that Jiffy Lube had likely put the wrong type of coolant in my car. They took the time to educate me on the different “issues” Jiffy Lube had raised and why they were bogus. Overall, this trip did more harm than good, costing me a lot of time and money. I will never give my business to this, or any other, Jiffy Lube again. They take advantage of their customers.

Normally Im very fond of Jiffy Lube. However, my last experience wasnt great. They offered to change my serpentine belt on my mini cooper. When doing so they forgot the pulleys and the brand new serpentine belt was shredded within the week. In addition, they over filled my oil by almost a quart which can harm temperamental European cars. Ive given them a three star because they tried sticking me with the bill when they messed up. All was settled in the end after some work. I shouldnt have taken a European car there so in some ways thats my fault.

Went in on a Friday for an oil change and to have my breaks done. Sunday morning my motor seized because there was no oil. Incredibly unhappy. Because of this shop my car is now ruined.

These guys really care about the customers. I brought my truck in for am oil change knowing I was behind on all of my maintenance. They informed me of my manufactures recommendations, showing me exactly how often I should be having my fluids changed and tune ups dine and then did a full pans drop and filter exchange on my chevy and even did spark plugs. I was back on the road in just over an hour and my truck had never ran better.

Ended up not fixing the issues and when we attempted to express our frustration, the managers replies were very degrading and not appropriate. Im right, you are wrong, attitude. Franchised location , not worth the underwhelming service. Avoid.

They did $365 dollars in repairs. New head gasket, new spark plugs,oil change,chassis lub. While driving home the police stopped me .The office said my whole car was smoking out the back. My oil level had dropped 2 quarts and the engine was spraying oil all over. I caught them destroying a vaccum line while i was waiting.Had to hire a tow truck to tow it back after hours,then call a cab to take me my wife and two dogs home. Ill never trust them again! They rush through their work.

Zero stars! I sent my 19 year old grandaughter down for an oil change on her car. She was there for a basic oil change only & they attempted to sell her hundreds of dollars in unneeded services. According to them she shouldnt even be driving her car--- fear tactics! They were condescending & rude. She arrived home almost in tears. Worst of the worst!

I went in to have an oil change done and new wiper blades installed. An employee suggested that I get my engine cleaned as it had carbon build-up. The employee over-revved my engine causing it to jump time, break teeth, and bend valves. Jiffy Lube had my car for 8 weeks, saying that they were looking for an engine to put in my car. The owner would not rent me a car and is not willing to pay for any suffering this has caused me. After 8 weeks, the owner is giving me $1,300 for damages and said I could take him to court for the rest. My engine is shot and to get another used engine and have it installed is going to cost me around $2,700. He is giving me my car back with a damaged motor in it. I trusted this company to take care of my car, they ruined the motor in it, and are not willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. I will NEVER go to a Jiffy Lube again and am spreading the word about this incident.

Did good job but told me I needed rear brakes done and then I went to Brakes Plus. My back brakes were no where near in need of service.
