Love this store. They have so many board games but not only that they have kids toys as well. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to pick up high quality toys for good prices. They have playmobile, Melissa and Doug, and a ton of excellent board games. Always worth the trip.

Pros: Fantastic board game selection, one of the better selections in the city. Literally the only reason it has any stars.Cons: no Lego. Way the heck too much Playmobil. In 30 years on this earth, Ive never even met a kid that actually likes Playmobil.

Ive always found some great toys for my niece and nephew here.

I was disappointed and disturbed that during this COVID time as hospitalizations are exploding in our area both of the employees had mere nylons as masks. When you can see their lips through the mask and feel their breath when they get close to you THIS IS NOT A SAFE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! The store itself was very clean, orderly and has great selection. As a person who is newly in the grandmother role I was excited to shop at this toy store, but the mockery of actually masking up made me feel unsafe and disrespected. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Located at the rivertown mall in grandville, this toy store is a gold mine for board games. It is almost overwhelming, check it out!!

Quite pricey toys, but very high quality. There aren’t many high quality toy stores around, so I was happy to find them in the mall.

This place is pretty sweet! They have TONS of games here, if youre into that kind of thing. Its nice to be able to get the box in your hands and read about what the game is like and then compare to a bunch of others at the same time.

The best toys. We go to way too many kids birthday parties and our presents are the favorites! I buy them here! Lots of Quality items that will hold kids intetests longer than 10 minutes.

My friends and I went in to the store 10 minutes before closing and we were looking at a stuffed turtle my friend was going to buy. the employee was a blonde lady. she was extremely rude! she told us to put the turtle back and that we were making a mess for her to clean up because the store was closing in 5 minutes when all we did was take a turtle off a shelf. She then proceeded to tell us to leave when we did nothing wrong. employees have no right to be this disrespectful to costumers. I will definitely not be coming back to this store.

What a cool little gem. Lots of unique items to be found here. There are so many board games to choose from, I want to try them all. Games that arent run of the mill type. Tons of options for the little ones.

So we went in to check it out and in back area there was clearance area and they had grinch stuffed animal average size my daughter wanted looked at price tag and even on clearance it was 37 dollars !!! Yikes lets just say it stayed right there! They are expensive on toys!

They have a lot of board games. Things like Terraforming Mars can be found here. Prices of course are okay but most online retailers will beat or match their prices.

The girl working the register at roughly 4-4:30 on 11-16-19 was completely rude and had no knowledge of her job. She had no idea how to run the register and couldnt even complete the sale. She should be fired.

Great toy selection. Dont bother searching the internet, they have it. An amazing selection of toys and games for all ages.

Loved this store. They have alot of neat things for children of all ages and we walked out with a few goodies for our little ones. IE: Responsibly Board came in very handy for my growing little ones.

In the past weve shopped here, despite the overpriced products, to support a local toy store. However, after this last experience it will be no more. We purchased a bunch of play Mobils (over $300), and one of them was missing two major parts. When I called the store to ask them if they had that same play mobil in stock so I could return it, they said they dont do that and that we would have to call Playmobil directly.... When I asked why I cant return it to the store I bought it from, they claimed why do we have to be out the money ...So let me get this straight - we overpaid for a product, in a toy store, and cant even return it back? They force the customers to contact manufacturer of products they bring into the store and sell to customers?There is NO where in their store that gives you this policy, which is completely different any normal store policy that a customer would expect...Can you guys tell me why we overpay for products in your store then, especially when we can get the same on Amazon?Btw - the Playmobil isnt even open until Jan 2nd now, so we have to wait at least 1 week, and then go through the hassle of getting a new product etc...Hey store - since you bought their product, why cant YOU be the ones who handle this like any other store.Also - the employee I talked to was (Dec 26th around 10:00 am) was extremely rude and bratty, and called back and said well, the owner said theyll replace it because You threw a fit ... Im sorry, but explaining the issue is not throwing a fit I and didnt appreciate that comment at all.We will not support this local toy store again, and will warn others we know who shop their the same thing.

We love going to this store in the mall. Our son loves to get toys from there center rack where you can get little trinkets for under 50¢.

Super fun store. I could spend hours in there. All the stuffed animals that you could imagine.

Everything is overpriced for example Cards against humanity was $40 whereas its $18 on Amazon. Couple also was $10 overpriced. The customer care was also horrible, the lady who was working was unhappy and quite snappy. I never plan to ever shop there again and I do not recommend shopping there.

Found what we needed on Christmas eve with an hour to spare. Friendly and efficient staff.

The employees are rude, bossy, and grouchy. The prices are jacked up to be almost two times the regular price! Do not go there. I am ashamed that a place like this exists.

The gentleman (I use the term loosely) at the counter was rude, argumentative. He rang a toy for my grandson that he wanted from the clearance area that appeared to be 50% off. Apparently only select toys were half off. I told him it was misleading the way they set the shelves up and he became defensive and told me all stores do this. He mentioned Meijer does it. I pointed out that Meijer makes it clear what is clearanced (IE. Orange signs and clearance areas). I will never shop this store again. Rivertown should be embarrassed to have this store and their employees under their roof.

Manager Sherri was very unprofessional. In front of customers she accused me of breaking a game and returning it, which was not true. She had an attitude the minute she had to come out of the back room. WONT EVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM THAT STORE!
