Ive been to game stores like this all over the country and this one stands out because the staff greeted me when I walked in the door...and they were conversational. So many places cant seem to manage basic customer service.Also, the prices seemed on the low end and it was clean which is another one of my pet peeves of game stores.

Awesome place very clean and lots of cool stuff

Ive been a customer at this shop for a few years now. The staff are incredibly friendly and will call you by name once they recognize you. Before COVID this was one of the few places that I would play in Magic: The Gathering tournaments and enjoy my experience. Looking forward to seeing their events open back up and being able to visit more often.

Passionate staff and a varied selection of games, both of the video and traditional variety. The best part is their robust board game inventory, with new releases and classic staples like Catan or Ogre. Never had a poor experience, they have a bombproof return policy for retro games and consoles. I almost always leave with something I wasnt expecting to find in store.

OH MY GOODNESS, there are not enough stars to show much I love this store. I have gone to multiple board game - toy - card stores this fall, and today I decided to try this one because they sell Magic cards. OH. MY. GOODNESS. They have SO many MTG cards, and they have fabulous prices too. Theres a box of cards that are 2/$1, and there are all 5 colors, almost all types of cards, and they range from common to at least rare. There are LOTS of foils, and this box is just 1 of the plethora of MTG things sold there. This place is AMAZING, and I think anyone who enjoys MTG or wants to explore more stores should try this one. Its great.

Great independent card and game store, prices can be above MSRP on card items sometimes and was told over the phone that they were at MSRP so just be sure of price when you are looking for product!

Really good service. Unfortunately when I bought Pokémon stadium it didnt work at first but after a quick cleaning it works perfectly. Great store but Im a little disappointed that they didnt check their products before selling.

Truly my favorite gaming-in-general store in the area. Wide selection of games varying from xbox one to old consoles to even board and card games. I have been coming here to feed my pokémon addiction for quite some time and they have been very helpful and even expanded their stock and selection. The staff here are also exceptional, showing a great dedication to gaming and their job. All in all shopping here is a great experience and a must for gamers of all ages and types (console, card, board game, etc.)!!

I stop in from time to time to check out games and Funkos. They typically have a pretty good selection. The staff here is helpful and easy going.

Stock is the name of the game with this place. Theyve got a little bit of everything when it comes to nerd hobbies: lots of classic retro gaming systems and games, tabletop games, TCG singles and boosters from TONS of past MTG blocks, minis, etc. Not only that, but the accessories that go with all these hobbies, whether its new or used controllers for old systems, play mats, generally whatever youre looking for! If youre looking for a one stop shop for all your nerd needs, this spot is fantastic, and the guys that work there are always really chill and knowledgeable.

Great first experience stopping here. Lots of cool things from board games to video games. Regular Magic the Gathering events too. Picked up a bunch of funko pops while I was there.I was also impressed with the clean, well lit area. Very well laid out and upkeep seems to be a priority for them.

Looks like Gaming Warehouse is off my list. I bought 40$ worth of gaming stuff last night. I have spent over 200+$ there. I know the people by name and they know mine. I tried to return a controller that was broken today without a receipt that I purchased last night to the same guy that sold it to me. He even said welcome back when I entered. He would not accept a return... OR A SWAP OUT!...... I was like You know me. You even know I JUST bought this last night. I live literally around the corner and shop here all the time and you know that. I am not even asking for my money back... just a working controller if you got it. I am sure there is something you can do..... NOPE. He answered by quoting their return policy and said if I dont like it I am more then welcomed to leave. WTF? I wasnt mad or even expecting resistance at all. I left the broken controller on the counter and silently walked out keeping my rage inside. Knowing them, they will probably repackage/resell it to another victim and hopefully they will lose more customers because that is what they deserve. I understand policies and on the other token I understand what customer loyalty is. I also understand that this individual has all the power to override anything (I have seen him do it before for his friends). Asking me to leave was the dumbest thing that he could have done. I want all reading this to please genuinely consider never shopping at Gamers Warehouse. They will eventually get what they deserve.... a failed business.

I have dropped by a few times- Usually the store is very empty. The quality of the staff seems very inconsistent. On my most recent there was a young lady trying to sell a box of video-game stuff but the person working didnt really seem interested in looking at it, or acknowledging her existence for that matter. The video-game selection is pretty underwhelming but they do have a good selection of MTG and board game stuff.

Great place for MTG, board games, and video games. Great owner, and great MTG event options and attendance with awesome regulars.However, some of the staff can be rude to non-regulars. Also, prices are a bit on the high side and have definitely gone up since I became a regular customer.

This place is super cool! Board games, old video games, it has everything. The guy was also super helpful at the front desk when we were trying to find a dominion game. Everyone should check this place out ^-^

Great place for old school video games as well as current. They also have a decent selection of board games, lots of MTG stuff and so far the only store around here that Ive found to sell Reaper Miniatures for tabletop RPGs.

Watch out. They sell used Cartridge Games either without testing them, or knowingly broken. They told us that cartridge games with dead batteries are still considered playable and therefore not defective. Saving your game is not considered important.

Unfortunately ran into one of their rude employees on a Saturday. Was not paying attention to anything except a baseball game, and when asked for assistance was not responsive. After check out he was also rude in asking why we I even wanted to purchase certain retro games. Normally a pleasant place, but would stay away on Saturdays.

Found what we were looking for at a fair price. Tons of games for older systems along with newer stuff. Will be back again.
